$66,697/week selling Ai at 18 - just copy me

all right guys so within just the past eight days or so I've made just around $67,000 with my AI business and I'm currently 18 years old and I don't have a degree I'm not that special I've never been smart I never got great grades in school and I don't know how to code and this has all been through selling AI to local businesses and you know just through my own AI agency that I have started and anyone who doesn't believe me doesn't believe my age or that I actually am Real showing these numbers you can look back on my channel as I started Channel and documented the entire process and if I show you last 7 days we made about 46 and today we've done about 13,500 again all through selling Ai and I'll refresh it just so you see right here you know all the gurus out there that you know maybe you watch or you see they ain't refreshing their dashboards they ain't showing you this direct proof and uh in this video again I'm just going to show you how you can do the same because like I said I'm nothing special and I'm just going to show you how I've done this and you can kind of just copy what I've been able to do and do it for yourself because obviously this is a lot of money I'm not going to sit here and be arrogant and say this isn't a lot of money because definitely is but it's possible for you to make the same and I'll preface this number with no this is not profits this is business Revenue anyone who runs a business you know there's very clear difference between revenues and profits I have a business partner and I have a couple small team members but other than that it is very very high profit margins overall so let's quickly jump into actually how I do this and how you can do the same so really what this starts with guys is when you want to help a business this could be any business out there there's mainly three things you need to solve okay and this specifically is from like a marketing advertising agency service which is exactly what I've done and is exactly what I'm going to quickly show you guys here today how you can do so there's three big things which is leads potential customers sales appointments and paying customers so let's first start with your Niche okay this is the industry and the niche you're going to go after so the industries you're going to work with right right here I've listed about the the best performing niches I see out there right now that are just working really really well um so all the way from roofers to HVAC solar bookkeepers real estate agents Etc right so I gave this whole list you guys so you guys can kind of just pick from this yourself if you're wanting to pick a niche yourself and you haven't you know maybe started this business yet but the whole point is guys is we're going to solve two main issues one is we're going to go and pick one of these industries and we're going to solve these two issues right here so let's say we're going to go after roofers for example right roofers they need leads okay every marketing agency out there today most marketing agencies that are popular it was super super hot by a lot of YouTubers pushing this big smma Trend guys it's not valuable anymore as anyone who runs a marketing agency knows today it is a complete race to the bottom and people are understanding this stuff right I had to completely change my service and my stuff as well because I was running an advertising agency for real estate agents and it was a race to the bottom I wasn't making much money because my service wasn't different and for anyone who runs is in the business today you understand the crazy guarantees people throw out today now and it's just it's a race to the bottom charging super low monthly retainers there's no money being made there so how can we differentiate yourself into being different right that's the whole point here and AI makes this better than ever so I'm going to talk about this here right now so firstly leads and potential customers we're going to run ads for these businesses so first step is you want to choose one of these industries that I'm giving you the reason I have these industries laid out here on preface it with home service and Professional Services these are the best I'm seeing right now okay um High ticket online I only recommend if you have experience running a high ticket online business I don't think it's worth it if you haven't already but with these businesses right here what's cool about them is it's 30 40 50 year olds right that have very little Tech skills they don't know how to run ads they probably don't know how to markets on social media which is kind of like the new digital Gold Rush as people see it today which it is and AI right they don't know how to use AI which AI is getting bigger than ever right everyone knows this so with these businesses when you target the top 20% of let's say roofers or real estate agents the top 20% of earners in there top twap I don't know why I said that the top 20% of earners in there like they have super high profit margins and the whole point of why I'm showing you this is because they have money to afford an expensive service and that's where you're going to come in this is what I've done right so we're going to charge A5 to $10,000 upfront offer that you're going to build an AI system for them which I'm going to go into in a second that that costs you not only little time little effort right it's really very little effort once you learn it once and you can consistently make money monthly off them through some sort of recurring like obviously service you're doing for them as the months go on for very little work and effort the whole point here is you're