meditation for letting go let yourself come into a comfortable position [Music] spine straight and Palms resting in your lap facing upwards in surrender whenever you're ready gently close your eyes and let all of your awareness Center in on your breath let your stomach expand fully on every inhale and let it contract on every exhale [Music] paying attention to the sweetness of the air flowing in and out of your body providing you with nourishment [Music] notice that just as you're able to let go of stuck stagnant energy on every exhale as your breath releases carbon dioxide
[Music] so too are you able to let go of anything in your life that is no longer serving you it is a natural cycle just like breathing welcoming in nourishment and all that serves [Music] and releasing with love all that does not as you relax more deeply into this moment you see yourself walking down a dirt road to your left and right are vast Wide Open Fields of yellow and green grass the wind blows across the field of grass and all the blades look like they're Dancing In The Wind you feel the freedom of the
wind on your face [Music] you to walk down this road in your hands you're carrying luggage even though it looks like a peaceful freeing place to be with birds flying overhead you can't help but feel weighed down please [Music] what's in your luggage keep seeing yourself walking and carrying this luggage as you allow your mind bring up whatever it is that you've been carrying around that you're ready to let go of it's perfectly safe to think about this in fact you cannot run away from it and let go of it you must allow it to
be present with you now whatever it is [Music] how heavy does this thing that you're trying to let go of feel [Music] just honor it and respect it simply is an experience that was or a circumstance that happened or perhaps even is something currently going on but you are separate from it not you with this realization you set the luggage down you feel more comfortable and confident opening up the luggage to really look at what's inside welcome in whatever it is you're trying to release and let go of [Music] it's okay if it causes an
emotional reaction of some kind you are safe here and trying to run away from whatever it is will only cause more pain in the long run so give yourself the gift right now of being honest with yourself about what this luggage is that you've been carrying around that you're ready to Simply let go of [Music] on your next inhale breathe in extra deeply and hold it at the top let this feeling of Readiness build inside of you and whenever you're ready exhale with a sigh [Music] recognize that whatever this luggage is it is not you
it is separate from you are a being of love you are whole allow yourself to take a moment to bask in who you really are the fullness of yourself and as you do perhaps your attachment to this circumstance situation whatever is in your luggage perhaps your attachment to it can soften [Music] as now you're leaning into the fullness of Who You Are a being of love you are fully you you are whole and you are not the things that weigh you down you are so much more than those things [Music] you can look at them
and acknowledge them you can even think them if they've served you in some way which usually are metaphorical luggage does serve [Music] and you can feel an eagerness a Readiness and a willingness within you to really move forward and as soon as you really feel that Readiness inside of you a vehicle pulls up from behind you on this road you see a loving either person guide being whatever feels right to you get out of the car and offer to help you with your bags you appreciate their help and you happily give up the luggage to
them [Music] the two of you place it in their car you say thank you and then you watch as they drive away with your bags so much lighter and fear and as you watch them drive away at first it looks as though the car is Lifting Up and then it dissipates into light and again it is just you the road the field and the Cool Wind allowing you to feel even more free than ever before you do not have to hold on to the things that once weighed you down because you are so much more
on your next inhale breathe in extra deeply and feel your appreciation for this process holding your breath at the top whenever you're ready exhale with a sigh [Music] feel grateful to yourself for being here for showing up for this or bravely and lovingly looking at that which no longer serves and whenever you're ready very slowly bring your awareness back to the room around you opening your eyes whenever you're ready foreign [Music] foreign
