I use to build this business so you can literally just copy me all for completely free now this is not just a how to start video okay it's your bulletproof guide to reach $100,000 in 60 days and I bet you can relate a little bit to this slide so taking a wild guess this is probably you 24 years old learning about Drop Shipping terrible masturbation habit losing money trying e-commerce and Scrolls Instagram reels every day you always think about starting but you default back to scrolling you're 9 to5 and you never really take action and
why is that well you have a lack of an action plan that's the most likely situation maybe you believe in some gurus that are honestly just misleading you pushing you that's never going to make you successful or number three procrastinating but my friend you are at the right place we are going to fix this right now so Focus because I will give you my ultimate strategy and you will make money I promise if you actually listen now in this video I'm going to teach you my five-step proc process but let's start with number one product
research so many people think that Drop Shipping is all about marketing and testing and while that is kind of true it really comes down to just one thing the product and if you have the wrong one you will lose a lot of money now if you have the right product however and you listen to this strategy success is pretty much guaranteed so let me give you the two best ways to find winning product in 2025 I'm going to give you one free method and one pce so when product researching you're quickly going to realize iiz
that there's two categories of products number one products that actually solves a problem it improves someone's day-to-day life maybe it helps with an insecurity it actually enhances the customer life and has a good margin now the second approach many YouTubers are going to tell you to go for cool wow factor products oh it's so easy for beginners to go for but wow factor products without a purpose usually doesn't work very well product needs to have a function these are also usually a cheap junk type of items or has just overall a low margin so always
ask yourself this when you're researching is this longterm is this stupid would I even buy this and does it even help someone well in most cases you're going to find yourself in category one that's where you want to be and take a screenshot of this because these are my four criterias of a winning product and just to clarify I will be showing you three Tools in this video you do not need any uh you can actually make this work perfectly fine without but these are just three of the best tools to optimize uh your success
as it can help you with product research accuracy conversion rate and getting clicks to your site from your advertisements okay so having the tools I'm about to show you is going to help you but don't feel pressured because I started my Drop Shipping Journey with $200 and a dream so while this is not needed it's just something that might help you a little bit uh at accelerating your journey to $100,000 okay so the first method of find winning prize is on Instagram and if we head over to the real section here we're going to find
so many amazing drop shs products that's pushed by what we call organic stores they will order the product to their house film videos of it and pretty much Market it for free now this is not the best way to drop ship in any way but we are going to encounter so many products check out this one for example it fits the criteria it has high value as it helps you it solves a problem and it's not something you can just get anywhere it's not the most basic product at all and it's something you could see
yourself sell long term so I'm actually going to go ahead and like it I'm even going to go ahead and click save on it because while I'm scrolling I'm saving all these products and I'm also liking them to optimize my algorithm to show me more now when you first come into Instagram you're probably not going to find ads scroll for like 10 minutes and engage only with Drop Shipping ads and before you know it you will find many okay I promise you if this is not the case create what we call a burner account okay
an extra account for product research and only engage with these types of reals before you know it you're going to find a lot so as you can see every single day after researching I'm actually saving my favorite products this one we used for a challenge we made loads of money with it as well but every time I find a good product I save them here um and as you can see we've grown a huge collection so at the end of the day I'm going to pick out my three favorite products or two favorite products that
I have from the research session and I'm going to run them so when scrolling Instagram you're going to find just the most crazy products out there like I'm talking real wild Factor products that actually help people so this is the number one go to Method through research in 2025 then simply just search the product up on AliExpress check that the pricing is all right and start selling it on your store now another criteria when product researching is that you can sell it for at least two to three exra price products need to have a decent
margin now the second way to find winning products is by using sick analytics and the reason why this method works so well is because you can actually get data on the product you're going to know that it's a proven winner and they even have a function that can show you how much money a store is making so let's say that we want to go with the product that we found earlier this tea item first of all it's a really good product uh we're simply just going to go ahead and head over to their website and
the thing that sik has here is the store sales tracker which is actually very accurate uh we can go up here and we can actually just put in the link to the store that we want to track so in this case it's going to be uh this one and when we come back to sick we're literally going to see how much money they're making and if we put it for example back in time uh we should even get an idea as to like kind of when they started running it and as you can see I
