this is not going to be another one of those videos where somebody talks to you about thumbnails and click-through rates and all the same jargon you're used to hearing on every single video like this in fact I'm going to tell you the truth about how big creators actually achieve success and the things that I learned from a $15,000 YouTube coaching program that I'm literally going to spill in this video for free so if that's what you're ready for to understand the secrets that are separating those who are literally blowing up on YouTube like I am
doing right now with 7,000 subscribers in literally 7 days and being able to get to their two millions then the principles that I share with you in this video are exactly what you have been missing so hit the Thumbs Up Button if you're super excited and ready for me to get into the details the first of the four steps that I want to share with you today that are the unconventional things that people don't really talk about that happen behind the scenes is to understand who you're making a video for and so if you want
to grow on YouTube even the videos that see like they're the most random but they do really well it is specifically because they understand who they're making the video to even something that seems as random as Mr BEAST's content or an ASMR Channel they understand that they are making a video for someone who is watching their video for a particular reason and so you have to go into thinking about how you're creating content not as a Creator or an artist but you have to think of it as a servant as a business owner as somebody
who is helping someone else solve their problem and even if your video isn't how to do XY Z even the person who's doing an ASMR channel is still helping the person who's watching it to solve their problem maybe they're listening to it to go to sleep maybe they're doing a mukbang because a person that they're eating with is lonely and they would like someone to eat with because they're normally by themselves it doesn't matter what your Niche is or who your customer or audience is all that matters is that you understand them you understand why
they are there and why they would want to watch the video that you're putting up and so you can't just think what do I want to talk about today you have to think what does the person that I making this video for want and need to hear and how do I put it into a package that is going to be the most well-received by them and so when you start viewing your YouTube channel as an opportunity to serve others and as an opportunity to solve their problems and to meet their needs then of course they're
going to come flocking to you just like you clicked on this video because you want to know how you can do the same thing in your own YouTube channel and I am providing a service I am telling you all the things that you need to know to do that and so you thumbs up the video you subscribe because you want to make money online and hear more about it and that is the way that it goes with your channel too so tap into that and I promise you that when you start looking at it that
way it will change everything the Second Step which is going to Encompass all of that YouTube jargon that you hear into one is simply understanding your Market again even if you're not necessarily selling a product you are still in a market with your audience and you still have a group that your content is going to be classified under and so I'm going to give you a little bit of homework and I promise you though it's going to be the best homework of your life because it's going to change everything when you implement it for your
YouTube channel I want you to compile a list of the most successful YouTube channels in your Niche and not from 15 years ago make sure that they are still having content that is performing really well within the last 2 years and then I want you to just start studying them look at their thumbnails look at their titles look at the videos and listen to their Hooks and what they're doing at the beginning of videos take note of their editing style or their backdrops everything about the video their audio quality and again you're going to find
some variant here you don't necessarily need to be comparing someone level 20 with your level one but the things that are common denominators that's what I want you to take note of and I'm going to give you an extra little cheat Cod here and that is to actually start writing down the titles of their top performing videos of the last two years and compile a document you're just going to copy that and you're going to put it in chat GPT and act chat GPT to point out all the similarities between those titles and then you
can even ask it to create a title formula or create five or six title formulas for you based on what is working well and this is why this is the best option for this above any other advice you're going to get about titles and thumbnails and stuff is because it's going to be so different depending on who your Niche is and who your target audience is and so if I give you advice that helps with the you know kind of self-help Christian Business Financial Improvement like social media the kind of Realm that I'm in that
may not be true for the photography realm those things may not be true for the dog training realm or the interview realm and so that's why you have to study the other people who are actually on you and one of the biggest things to look at as well is not just things that you search up but look at what's coming up with your recommended look at what videos are being recommended and that YouTube is actively pushing out because that is the way that people are actually going viral not by things that people can type in
using something you may have heard of called SEO search engine optimization which is what a lot of people think that the gold is but the Gold on YouTube is having YouTube push out your videos itself and that is how I was able to one of the biggest reasons I was able to get 7,000 followers or subscribers in one week is because YouTube itself was promoting my video because I followed those principles I studied what was working well in my Niche and then I did step number three so step number three is to use the proven
blueprint Plus your authentic voice this is truly the secret formula and so what I mean by that is you have now gathered the blueprint by figuring out who your audience is and how you're going to help them what problems you're going to help them solve and you've also figured out what is the standard for your Niche for your industry for the people who are creating in the same space as you right and now that you understand that that should be your basis but you shouldn't just be carbon copying titles or thumbnails or hooks what you
