The Silence of God: In order for you to manifest your desired reality, you need the Silence of God. In fact, it's non-negotiable because the issue with you right now is that you overthink. It's like your mind never turns off, and by the end of this video, I'm going to show you how to actually clear your mind.
I'm going to show you how to make your mind silent. I'm going to show you how to meditate in a way that facilitates that, and I'm going to show you why entering silence is a prerequisite to actually knowing God. Here's the thing about manifestation: manifesting is an act that requires you to enter your God self, which means you need to transcend your ego self.
Entering the silence is essential; until you can enter the silence and know how to do that, unfortunately, you'll continue operating from your human self. As I've said before, well, as the great Barby Hemet said, you need to stop thinking like a human and start thinking like a God. All of our misalignment and suffering in our reality comes from a misidentification with the universal flow of God—that particular aspect of you that is the droplet from the consciousness of God.
So we're going to cover a lot of stuff in this video, so make sure, as always, you get those notes, drop them in the comments, and let's get to cooking. Now, before I wipe this board—since I'm never beating these allegations, I might as well do this right now for once and for all—oh hell! [Music] Let this be the last time you [__] keep saying this to me, AI!
Bottle? What, bro? Bro, all you need is a mini bottle!
Like, do you know how much that is? Yo, that's hilarious! Guys, I literally just came back from America; I'll get into that, but let me let me—you're going to get some, you're going to get some—let me focus on the task at hand first.
So, we're still getting applications from people who want to wipe the whiteboard. Seriously, speaking of the whiteboard, some girl commented, "Am I the only one that's had a dream of Nero wiping me down like a whiteboard? " Just me?
Okay, that's—you know, I literally was just staring at my screen for like four minutes in utter disbelief. Somebody said, "You know he's going to get you for this. " Alright, cool.
Guys, so first things first, let's actually take this down from an esoteric perspective. When we are going to be taking from the Bible, let's take the scripture: Psalm 46:10, "Be still, and know that I am God. " This is Psalm 46:10.
Now, as you can see, if you want to know God, the prerequisite to doing so is your ability to be still. Now, being still is essentially what we conceptualize as a clear, calm mind. Now, as I said, manifestation is a spiritual process, and in order for you to truly manifest, you need to essentially identify with the true aspect of yourself.
Because any time that you attempt to take any form of action, whether mental, spiritual, or physical, misaligned from your true identification as God, you will always result in suffering. Always. This is what, in Matthew, Jesus said esoterically: "With men, your ego, this is impossible; but with God, the aspect of you that's the true infinite potentiality that resides in your mind, all things are possible.
" So, in order for you to actually get to a point where you know God, be still, and know that I am God. Before you can get there, you need to be still, which unfortunately, due to the particular time period in which we live, the 21st century, our minds are constantly being flooded with a multitude of distractions. So your mind actually never shuts off.
And here's the thing: we're never really taught how to actually silence our minds, and because you're not taught how to silence your mind, you don't have the capability to know God. Because the moment that you know God, the infinite potentiality of God can unfold in your life in a way that it hasn't yet, which is exactly what we're going to be discussing here. But, like I was saying, the prerequisite to manifestation, the prerequisite to anything particularly spiritual—which is aligned with knowing God—is about being still.
This is non-negotiable. The reason I'm pulling this up is because it is a prerequisite, and the way that you can conceptualize this is like this: in order for a boat or a ship to reach its destination, the waters must be calm. Remember that because that is an analogy that is applicable to manifestation, and that's essentially what this particular scripture is referring to.
And here's the thing: a lot of people, especially Christians, a lot of [__] believe that they know God. If you ask them, "Do you know God? " they'll say yes.
But if you were ever to peek into their mind, it would be [__] loud, like one of those house party [__] concerts, you know, like EDM. And it's just like that's what their minds are like constantly. So don't believe it: nobody can know God unless your mind is calm and clear.
That is the utter prerequisite. So next time [__] tries to tell you, next time a [__] tries—or Jehovah's Witness, and I love them. My grandparents are Jehovah's Witness; I love you guys—next time one of those guys attempts to, you know, convert you, ask them, "Is your mind calm and clear?
" and see what they say, because unless it is, they can't know God. And manifestation, like I said, is an act that requires you to align and identify with the. .
. A portion of yourself that is God, and a prerequisite to you, is being still. Now, let's talk about overthinking in particular.
