I Grew A Web Design Agency From $0 To $8,000 In 30 Days...

hey guys how's it going it's Sam here and today I have an amazing video quietly in the background over the last 30 days I've been helping my little brother build his website design agency um and in the last 30 days we've managed to grow it from zero to $8,000 in agency sales and uh I've got proof of this I'm not making this up um we've used Facebook paid ads to generate every single client um and we've had amazing results and the way I've gone about doing this is different to what most people do I feel

like the way I've advertised this product um we've had a crazy conversion rate um it's been like what you'll see the conversion rates but I got a screenshot here from my brother um he's had 10 sales from six clients so one of the clients went on to I think do about four sites um so he's made 6 and a half Grand which is about $88,000 just over $88,000 actually that's in one month and we can repeat this process every month um we've got the ads dialed we've spent only five 00 on paid ads to get

this result so in this video I'm lit going to walk you through the ads I'm going to go into the ad account manager I'm going to show you how I set up what targeting options I use and all of these sorts of things um but before I get into that I want to quickly talk about the Inner Circle um so you guys know I have a school Community um it's it's amazing communities for media buyers agency owners we talk about things like sales marketing advertising paid ads client retention all of these things got a really

leave a link to this group in the description box down below let's get on with the video so um I'm going to quickly talk about the web the company so my brother does uh website does uh websites for um all sorts of companies mostly local businesses um okay and he does it's simple word prep's websites it's it's you know very basic it's very focused around just taking a basic product um such as like a local cleaning company or a local window company or any of these sorts of things um building them a simple yet effective

WordPress site that has basic SEO nothing fancy um but most companies don't need fancy websites okay they need something basic and simple and most companies have awful sites so he comes in he launches some pretty nice ones in fact we have a quick quick look at some of his projects um uh let's have a look at this one for example this is the drainage company uh here's a site so he launched this site which as you can see has you know it's a nice website has different pages for each product that they offer um he's

also got a mobile optimized version which as you can see is perfectly optimized for mobile uh nothing fancy but a nice simple website and now makes this company look super professional and his prices are really affordable so he chared is starting price around £399 you can see here you got different packages depending on what they want but for a simpli five page site is £399 with just a low ongoing um hosting subscription I think it's about 3050 a month for subscription and any alterations so um obviously that's over the course of a year that could

be anywhere from like £300 to 500 in subscription Revenue as well as the £399 up front but then obviously he's got different numbers and packages depending on what sort of site they want so I immediately saw this and thought 399 pound that is a good deal and my brother's not like the biggest sales guy in the world he's not you know he's not a natural sales person he's not got loads of sales experience I wanted to generate leads from people that were you know qualified on price point and they kind of saw his prices thought

they were reasonable and were kind of willing to give it a go so I'd rather pay a little bit more per lead and get a lead with a price in mind and get those people who are expecting something for nothing and we did this through ads I've just paus these because we've reached the agreed a 500 pound budget and we've just reached the budget cap um we've got 10 booked calls um at £47 a call which you might think sounds expensive but not really when you see the ads you'll see why um uh we've done

a couple of different things here but I'm going to first focus on the ad creatives now I originally launched this video ad which I'm going to show you first which I edited and some of you might have seen one of this seen this in one of my previous videos um I edited this for him I we first thing we did actually was focusing around the Home Improvement sector I felt like um it was a good Niche to start with we can obviously develop more niches I could do one for restaurants I could do one for

you know um barber shops there's a million different niches I could have focused in on um I understand this Niche I thought web design for um Home Improvement is perfect it's a huge Market um and most of them have awful websites so first thing I did was um edit this video ad which I thought was quite smart and quite clever so it kind of calls out it's got AI voice over but it cools out the um kind of problem uh talks about you know most companies own poor websites most agencies charging thousands of pound but

here at Snappy um we can do a full website design and build and launched for £399 um and I just kind of did it in a creative way with lots of kind of gifts and memes and stuff like that just to kind of Drive attention and interest um you've got someone here appreciating the ad which is cool um and then just some simple copy kind of explaining you can read the copy here I'll zoom in just explaining like what it is what they get um and as you can see the price point is literally here

in the advert so does the intent from these books caus is high and obviously a lot of these might go straight for the £399 package but a lot of them didn't a lot of them went for you know bigger more more sites more pages once you get them on the call and you show them examples of what you can do and stuff like that uh often times you're going upsell them into different different packages so I had this landing page that I designed in go high level super simple I actually did this video ad for

my brother um because you know I'm better on camera so I did this video uh I literally made this one evening it took me about 10 minutes I just talked really simply about what it is that they we do my brother does snappy um what kind of sites I went through example sites and what they can get you know how much it costs really really kind of selling the product in one sort of two and a half minute video and then I just said get a price today booking a 15-minute phone call as you can

see very very simple design if we go on mobile you can see again optimized for mobile nothing overly complex if we scroll down here a little bit of copy here um portfolio section so we can see that on mobile portfolio section here with a few different website designs um and then a book your call option here obviously I've set up all my pixels we've got a landing page pixel and a confirmation pixel on the confirmation page so we can chat the leads um but very very seemingly simple design now interestingly um I did use a

lookalike audience for this as well um just of people that were engaged but actually my my um uh best audience was a construction interest audience so for this one I literally just did I I think just in people interested in different different construction um jobs and stuff like this just try to n it down just a little bit but then launched a second adver which did really well so this one got call for £33 each and it was literally I just all I did was swap out the picture for a photo of my brother I

thought this kind of played on the local business you know young guy trying to start a company and not rather than trying to go for a large agency I think I'd use this instead I think a lot of people often um think they need to pretend there's some sort of big agency when actually with my brother I thought well you know he's young he's just starting out he's affordable most agencies charge to the roof why not um why not play on that or leverage that so that's what I did in this one again you can

see it's going to the same landing page uh here so that's why I leverag with that but yeah I tested a couple of audiences I spent I think 10 20 pound a day did that for about I don't know maybe a month and uh we hit our 500 spend we generated 10 booked calls he closed six out of the 10 one of them bought booked four websites and made over um yeah made over six 6 and a half Grand or around $8,000 if you are watching this from the US so um pretty crazy results and

I thought this is just a cool little video I could share with you guys um I am going to do a full breakdown um of kind of like the landing page design and more more information which I'll put in the school Community kind of breaking down the audiences the targeting the copy how I wrote it stuff like this uh which will go in the school Community if you guys want to kind of getting more in-depth analysis of this um but yeah just something I'd share with you guys um and that is it's today's video that's