should be doing is understanding why they work making sure you're infusing those same things into your videos and then adding your own Sparkle and sprinkle and this is why I always tell my customers there's no such thing as competition there's only confirmation and if you see that other people are doing the same thing it just confirms that there is a market out there that there are people who actually need help with that thing and what you have to be confident in is that God only made one of you there's only one of you with your
experiences your insights your specific demographics like you being a man or a woman or you being whatever race or ethnicity he created you as and so all of those things that create this wonderful you soup it's going to be a unique soup that nobody else has and so you don't need to worry about competition you don't need to worry about what other people have going on because you are going to reach somebody that is distinct and different from these other people and who God has called for them to reach and so you do not be
afraid to add that uness into it like I make puns I make jokes I give you know kind of quotes and like sayings and you see how animated I am some people say they hate that I talk with my hands that's me you know some people say they hate um how I can get or maybe my voice or maybe my delivery maybe I talk too fast but all of those things are things that really resonate with some people who love the jokes that I make who enjoy my personality on camera who think that I'm really
funny or who um love that I am very animated and that's the thing it's not about finding all the people or making everyone enjoy your content it's about finding your people and I'm telling you the very parts of you that you are hiding are going to be the parts of you that somebody loves they're going to be the parts of you that somebody says I'm subscribing for that reason for me one of those things was my faith for so long I battled with talking about my faith in relation to business but I said that's me
my identity is in Christ and just as many people will click off this video for me saying that there will be just as many if not more who will stay on And subscribe because they have been looking for not just business advice not just social media advice not just selfhelp and Improvement advice but they've been looking for advice from a biblically grounded perspective and now that they have found it they are so happy and you can comment below if that's you I'd love to chat and they are so happy that they found a place that
is a good fit for them and so do not be scared to add your unique voice because in that you're going to call out to those people who were uniquely assigned to be learned and to to learn from and to be taught by you in this thing that God has gifted you at and in this problem that you are solving for them and before I tell you the fourth thing there is something that you should know is that I didn't only get seven ,000 subscribers in one week I also made over $50,000 in cash that

your job even if you don't have thousands of subscribers so step number four is probably the only kind of more cliche advice on this list but it's tried and true because it works and that is analyze your data once you started posting consistently which I didn't even bother making that a step because I mean when you're looking at your Market you need to see how often they're posting and stuff like that to figure out what's going to be the best balance for you as well to see like again what's expected but once you've done during
that and after about your first 30 days is when you can start really looking at your data and you can start looking at okay what's working well how about the clickthrough rate how many people are looking at my video they're actually clicking on it how are the you know um the my engagement doing are people dropping off in that first 30 seconds and whatever it is you can see what's going really really well and what's going really really wrong and then you can just adjust and test different things out and you really have to come
into this as a scientist and somebody who's prepared to learn if you decide you're going to pop off and your first video is going to get you a million views not only are you going to be disappointed but that's also going to make you discouraged from wanting to continue trying because you said set these high expectations for yourself if you want to set the expectations for yourself I I'm going to challenge you to set what I call Action goals action goals are the goals that are based around the things that are completely within your control
that you can do so an action goal might be like I'm going to take aside an hour a week to focus on YouTube and in this first week I'm going to focus on getting a compilation of channels in the second week I'm going to focus on getting a compilation of titles the third week I'm going to a compilation of Hook and the fourth I'm going to a compilation of thumbnails then next month I'm going to I'm going to explain that to two hours per session and now I'm going to go through and I'm going to
analyze what are the things and so you see what I mean and then you say okay the next month my goal is to me to take all of that and to create my scripts for the first month of YouTube Boom the next month I'm going to Now set that up and I'm going to upload one video a week consistently now for the next 12 months and you can clap celebrate and thank the Lord every time you hit those milestones and goals for the actions that are within your control and then you have outcome goals which
are the things that are not directly in your control it doesn't matter if you hit every single thing on that list you may not get 100,000 subscribers your first month on YouTube and that's okay that's why we celebrate the action goals and then if we don't get our outcome goals we can go back and evaluate okay have we actually been uploading consistently did we actually do the homework or do we kind of skip around and and put our own twist on it and say oh it really doesn't matter that much as long as kind of
close enough you know and we can be honest with ourselves and evaluate that but if you're doing the action then that is a reason enough to celebrate and then you can look at the outcome to determine how to change your action but your actions should be 90% of your focus and the outcome only 10 because again there's just no point in focusing on things that we can't directly control but we can control our actions and so that's where we want to tap in so again if you want to know how to not just create a