I'm going to tell you exactly why you overthink, but I'm also going to tell you how to make sure that you stop overthinking because that is affecting your reality in ways that you can't even imagine, and it's a very, very dangerous thing. I say this to somebody who's overthinking. I feel like when you're someone who's a deep thinker anyway, you naturally overthink because your mind—your thoughts—are never being particularly verbalized, so they have nowhere to go except in your mind.
And then, in your mind, it's just—it's just crazy. It's just—it's quite literally crazy. Someone just commented, "Please post a video.
" I'm having withdrawal symptoms, guys. I don't want to be a crutch; I refuse to be a crutch. I made a video already about this, slowing down the amount that we're releasing videos because I don't want you guys to be constantly—what's the word?
—dependent. Dependent. Perfect, that word exactly.
Guys, I was in Miami. I just came back from Miami. I remember when I posted that I was in Miami, I had a bunch of welcome messages saying, "Welcome to the US!
Welcome to the US! Welcome to the US! " I had one message, and it said, "Watch out for the crackheads!
" I looked at it and thought, "Whatever, we've got crackheads in the UK. " Mhm, you guys win. You lot win.
Oh, it's that bad in Br—like, for example, in my city right here, I can walk down the street; I know the crackheads by name. You know what I'm saying? Like, well, cool.
Bro, when I was walking in Bickle, like, it's like the Canary Wharf of Miami. I wouldn’t look—I wouldn’t lock eyes with them. I'm avoiding eye contact.
They look at me, and I'm like, "Bro. " They're like zombies. Oh, bro, it's like 30° outside.
Dude was just in his boxes, just—just—just like. I was like, "What? " I couldn't believe it.
By the way, Chick-fil-A? Absolutely amazing. Absolutely amazing, bro!
We've got Popeyes here, but like, I had—bro, Chick-fil-A? Game changing, bro! I ate it, and it put me to sleep—pors on my life.
Anyways, what? Wendy's? No, I didn't get Wendy's, bro.
Chick-fil-A is the one! Bro, anyways, overthinking results in a particularly chaotic mind, which can also be conceptualized as a mind that is loud. It never turns off.
Overthinking is the result of a mind that is unclean, and I'll explain what I mean by this very, very shortly. You're going to get some—just relax. Just take it—just take—just relax.
Overthinking is the result—well, it equates to a mind of chaos, a mind that is loud, and it is the result of a mind that is unclean. Another way of saying this is a mind that is full. The mind is full.
Full of what, in particular? Thoughts. And here's the thing about overthinking: Not only are you frustrated at the fact that you can't turn your mind off and tell it to shut the [__] up, you're also upset at the fact—because you're smart—you understand the power that thoughts have.
But remember, I always say this: Thoughts themselves don't create reality. That's a common misconception with all these spiritual [__]. It's thoughts that are emotionally charged because the vibration—or the vibratory rate—of these thoughts that have emotion underlying them is completely different.
It allows for the materialization of those particular thoughts much more easily because those thoughts themselves have a different vibration. Emotion is more powerful than thoughts, and it almost supercharges it, increasing its potentiality of being manifested into your reality. These thoughts—you know that thoughts have an effect on reality.
Specifically, remember emotionally charged thoughts—ECT, emotionally charged thoughts—they have the ability to affect your reality. Now here's the dangerous thing about overthinking: If you don't know what's in your mind, how could you possibly know what's going to be in your reality? That's a bar.
Write that down. AJ's giving me the eyes. Pause—not like that, but like, you know.
Like I said, when your mind is so full to a degree that you're not even aware of the thoughts that are taking place in your head, how could you ever know what is going to potentially materialize in your reality? How could you ever know? So when things do happen in your reality, you think, "Why me?
Why? Why is this happening to me, for [__] sake? Why me?
" Without realizing that, "Why you? No, it's through you. " That's a bar.
Write that down. And it's due to the fact that you're so unaware of the thoughts that are taking place in your mind because your mind is at full capacity, that you're hearing all of these voices. And I don't mean this like the [__] that have spiritual psychosis that say they're downloading messages from the galactic whatever, whatever.