just filtered it by October uh they were already crushing it back then they were making half of their money from the two different options of products and this store is doing on average around like $70,000 a month so they are clearly onto something and we might actually have just identified a trend that we can jump on the next thing you want to do to check if it's trendy or dead is you want to search up the product on Tik Tok so as you can see uh we're finding tons of people selling similar products and while
scrolling down here it doesn't seem like the product is too saturated we have one guy selling it here but he only has 50 likes and when we keep scrolling down we're not finding too many competitors for this examp item so that could potentially mean that it's a good time to get onto it right now now obviously with this software there is more things you can do uh we can for example see the trending products right now but the thing I prefer to do is actually just to go over to the product Explorer cuz here we
can select Drop Shipping so we'll only find products relevant to that and by the way like this is my research routine okay and then let's just filter by Tik Tok and Facebook only and then what sck analytics is going to do for us is is literally going to find us products that are actually making money right now and then what sik is going to do for us is they're going to find prodcts that are actually uh making money right now so this one obviously is going to be a good one now we're almost around Christmas
people are buying things for their kids but scrolling down here we're going to find so many products that fits their criteria like this one solves a problem has a high value like this one which solves a problem has a high proceed value you can get a good margin for and actually helps people in their life and with that we could also just click find product on alexpress and it's going to scan and find it then we also have the option here to analyze the store so if we click in here we can see see that
the last 30 days um they've been making the majority of their money with this one but they're actually testing other products so like I said we can actually use this to get data for our products now what I'm going to do is I'm going to link s analytics in the description it's a really good software that's going to help you with accuracy as to whether or not people are making money with it so if it's worth running and it also hands you good products compared to a lot of the other tools so if you want
to get it it will be in the description and of course any tools or templates uh that I'm using I'm going to try to like link it all in the description for you so now that you have a product we need to move on to the second step of this process which is arguably the most important thing like if you do not use this it's not going to work too well but if you do oh man you're going to make a lot of money so this is about marketing angle and I'm going to show you
an example cuz most of you will be selling the product for just what it is you never have any intention like who am I going to sell it to old people people in a relationship no you usually just sell the product broad for what it is now that's not going to work in the competitive market so we need to use our brain hair so let's look at the product right here most people are just going to sell it for what it is which is kind of like a door closing uh alarm I'm pretty sure so
if somebody tries to break in you will be notified and it also makes it harder for people to break in now like we talked about this isn't something you should just sell as an alarm so think to yourself could you sell this to female Travelers who are worried traveling around the world for you know their safety could you sell it to people who live in the hood like seriously they might actually have a need for this product or maybe you could sell it to anyone who's interested in traveling and you could launch ads like attention
all travelers this is a must have this summer season we know that many people are unfortunately getting robbed in their hotel room while they are gone something like that like we actually come up with an audience and what we do then is we make our video ads towards that audience which we're going to touch on in just a second okay so in short be intentional with what you're selling and we need to be a little bit efficient here if we want to get to 100K a month in just a couple of weeks so for that
of course we're going to just be going with a template for all of our products so with the product research out of the way it's time for us to start optimizing our store which needs to be done a little bit efficient right if we are trying to actually break 100K a month within just a couple of weeks and yes that's actually possible I've had several students make 100K a month as beginners Drop Shipping literally within like the first one two or three months because when you have a bulletproof strategy it will always work and I'll
teach you my advertising strategies later on in this video too okay but let's just go step by step now with my strategy you might be starting up a couple different stores so you can use my Shopify link it's an affiliate okay so I will be making money on it but it's the best deal out there like you will get shopy uh for three months uh for just $1 so I'll try to link it in description you can start your stores with this but let's have a look at how it's supposed to uh turn out so
for the store creation there's many good themes you can go with the dawn theme the refresh but if you want to like really increase the chances you should be going with the beauy theme which is the one I'm going to show you now and the one I use for my stores the reason this one is good is because of how you can optimize it to the most detailed uh version you want but as you can see though we're not fully done with the homepage uh you can actually just throw up whatever you want here I'm