going to try to save them more money make them more money and have those same things you know reflect on your business right you want to make a lot by doing less and being able to scale so once you pick in your industry all these have high profit margins they don't have a lot of tech skills like I said so offering a solution like this is Super Value to valuable to them but what they do have is they do have a bunch of people knocking on their their door every day saying hey do you want Facebook ads no one wants Facebook ads anymore like I was saying it's a complete race to the bottom they've heard the crazy guarantees so we're going to solve for two issues here in this process which is sales appointments and leads and potential customers so once you get them leads through let's say marketing ads Facebook ads Instagram ads same thing I've tested Google ads I've tested Tik Tok ads I've seen Facebook and Instagram ads work the best especially for these local businesses that you're obviously you're going to choose one and by the way I'll preface this too do not go broad I see people that say hey I'm just going to Target all these industries and just see who I get that is a that is a Death Wish okay because you're not it's what's this saying you're average at all and a master of none right that's that's really what you are if you pick all here so make sure you pick one and I recommend you pick pick one that you have some sort of personal relationship with right so if you have families that are roofers I'd probably go for roofer if you have a law degree I'd probably go for lawyers right you get the point so when we solve for the sales appointment thing this allows us there's a gap here so once we get these all these marketing agencies get these people leads now they have to be turned into appointments before they actually become into a paying customer where the client you know the roofer whatever whatever client you're working with has to actually go up and close them and there's very little we can do here to help this business unless you've been in sales you know for you know x amount of years helping roofers sell more deals or whatever like you wouldn't really be able to help them with this um but these two are completely in our control and this is where we can really really I guess this bring our strengths so I'm going to bring this box up here I'm going to show you guys so what we're going to do is we're going to charge firstly we're going to fill this service with an AI caller or an AI dialer an AI solution that can call all of their new leads so what you're going to do is you're going to run Facebook and Instagram ads for your clients okay and then you're also going to implement and build them an AI dialer very little work doesn't take any coding experience very low tech savvy work again guys I'm able to do this right you can too okay I'm I am not that technical so you can build this for them and you can be charging we'll say $5,000 Upfront for it $5,000 is pretty I guess standard because what you're doing here is you're going to build them this AI agent and you're going to make the prompt for it you're going to set all the stuff up which I'm going to get to in a minute how how you can do and what I recommend how to do but once you set this up for them they have it for life regardless of they're still working with you they're still paying you or not they still have this system you built for them and they can use it for any aspect they want within their business that is applicable so that's why this is so valuable you're building them a solution that they always have so this is kind of where that build and release offer comes in some people call it that but um if you're not familiar don't worry it's just you're building them a system and you're giving it to them for a super high amount upfront now I I'm charging about10 ,000 Upfront for this service just because that's what I'm able to do because I've gained more experience but we'll say starting you can charge 5,000 if someone jumps on a sales call with you and only can afford 2,000 just take to 2,000 you know I hear people out there that say oh I'm not I'm I'm only worth x amount of dollars like bro just take the money you know what I mean like just take the money um because you're trying to help these people anyways and you may as well give them a discount because the experience is probably going to be worth more than the money especially for your first few clients so don't have need go around that um and when it comes to the ads here's what's important so when you run them Facebook and Instagram ads we want to have some sort of recurring thing that they're paying you for and I'm going to talk in this video on how I set up my ads how to get these clients how to actually sell them all this stuff how to set up the ey callar all this stuff kind of just in Broad details but we want to have some sort of recurring payments from these people because you don't want just five grand up front and that's all they pay you because that's wasted that's a wasted opportunity because if someone's already a customer of yours there's saying the easiest people to sell to are people who have already bought from you that's completely true so you want to add some sort of recurring monthly fee for ads Management Service so we'll say 500 a month for ads management okay and then this is for 5,000 up front for AI buildout again you can charge more than this but we'll just stay 5,000 for now okay so that's that now you're probably sitting here and you're asking me how how do I you know fulfill on this don't worry I'm going to get into this pretty pretty soon but the the software so the software