I mean this from a sense that your mind—the stream of thoughts that we experience in our mind—when that is so full, and there's so many, essentially they drown themselves out, and you just know that your mind is chaotic— but you can't exactly focus on what exactly it is that you're hearing. And when you get frustrated at the fact that you're overthinking, always remember the negative emotions that you experience. Remember, emotions are the glue that supercharge those particular thoughts, leading to the potentiality of them materializing in your desired reality.
So when you're overthinking, you're having all of these thoughts. You're not even aware of what's going on. How could you ever be aware of what's going on in your reality if you're not aware?
Of what's going on in your mind, there's no separation between the mind and reality. There is an invisible line, and I'll draw it as a dotted line between the mind and reality. Your whole game—your whole game—is making this invisible line completely visible, because the more visible that line is, the more you'll be aware of what's actually going on in your reality, because you'll be aware of what's going on in your mind.
Understand, you cannot experience anything that you are not the vibratory alignment of at that particular moment in time. I say that to say, overthinking is very, very dangerous. It's very, very dangerous because not only does it affect you—because you don't even want to be in your head; you don't even know how to deal with it—but then it also has the potentiality to manifest things that you're not even aware of.
Like, that's crazy; it's completely crazy. And like I said, I'll show you how to deal with overthinking, but there's a particular analogy I want to break this down for you and make it more simple. Somebody was like, "You must have cast a spell on us because we actually sit through when you're wiping your whiteboard.
" I'm like, "Fam, if you want to skip me wiping my whiteboard, you're too horny for the information. Just relax, just relax; you're going to get some. Skipping me wiping the whiteboard is crazy—that's blasphemy, that's blasphemy.
" So like I said, I'm going to explain to you the process of how overthinking actually takes place. Because, like I told you, overthinking results in a particularly chaotic, loud mind, and it is the result of a mind that is unclean; or another way of conceptualizing it is a mind that is full beyond its capacity for all the new inputs. Here, that are watching, you're probably thinking, "Yo, why is my man rubbing baby oil on himself?
Is this what you do? " No, it is not what I do. They manifested this; they shifted internally to a degree to which they were no longer emotionally dependent upon me proving that I was actually oiled up.
So then, boom, it happened. He was already oiled up—I was not oiled up—was not oiled up. Anyways, so how does overthinking actually take place?
This is how it takes place. Please understand this and really lock in here, because once you lock in here, you'll understand why your mind has got to the state that it's in. But we also set in motion the potentiality for you to get yourself out of that.
Always remember, what the mind can do, the mind can also undo. And you also need to remember that awareness is the first step to any form of transmutation. Until you're aware of something, you can't actually transmute it, because that level of awareness lets you know which side of the particular vibration you're on, so we can then alter it, like the Hermetic said, with the law of neutralization.
But going to get some—just relax. So, this is how overthinking takes place. If I write "overthinking" here: perfect, overthinking is the result of—always remember this—unprocessed thoughts.
Overthinking is the result of unprocessed thoughts. What do I mean by this? Relax; you're going to get some.
What I mean by that is this: So, on a daily basis, let's give this scenario. Let's say you wake up and you have work today; your shift starts at 9:00, but for whatever reason—your alarm didn’t wake you up, whatever reason—you’re late. So now you're like, “Oh crap, the time!
I’m late! Let me get to work. ” You brush your teeth, you hop in the shower, so on and so forth, and you’re just thinking, “Oh crap, I’m late.
I need to do this, I need to do this, I need to eat something—let me eat something. ” Boom, you eat breakfast or whatever it is that you eat, pause, and then you hop into your car and you’re like, “I need to get to work quick; I’m late! I’m late!
I’m late! ” Then you’re looking at the time, and then you pull up to a traffic light. The traffic light turns red; you're like, “Change color!
Change color! Change color! Change color!
” So then you're driving, you're driving, you're driving, and then your boss is like, “Where are you? Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, where you at? Where you at?
Where you at? ’” You’re like, “I need to get to work! ” Some idiot pulls out in front of you; you slam your horn, you’re like, “You idiot!
” And then he’s like, “Whatever. ” Then you get to work, and now you're working; your boss is on your case—pause—and it’s just a whole long thing. You’re just chatting, whatever, whatever.
Then you get home, you're like, “I need to talk to my family now. ” You’re chatting to your family, you’re tired, and then you get to bed. So on and so forth, pay very close attention to what took place in that.
Now, of course, extrapolate this to your life. That’s not everybody’s life; that’s not mine. But just extrapolate this to your life because the example has a particular foundation, which applies to us all, which is the idea that life moves so quickly that we never actually get to process our thoughts.
The first thought of “I’m late” wasn’t finished; as you were thinking, “I’m late,” then it was, “I need to jump into the shower. ” Now you’ve jumped into the shower. Let’s say that is particularly finished; you’re like, “Oh, I need to grab something to eat.
” "Grab something to eat. I don't know—that thought may be or may not be processed. You're driving; I'm late, I'm late, I'm late!
That thought gets shut off by, oh, the traffic lights—red. The traffic lights are red. That thought now—and here's the thing: they go somewhere.
All these unprocessed thoughts go to the back of your head; they go to the back of your mind. And here's the thing: because those thoughts are no longer consciously something you're experiencing, you think to yourself, 'Glad to be done with that. ' But no, those thoughts weren't finished because in the 21st century, we live in a world that is so fast-paced that we really actually get to process our thoughts in a particular situation.
There's always something else to do; there's always another thing to do. There's always something else to do—something else always captures your attention before you particularly finish that thought. So that thought is no longer something that's in the front of your mind, consciously being experienced, but it goes to the back of your mind.
And it goes to the back of your mind. And then, let's say, like this: I'm going to draw a filing cabinet. It's pretty good, whatever.
So let's say these papers—let's say they're papers here. Bro, you can’t—this doesn't look like a filing cabinet. Hold on, no sense.
Cool. So let's say these are orderly papers, and these papers can be representative of your thoughts. Your filing cabinet is full because it's gone to the back of your mind.
And then here's the thing—these thoughts end up coming out one at a time back to the front of your mind. And then, in some kind of annoying loop, you're constantly experiencing unprocessed thoughts because you actually haven't sat down to process those thoughts. And because you haven't processed those thoughts, they go to the back of your mind, and they just keep stacking and stacking and stacking and stacking and stacking and stacking and stacking till your mind feels so chaotic that you know there's this loud voice, but you can't even hear something; you can't even hear anything.
So how could you ever know God? How could you ever materialize your desired reality? How could you ever manifest your desired reality if you don't have the ability to know God?
If you can't know God, you don't know yourself, and if you don't know yourself, you don't know your connection to the universe. And if you don't know your connection to the universe, you don't have the ability to rearrange your universe. All of that was a bar; write that down.
But it's very, very important that you understand how the filing cabinet takes shape, and this is all of us. And here's the thing: this is even worse for you. Let me tell you why it's worse for you.
Just relax; you're clearly somebody who's intellectual and spiritual. You know, as well as I do, that people are crazy out here. There's no point in even explaining half this stuff that I explain to others in real life.
We just don't, to a point where you just keep all of this in your head because you know you don't want to come off like you're crazy, so you just keep it in. And the fact that you keep it in means that thoughts never get verbalized; they never get expressed. So those thoughts are internalized, and when those thoughts are internalized, what do they do?
They go to the filing cabinet, the filing cabinet of your mind, which gets fuller and fuller. But here's the thing: when was the last time you actually cleaned your mind? You want a clear mind, and I don't mean this in that kind of dramatized Hollywood sense of like some Buddhist monk on a mountain saying, 'Clear your mind.
' I don't mean it like that; I mean it from a more literal sense. When was the last time you actually cleaned your mind? Do you even know how to clean your mind?
Relax; you're going to get some clarity. This is exactly what we're discussing here today. Just relax; you're going to get some.
Where's my pen? Oh, it's on the floor! You're going to bend over and get it?
I'm not going to bend over; I'm just going to. . .
there we go. Thank you for that; I didn't even realize it dropped on the floor. Somebody was like to me, 'When you swimming at the beach, do I look like Percy Jackson?
' T—like I can swim; don't get it twisted! Why you looking like I can’t swim? On my mom's life, I can swim.
But I can swim in a pool; I'm not swimming in the ocean. Like, I'll go into the ocean, and I'll swim, but when I feel the water disappear beneath my feet, I'm back! I'm not even doing it.
I'm not, bro! Do you think I'm Aquaman out here? I'm not doing all of that.
But no, the craziest part is I didn't even go to Miami Beach. Why? I'm called 'Get Orgy.
' So obviously, you know me—I can do certain things; I can eat hot wings, I'll drink whatever—just random stuff. But there are certain things I'm just a bit bougie about, like I don't want to go to a beach club because it's going to be packed full of people. I don't want to go to the beach, right?