I like to use for the AI build outs it's called sylow so I'll show you guys right here so sflow AI you can see the website right here you can literally sign up for $29 a month for their starter plan and you can test it but honestly I don't even recommend you really having to do any of this and sign up for this until you close that first client because what's the point of sitting around and building Bots if you have no clients you're not being paid to do it so um there's kind of no point and there's a bunch of videos out there online on my own my channel specifically to find more information on like how it sounds you know what the setup process is like but guys you can literally use chat gbt and it will generate you all the queries and all the things you need to give it as a prompt for it to make it and I'm also going to talk about in this video alternatives to out your Source yourself so once you close clients you can also you know you can just Outsource yourself in the Fulfillment so firstly that's kind of the service we're going to provide so just as like a recap of what I've talked about what I'm obviously what I'm currently doing is you're going to pick a niche you're going to pick one Niche ideally in these two kind of buckets right here so home service and Professional Services where they're making enough money to afford an expensive service and they're always looking for new ways to get clients guys so the most important thing you can do is provide that solution give them that solution where you come across as genuine and not the sales shark everyone is sick of the BS where they're hearing all these super salesy questions on you know uh what are your goals and in six months or you know what would you be able to do what would you be able to do with your family and all this stuff guys it's we're done with that right I know there's a lot of salespeople that are going to say out there you know oh this is how I sell or this is how I do this I've seen the best results from just coming across genuine just how can I help you what are you struggling with let's see if I can really help or not like truly that is the best way to help these people okay so once we understand the niche we're going to go after and the service we're going to be providing which is solving these two gaps now we're going to go into how to acquire these clients because that's the million-dollar question I know everyone's asking right now um but real quick what I'll just tell you right here when you solve this first firstly the leads and you know the potential customers I guess route that solution which is the ads the Instagram and Facebook ads you're going to do for them there's that Gap immediately there's a gap between where that lead Ops in and them actually jumping on an appointment in a sales call so that's where this you know this valuable I guess infrastructure this valuable system you're going to build for them comes in play because they they need that middleman and hiring people to go call phone Setters all that stuff they're unreliable guess what's cool about the AI agent guys no complaining it always works on time it will call leads within 5 minutes without any delays it's the exact script and prompt you want and it will book it in properly to the right times literally everything you need and let's also not talk let's also not mention how good this stuff is going to keep getting it's not like AI is going to get worse guys the AI Tech it's going to keep getting better right so this is why you need to like play a little bit into the future here with this kind of offer in this business because that's what's going to make millionaires right and that's obviously how I'm still I'm writing the trend today so that's that now when it comes to making like actually how to get clients the million-dollar question you guys are sitting here and asking me what we do and what I do to get clients what I recommend people to do to get clients is you're going to run Facebook and Instagram ads for your own business so what this means is very simply what I just said but you are going to run your own advertisements that are going to be hitting the people you're trying to Target in your Niche so if you're working with real EST agents you're going to be making ads for yourself that are going to real estate agents this is going to be on Facebook and Instagram I've tested Tik Tok I've tested Google ads I've tested I've tested LinkedIn ads I've tested all this stuff right I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on these platforms Facebook and Instagram ads have never never never like the results haven't even came close to how good the the Facebook and Instagram ads too specifically B to B which is obviously the ads we're doing here businessto business ads where we're direct you know pretty much just direct offer direct response offers okay so we're going to run paid ads for our selves we'll say or our AI agency okay which is what you're running with this model now you're probably sitting here and you're asking me Carson how do I run paid ads if I don't have money and you know the simple response to this guys is you need to make money you need to get a job okay I don't care if this is at McDonald's this is at Dairy Queen I don't know Wendy's it doesn't matter where right you just need to get some money coming in because the money that you're going to be making whether it be $1,000 a month $2,000 a month $500 a month you're going to be turning into tens of thousands of dollars if you do this correctly right and it doesn't take much skill at all to learn how to run paid ads now how we're going to run paid ads is a process that I'm going to show you guys so firstly is I guess we'll kind of go down like this like this I'll throw a little arrow so it looks all fancy um and we're going to run video ads on Facebook and Instagram okay video ads have proven to be a lot more higher intent people opting in through your ads so for example if I'm trying to hit real estate agents when I run image ads a lot of the times I get I get real estate agents who haven't close the deal in two years because they are zero intent they just saw this big bold offer and text on an ad and they're like Count Me In right so it doesn't really get people who are actually interested unlike video ads where it really can you can compel your offer you have 30 to 45 seconds to really make yourself clear and I'll show you guys real quick how I do this so we're going to be running tools again completely with AI here we're going to be I guess preaching our own what we're doing with our own I don't know how you say it we're going to be practicing what we preach right that's that's kind of what we we're going to be doing here and I'm going to show you um make video ads with Arc ads . a I think AR ads. a is the website I'll show you guys right here so AR ads.

a I'll load it up right here I'll show you guys it is essentially a platform you can use and it costs $10 per video okay you can generate a script you give Arc ads the script you can pick through a big list of just voice actors and this script will lip sync to this actor in real time and it will send you back the creative the video ad that you can use with that exact script in literally like 20 to 30 minutes and it's $10 per video you don't need to get in front of camera if you are worried about yourself being super good on camera all this stuff it completely removes any of that okay you have no excuses here right because I was always afraid of myself getting on camera when I when I was starting to make ads and uh this this throws that out the window and you being an AI business you want to be always kind of on the Forefront of AI so this just is obviously like I said you're practicing what you're preaching to your potential clients and your obviously future clients so here's what it looks like once you sign up and you get in the software I'm not affiliated with them at all so I'm not saying this here to you know make a quick affiliate off you no literally none of that I'm just showing you this cuz this platform has worked really really well for me really really well for the people I also help inside of my Mastermind and all that stuff which I'll kind of go into here in a minute but essentially you just type in your entire script here you can choose right here once you've typed all that in the big list of actors you can kind of Select from and I can play like a hey you welcome to Arch I'm one of the hey you welcome toads I'm one of the hey you welcome toads hey you welcome to arcad okay you guys get the point that's all AI That's not a like I mean it is a human but but it it's like it's all AI right and that's the cool part about this so I'll show you guys real quick right here this is a script I used and I gave to someone who I was helping make this and you can read I mean I can kind of I'll play the the clip actually of the guy speaking but um this is the script here on the left right here you can completely see so if you're trying to copy me you can copy me I don't care this is for a real estate and script so like I said if you're working with roofers whatever um I think we the guy helped and I sent this ad to and I helped him make this I think he spent about four grand on ads and he made about 22k back so this ad has been proven uh to make money in this script specifically so if you want to rip it you can depending on whatever industry you're in um but I'll play it real quick you guys can hear it are you a real estate agent who is still struggling to get more list listings in 2025 in the next 60 seconds I'm going to show you my team and I are helping over 100 agents like yourself make more money for Less work and less time needed than ever before using AI in 2025 no need to use Zillow referrals or cold call ever again okay guys that's all Ai and me telling you it's AI me being younger if you're younger watching this too you might be like well the Carson that's obviously AI you know this is very very clearly an AI ad that's generated not to a 40-year-old not to a 50-year-old not to a 60-year-old it's crazy to think so I'll give I'll give you context so the person I gave this ad to where he ran it he made about 22 Grand with it he just threw closing real estate agent clients on his AI offer who's also in my Mastermind he literally told me he said Carson all these realtors that opted in none of them knew this ad was AI I actually showed them on the call and then they realized they were like oh yeah it was that's how powerful this stuff is and this dude's in some crazy camera setup studio all this stuff he's looking all professional he's got he's probably got like makeup on and stuff on here you know like you don't need to do any of that you don't need to prep at all you could be sitting in your bed with uh I don't know a coffee or something in the left with you know I don't know maybe just your underwear on or something and you could be just pumping out all these ads that look all professional that make you so much money and that's what's so cool about this so that's that that's how we're going to generate these ads again it's $10 per ad you can do that and I'm not going to go crazy in depth into this video on actually how to set up Facebook ads is I'm going to leave that to a big long hour like 5 Hour course I made on this YouTube channel