It's going to be packed full of people. I'd rather pay to go to a beach club and not be around so many people, you know? " You know what I mean?
You know what I mean? Like, if I catch the train, I'm going to be in first class. You know what I'm saying?
Oh no, not like that, not like that. It's not like that; it's not like that. So, I'm called "get old bie," 'cause like, all my favorite foods are nigga [ __ ], but like, certain things I'm just not going to do; I'm just not going to do, just not going to do.
By the way, they all want a video on reprogramming the subconscious mind. They want a video on reprogramming the subconscious mind! This is literally all my videos are about, but we just don't say it's about the subconscious mind.
But if you want it, I'll give it to you. I'll give it to you. Now, just another point that I want to kind of touch on again is the fact that, like we said, because the nature of overthinking is an inherent unawareness.
It's just loud unawareness, literally! It's just loud unawareness. You know that your mind is loud; you know that you're experiencing so many thoughts.
You crave a calm, collected mind that is clear, but your mind is particularly just loudly unaware because you're unaware of the particular thoughts that you're experiencing. You're unaware of the things that could manifest in your reality, and because you're unaware of things that manifest in your reality, when these things show up in your reality, you're going to be like, "How? Why me?
Etc. , etc. , etc.
" But here's the thing, and this goes back to the point that I made in reference to Psalm 46:10: "Be still and know that I am God," which touches upon the Exodus esoteric true definition. Like God said to Aaron—well, biblically, God said to Moses's brother, "I have made you a God to Pharaoh. " But if you walk around these streets and tell [ __ ] you're God, they're going to call you some devil, Satan worshiper, so on and so forth, without the understanding that God made Aaron a God to Pharaoh.
Being a God is simply the recognition of the true divine principle, which is the "I am" principle, which is nothing more than the impersonal consciousness of God. They knew particularly mod. .
. I'll get AJ to pull this up on the screen so you [ __ ] just don't think that I'm talking for fun. But going back to the point I was saying about overthinking, it's extremely dangerous because when one thing shows up, you're not even going to be aware of how you particularly manifested it.
The reason we want you to have a clear mind is so that when you have a clear mind, it actually makes our job of manifesting your desired reality much easier. Because think about it like this, right? Think about it like this: Let's say there's a cup, and this is a very, very cliché DST example.
Let's say you have a cup, and your cup is particularly full. It's full; it's full of something. How can you pour into a cup that is already full?
In order for you to materialize your desired reality, you first need to empty the cup so you can pour your desired reality into it. But your issue is you've got too many things in your mind that we can't even pour anything into it. So, we're first going to have to understand why that overflowing and that spilling is dangerous, how to empty that cup, and then how to pour back into that cup.
Always remember Psalm 46:10: "Be still and know that I am God. " That stillness is a prerequisite to any form of God activities that you could do in this reality, and so long as you're doing human activities, you're going to be confined to the third-dimensional illusions and suffer as a result of that. Now, a clear mind allows us to manifest what you want, and here's the test.
If you want to know if your mind really wants silence, let me ask you a question. In fact, I ask AJ: Has there ever been a time where you've just driven in silence? Yeah?
Has there ever been a time when normally, let's say, you'd have earphones in—whether a walk or whatever—you just have nothing playing? They might be in, but there's just nothing playing. That is a mind that wants silence!
Those are the examples that you guys—and I hope you guys could hear him—but if you couldn't, I'll just say, if you've ever driven in silence, if you've ever normally, let's say, gone on a walk, or been to the gym, or did whatever, where you normally have earphones, or are on public transport, and they're in, but nothing's playing, that's your mind saying, "I want silence! I want silence! " That's a cry for help, and that should be for you to understand that at that particular moment, your mind is flooded with this overthinking.
Overthinking is a form of loud awareness. That unawareness of the things that are in your mind leads to an unawareness of the things that materialize in your desired reality. And when things manifest in your desired reality, then you'll be like, "How the [ __ ] did this get there?
" And every time you dissociate from the potentiality that it is you doing this, you actually diminish the power that you inherently have. I want you to get to a point where the things that you experience, you have to be able to dive deep into the depths of your mind and think to yourself, "How did I lead to this creation? " Because, as I said, there's an invisible string that connects the mind and reality, and the world wants that string to remain invisible.