literally A to Z on how to start an AI agency so I'm just going to leave it there um but that's how we make ads so we're going to make ads with uh Arc ads and that's all going to be video ads generated with AI and you can use chat gbt to help you with this prompt in this script but or if you just want to kind of take inspiration for what I given you guys right here you can do that too um but what I'll do here is I'll also just kind of show you guys like this and we're going to go into the next step is once people opt in from this ad so everyone sees ads out there there's that little button that says learn more opt in um what happens when they click on that they're going to get sent right to a funnel sent right to booking funnel okay I'm going to show you guys exactly what I mean by that now and when it comes like I said when it comes to the setup of the actual ads in the Facebook ads manager I'm leaving that down below I'm not going to get that here because I want to make this video value condensed short and if I do that it's just going to uh go off the rails a little bit on kind of tutorial mode but I use a CRM it's called go high level I'm not sure if you guys have heard of it or not but it's probably one of the best crms out there for the money you pay it has everything you need calendars bookings automations Etc I talk about it way more in that course below but we need to set up a funnel so this is somewhere where we can send people to once they've opted in on that ad and they've clicked that learn more button so let's say we're spending less than $50 a day on ads I've kind of sectioned this off a lot of this stuff guys by the way a lot of the things I'm going to show you here are given also to my Mastermind members which I'll leave a link to that down below where it's just a private Mastermind where I help a bunch of other people do what I'm talking about in here so um they kind of just get more one-on-one support they get my phone number they a bunch of stuff right so I'll leave that down below as that's not what this video is for but that's what I'm going to be referring to as I show you guys this so we'll view a page literally as simple as this you can see right here Niche okay this is like a templated right here so let's say you're working with Realtors Realtors dot dot dot dot dot Implement AI into your business to scale to five deals per month within 90 days yeah that's a little bit of a bold guarantee but you know you'd make this depending on whatever your industry is ETC and then you'd have your booking calendar so go high level just you're able to make that within here and you just have your calendar here and everyone can just book in right so they immediately after they see this ad they immediately are shot to this page where they can book in and then we also have some other settings where like you saw there was like a popup I don't know if I can show it but if ever think of going off the page boom this shows up and then the calendar okay so it's all went within high level again this is kind of what I give out to a lot of The Mastermind members that are in there but um that's that whole point I'm trying to show you guys is that's how the funnel works okay this is the gap that you're so everything I kind of showed you guys right there and I'll just preface this the end where the final point is to book a call with you okay that's what we're doing here that's the whole point here is we just need to get them on the call with you so you can present your service and I'm going to talk about right now actually how you can pitch this stuff so right here this exact same process I showed you guys that you need to be helping for your clients is the exact same process if you didn't notice that you're doing for yourself you need to run ads for yourself get leads AKA more real estate agents or more roofers opting into your funnel then jumping on sales appointments with you that then turn to paying customers where you deliver a service and you make money that's the whole process there's no crazy signs there's no crazy things behind you like that that's the whole process right there I just gave it to you guys um so that's that now when it comes to jumping on a I guess when it comes to jumping on a call and you actually are on the sales call like I kind of touched on it but like you want to really be building a lot of your argument on what you're talking about here not only with maybe some examples of how sinf flow Works which like I said I have other videos on my channel for that which sylow being the AI caller and what it sounds like but being genuine I think a lot of people have this notion where they think they can be the super big sales shark in closed deals of course you can right people will fall for that and people will you know kind of get just I guess destroyed Under Pressure but if you want to actually come across with very little like the amount of people that come across as super salesy and sales shark and they close people that 30 minutes later that person just disputes or that person gets cold feet and they want to get a refund it's so high because they're not actually bought into the person that's selling the service they're just bought into a bunch of words and pressure you want to buy these people in on hey we're really going to make a transformation in your business by not only building you a system that you get Beyond working with us or not right but we can also for a very cheap cost run your ads for you and get you these two main things that you need to get more clients right because you can do math for them you're spending x amount of dollars right now on your front desk which this AI caller can