But our game is making that line as visible as possible. When things happen, you actually internalize and reclaim that power, as opposed to externalizing—saying, "How the [__] did this happen? " Nothing can happen if you don't allow it to mentally.
When I say mentally, I mean vibrationally; vibrationally, I mean that compounds into a frequency which then aligns to a particular condition of reality. Now, how do we clear that mind? How do you do it?
I've got to put this one thing down: I'm at the studio, man. Man, quit playing with me, man! Now for real, don't play like that.
Are you serious? How you know? Put that on everything!
Damn, I'mma call you back. I'mma call you back. Do you know where that's from?
Is it who I think it is? Who is it? Who is it?
You say who it is. You say it! No, you say it!
Bro, real—the real [__] know. What? Who is it?
That was an intro to a song. Yeah, I know it was an intro to a song, so say whose song it is! I don't know whose song it is; in fact, I'm not sure I want to know whose song it is.
Just guess whose it is. Just guess! Yeah?
Oh, good! Confessions Part Two. You know who it was!
Who did you think it was? Not Kelly. Maybe you know R.
Kelly. Why did he have to do the things that he did? Why did he have to do those things?
You know, stuff like that really—it will get me sad. It'll really depress me that [__] just threw away a musical legacy. Asha's catalog is like that, though.
I was listening to something; he's really like that. He's really like that! You think he's next?
Don't do that, bro. You know, on actual deeper conversation, one thing that I realized about Black celebrities in particular is that they're almost ticking time bombs. They're almost this particular image that is supposed to allure us and get us invested, and want to particularly chase that particular field or industry.
But then, as time goes on, you're on a ticking time bomb, and then when they want you, they'll get you and particularly tear down your image, which is a complete contradiction to everything that they've built up. People like us who grow up watching these people in the culture think, "Wow, I want to aspire to be like that. Wow, they've been able to do amazing things.
" Then, towards the end of it, when they're no longer as worth anything or they particularly step out of line, they hammer them back into place to show that they're just [__] like the rest of us, and so on and so forth. Like, yeah, J, don't do that, bro! Don't do that, bro!
Is that the craziest image? But that’s the thing—I’ve never been really connected to celebrities as such. Like, when I was in Miami, I actually saw Fat Joe.
I was in the designer district, and I saw Fat Joe, and we just looked at each other, and I just kept it moving. I don't know, there's just something a bit—there's just something a bit suspect about being like, "Can I get a f? " Like, I’m just not that kind of guy.
Like, I was just. . .
yeah, we just looked at each other. But I think it's a UK thing. In the UK, we're a bit like, we're a bit— we're a bit stush.
Like, if you don't know what that means, it's like "what" pride for "like. " Basically, yeah, we're like, "Yeah," like, not going to go fan. Yeah, we're not going to be fanning out.
I'm just not on that. And other people like Fat Joe, and I was just like, "Wrong FS. " Anyway, overthinking.
How do we actually get rid of overthinking? Well, let's look at it like this: let’s use the examples of polarity in this particular instance. Where's my red?
I'm Mr Slippery [__]. Boss man, Doo is on a legendary run, by the way. I know you're not tapped into him, but anyways, overthinking is the result of thoughts that are unprocessed.
So, if we want to enter a mind that is particularly calm, then let’s say a calm and clear mind would be the result of what, AJ? What? A processed mind.
Bingo! Processed thoughts. So, how do we allow our thoughts to be processed?
If you can process your thoughts consistently, then that will lead to a mind of clear calm clarity. Now, you've been asking me for a while, "How do I meditate? How do I meditate?
Do I need an app? Do I need frequencies on YouTube? " You don't need any of that [__].
All you need is you! And extrapolate this to anything—you have everything within you that you’d ever need to be able to change your reality, and the world wants you to think that it lies in some type of external privilege, that there’s something that you need outside of you in order to get what you want. But you can only find in the world what you find in yourself.
And that's one of the realest things you'll ever hear. And when I say that, I mean from a point of vibratory alignment with that particular state of consciousness—the way that you'd feel, the way that you'd think, the belief that you'd have, the place that you'd place your attention, and your identity. When you can align all of those factors in particular indirect alignment—and I’ve got other videos about this, so please don’t ask me how do I do that; just go watch them—you'll then be in a position where you can actually find it within.
And when you find it within, you can. . .
Find it without because, as within, as without. Not until you can feel what it is that you want internally to such an intensity that you no longer want it, which is the definition of manifestation that I keep giving you guys. Manifestation is internally shifting to a degree to which you are no longer emotionally dependent upon seeing reality change.
This is so funny because my clients—we had like a group call and we were all talking. You know, there are people in there that have secured 10. 8 million contracts, people that have gone from 100K to making 407K in like 7 weeks, and some [__].
There are people that have doubled their monthly sales in two weeks—all types of [__]. We were just on that particular call and we were talking about the things that are most important. What we concluded is that the most important thing isn't even what they signed up for me for.
By the way, if you're an entrepreneur who's stuck at a revenue ceiling and you're in a breakout in 7 weeks and 2 to 5 extra revenue, then link in the description. But what we concluded is that it’s not actually about the money; it’s not actually about the results that they get. These are seven- and eight-figure people—like, this is no joke.
What we concluded what it was about was actually the state of consciousness that you enter when you get to that point where you can look around your reality and not desire anything outside of you, and not have anything in front of you imbalance you internally. What we call heaven, right? As it says in Matthew 6:33, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and then righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.
” We concluded that the most important thing is entering a state of heaven. That's literally the most important thing. It was so funny because they signed up with me to get that result, and then they get the result, but then they're like, “It’s not even about that anymore; it’s about how I feel because I no longer need something outside of me, and I no longer have this desire.
” Now, that was a little tangent, but like we said, overthinking is a result of thoughts that are particularly unprocessed. So a clear, calm, collected mind—a still mind—because remember, stillness is a prerequisite to knowing God. Knowing God is a prerequisite to being able to alter your universe.
Now, processing your thoughts is clear, calm, and collected. Now you said, “How do I man—how do I meditate? How do I meditate?
” I’ve been seeing these questions, guys, in comments, which is why I reference these things. Like, I don’t know if other people are in their comments as much as us, but like we literally read the comments, and I always reply to them. You are hilarious, which is why I brought out the—because I’m there with you.
I’m there with you. But the process of actually going about meditating is very, very simple, and a lot of people are over-complicating it. It’s mainly due to this over-glamorization in Hollywood in terms of what you think it would be like.
You ain’t going to sit in a full lotus; you don't need an orange robe; you don't need frequencies in the background. In fact, I want you to drop all of that [__] to the side. I want you to drop anything to the side that you feel like you need externally because, as I said to you, you have everything that you need internally.
God gave you everything that you’d ever need because you have the ability to rearrange your universe. But first, you have to understand how to rearrange yourself. But you can't rearrange yourself if your mind is so [__] loud, that you don't understand what's going on in there.
So, this is the process of meditation. So lock in, lock in, man. Lock in.
All right, cool. So meditation is extremely simple. Please don't over-complicate anything.
As I always say, and as you’ve kind of got from my videos, AJ is going like this—as you’ve got from my videos: simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication. It doesn’t need to be complicated. Anybody that’s making it complicated or obfuscating, which just means making something more complicated, they’re just doing that to show you that they’re smart.
But I don’t care if you [__] think I’m smart or not. But here’s the thing: meditation can be simplified into entering the inner world. And don’t worry; I’m going to show you how to do it.
Just relax. You’re going to get some—I’m just giving you this definition. Believe me when I tell you this.
There’s spiritual [__] that will be sat barefoot on [__] grass with their legs crossed like this—like AJ's done—with like 15 crystals that aren’t entering their inner world. They’re more concerned with their outer world and how they're being perceived, which is the truth. Hence, it’s important for you guys to understand what it means to enter the inner world.
When I’m saying enter the inner world, I’m talking about the inner dimension. And if you don’t believe me that you have an inner dimension, then ask yourself: every time people pray, why do they close their eyes? When you want to talk to God, why do you close your eyes?
You close your eyes because you’re removing the third-dimensional realm around you, which you inherently, on a deep subconscious cosmic level, know is nothing more than an illusion. If you want. .
. To talk to God, you have to go within, to where the inner dimension is, also characterized in the Bible as the temple of God. Hence why in the Bible it says the temple of God.
Right? And this was Solomon saying this: the temple of God was not built with hands. When you see [__] passing the streets and going into church, I love how Black women dress at church.