replace or you're spending x amount of dollars per month on ads which we do for 500 a month do many companies do it for 500 a month no right at least with quality a lot of people can do it ads out there for free anyone can but you know what the quality is the quality is so no one wants that you know that's it's just cheap right but you since you're building both of these solutions for them you can really just do both that's the key Point here so jumping on the sales call with them coming across genuine actually having a goal to help them and showing them data right there is so much data out here I don't even need to go into right now where AI is the complete biggest indicator of success in most businesses hey you're a 40 50y Old you know AI is huge you've seen the stock market of Nvidia keep going up all these big AI completely going up to the moon and you hear these stories about everyone's going to go out of jobs if they don't have ai implemented in their business and they don't use AI well here's your solution right you can just ride that Trend and a lot of people it's already been bought into them and you just need to clarify that and that's what I've seen so that's that that's the sales call that's really the best advice I can give and now when it comes to the Fulfillment Carson how do I fulfill for these clients right you've told me I can build a chap off for them or a AI color for them and I can do ads for them how do I actually do it so there's three ways you can do each or I guess there's I'll start with ads So Paid ads delivery okay there's three ways you can do this one is I'm going to start with you can learn it yourself okay learn it yourself number two is you can hire a white label agency I'm going to get into in a second with that means Higher White Agency or three you can hire someone full-time or part-time hire someone full I'll say slash part time uh on your team who obviously knows how to run ads so these are kind of the three ways you can do this right so the best way the most ultimate best way out there is learn it yourself okay the same way you're probably going to be running ads for yourself for your own business and you know doing what I just told you right here in this process it's obviously important because it's hard to hire someone or like a white label agency might be different but it's it's h it's hard to hire someone when you don't know actually how to do the service and what's good or not it's like me going into a pizza shop and trying to hire the right guy to flip pizzas and make pizza but I've maybe never tested tasted Pizza in my life or I don't know how a good person makes pizza you guys get the point okay this is probably like a very very bad analogy but you you guys get the point right and I've I have had pizza in my life so I wouldn't know what good pizza tastes like but the point is is if you if you don't know what's good it's hard to find good and know and actually spot good talent if you've never done it yourself because you can call out BS this person who sits here and says oh yeah I can run ads for you I can get you x amount of dollar lead costs and then you have them maybe on call on the interview hey show me show me an example of your ads show me an example of this offer on the spot make me an ad for it and then you'll find out pretty quick if they're bsing or not if you know how to do it that's the key Point learning yourself is number one but you might sit here and might be like Carson I don't have time to learn it myself I just made $5,000 up front off a deal like this uh I want to Outsource myself you can use a white label agency all right so um I think it's called stealth management if you look up stealth ads management they're an agency out there not affiliated with them either but uh you can look up them I think they're about $600 per like client which is crazy cheap so you can hire an agency completely white label that'll just do it for you um and of course last thing you can just hire someone full-time but I wouldn't recommend this unless you've at least learned it yourself okay so that's the paid ad side now when it comes to the actual AI fulfillment which is probably what a lot of you guys are actually wondering here let's say we'll say ai ai CER fulfillment AI color delivery so I would say there's probably two ways this goes which one again the first one is learn it yourself I have a bunch of different tutorials on my Channel about this stuff you guys can look at those if you want help or inspiration um but you can learn it yourself obviously you have very very high margins when you learn things yourself and you know you can obviously communicate with's going on better right because if you're Outsourcing a lot of your paid ads delivery and also Outsourcing your AI callor delivery when a client asks you hey what's going on and you don't have a pulse on this because you have five other clients all outsourced you got to you got to you know figure out what's going on a little bit more um so that's that that's number one and then number two is you hire a tech guy SL like we'll say automation guys so what I've seen guys really best now I'm going to talk about real quick how to hire for both of these I've seen these two platforms do the best one is upwork and then second is indeed okay these two platforms are the best I think there's another one called freelancer. com something like that but these two platforms are the best I think when it comes to Outsourcing for really really good talent especially when it comes to ads work and Tech work so you're going to hire a tech automation guy so what I've seen a lot of automation guys guys who just understand zapier make.