They have these big hats; they're so nice. But when you see people entering church, that's not the real church. If anybody tells you, "Oh, you're going to church next Sunday," you should tell them, "[__] I go to church every day.
" That's so. B, right that down, for the mere fact that the true inner world, the true silence, is the inner dimension, which is the temple of God. But it can also be conceptualized as the silence.
Now, when I say silence, I'm not talking about it in the other ways you might have heard it used by Neville Goddard and so forth, but I'm talking about that aspect of you where you become in direct unity with God. A good book that talks about this is "The Science of Being. " Now, A.
D. has been trying to get me to make a book recommendation video for the longest time, and I keep telling him no. So if you want that, drop that in the comments, and I will do it.
But there's a book called "The Science of Being," written by someone called Eugene F. This is somebody that Tesla studied. This is somebody that Charles F.
Haanel—the person that wrote "The Master Key," who's a 33rd degree mason—studied. This is someone that all of those people studied: "The Science of Being. " What he says is that we must connect to God across all three planes: spiritual, mental, and physical.
But it first begins mentally, which is the understanding that there's a oneness with God. And when you look at any particular spiritual Christ or spiritual master, they inherently understood, as Jesus said, "I and my Father are one, but He is greater than I. " It's the understanding, and like He also said, "I do nothing of myself; it's the Father.
" It's the understanding that there's an inherent level of oneness with God. So when you enter that point through your meditation where you recognize that you're one with God, that is when you enter the silence. That's when you enter the inner dimension.
That's when you enter the true temple of God. "How do I do that, Nero? " You're going to get some.
This is the process, and always remember this: put all of the apps to the side, put all of the frequency, and all that other [__] that you [__] have been doing to the side. This is the process—very, very simple. Relax and get comfortable.
Close your eyes. And here's the part; bet you [__] didn't expect that. Bet you expected me to tell you to start speaking in tongues or whatever these spiritual [__] do.
But no, do nothing. Do nothing. Because you're so used to doing everything, that's why you overthink.
So I want you to close your eyes, I want you to relax, and I want you to get comfortable. Now, it doesn't matter the particular position in which you're laying down. You could be sat down on a chair, you could be sat down on your couch, you could even be laying in bed.
Don't worry about it. If you fall asleep, it's cool. But just allow your body to be relaxed and comfortable.
Let your muscles completely relax, close your eyes, and just do nothing. And what I mean by that is this: when you close your eyes and you're actually just doing nothing, something very dangerous is going to start happening, which is probably what's deterred you from meditating before. Your mind is going to start [__] screaming at you.
And here's the thing: because you think meditation is clearing your mind, every time that you try to meditate and your mind isn't clear, you think you're not meditating. And then the belief that you're doing it wrong actually locks you into a particular frequency where you experience it as wrong, merely for the fact that you make your own laws. There's no truth in reality other than what the subconscious mind accepts as truth.
So when you're trying to meditate, you're like, "[__] I can't meditate, I can't meditate, I can't meditate," you've now perpetuated and created the frequency to make sure that there's an entity ensuring that you don't meditate, which is a trick in and of itself. But meditation isn't about clearing your mind. Meditation—or clearing your mind, I should say—is the destination that you get to through allowing your mind to scream at you.
I want you to sit down, and when your mind starts screaming, it's going to say random things. It's going to say, "What am I going to eat later? That [__], Nero, he's just so strange.
What am I going to do? Did he use baby oil? What am I going to eat later?
I need to get to work. Why was that girl looking at me like that? Why is that guy looking at me like that?
Why do they talk to me like this? Why do I let them do this to me? I'm so great, I'm so terrible.
" Your mind is going to start screaming all these different things at you. Let it. Do nothing.
Don't judge them, don't argue with them, don't try to convince them, don't try to prove them right, don't try to prove them wrong. Don't do anything; just do nothing. Because what we are doing, ladies and gentlemen, is processing those thoughts.
And when we process those thoughts, we get to the place called clear. Still, when we get to that point of stillness, we get to God; and when we get to God, we get to our true identity. When we get to our true identity, it allows for manifestations to unfold much more easily.
Make sure you do this every single day—every single day, in the morning or at night; it doesn't matter—but prioritize yourself. Because until you prioritize yourself, the universe will not be able to prioritize you and actually create the reality that you want. Make sure you do this every day and let me know in the comments what this is like when you do it.
Then, a couple of days later, keep me updated, please!