mainly designing in one product store here what really matters when you start Drop Shipping is this page right here and as you can see it's optimized really well for mobile the beauy also has this sticky add to card option so while the customer Scrolls down uh he still has the option to add the product to card so this is kind of the layout that I go for now when it comes to store creation I have four pillars that I recommend you to just follow number one the layout okay the first thing we need in place
uh is a winning layout something bulletproof we can use over and over again so I'll give you that in a second secondly we need content that's high quality okay pictures and Gifts is absolutely essential so take inspiration or content from your competitors not just AliExpress now third we need branding and Trust okay your store needs to tell a story okay it needs real people on the site social proofs you can get apps like uh Luke's reviews is going to be a good one and this is a must when starting out okay because without trust nobody's
going to buy from you the next thing you need is a good color scheme this is going to make your store seem a lot more branded just keep it simple of course but give your store like some personality and life now when looking at this store it has all four it has first of all an amazing color scheme orange which actually fits the product very well it has high quality photos too I think we can both agree this is not just some trash pictures it also follows a great layout that we could literally use for
all of our products so whenever I'm changing a product I can simply just go here edit the pictures swap out for another product and fill in some new text then we also got the reviews here so you can see that people have actually received the product and this is the layout I always go for like when I'm telling you guys to use this layout and the beautify theme if you build like this you will also have stores like me so you will have a good conversion rate okay now the theme as widges okay so you
can come down here and customize anything we can add a cart up sell we can add something showing how much discount is saved but more importantly you want to add this option here called sticky add to card we can also add bundles and we can literally go as specific as animating or add to card button so if we watch it carefully now it is going to move there you see yes there you got it that is how a good landing page looks this is probably going to give you four 5% conversion rate uh if you
have a good product so for the go-to theme uh when building out your store I'm also going to go ahead and Link the beyy in the description now let's move on to the third step and the final stage before you really start to make money with your store the video ad creation and I got to say in 2025 this is going to be the most important aspect of your entire business so put everything you're doing away okay and pay close attention now if you're a beginner and you just want this done for you easily I
will also give you a tool on that but here is exactly how you make your video ads now for video ad creation there are a couple of keys okay to a viral video that actually converts number one is a strong hook now this can be something controver versial or ideally it has to be a scroll stopper people got to have a reason in this world of distractions to stop and watch your product now also keep it short okay 10 to 30 seconds is more than enough and you also want to make sure you have a
CTA worth clicking you need a good offer that can be something like buy one get one free or click to claim your free gift 50% off sale ending soon is just not going to cut it okay now what I do for each one of my product is I make six variants of videos okay typically I do around two videos to each type of audience I'm trying to reach so what I do is I just mix up the first 5 Seconds to test different hooks I also create different video ads to different audiences like I said
and lastly put some effort in bro or you're just not going to get good results so my method to make video ads let's say we're going for this T product here um I just search it up so I search T maker on Tik Tok right here then what I'm going to do is I'm just going to open a couple of stores that's selling it uh find some good videos I'm just going to go ahead and literally just copy the link then I search Tik Tok video downloader I go to this one SSS I don't know
anything about this website but what I do is I just go ahead and download the video I'll then get a couple of different variants and then we'll head into my editor program so what I do next is I just add in a couple of video ads uh for the product then what I will do is I will just like mix it into my own I'm not going to show you how to do that now I might actually make a video at tutorial just let me know in the comments but I mix a couple of different
variants into my own uh the best software for this is going to be cap cut is the easiest for beginners to use and it usually turns out out pretty good as you can see uh I've been putting some text on it now this is nowhere near finish though I'm actually working on a video for my students on video ACC creation and I have to tell you every single day I get so many messages from people asking me Henrik do you have a mentorship program for Drop Shipping how can I learn from you and yes I

smart people do is they just get the VIP I think it's like $50 a month and you can get unlimited ads for cheap but basically what you do is you buy a split test package it's going to give you like four variants of ads for your product um then the next thing you do is you get a form in your email okay now here's where I want you to listen when you work with vir Le commands they will make you good videos but instruct them don't just leave everything up to them tell them how you
want your video to be tell them who your audience is and your marketing angle and also tell them to show the product in action instantly this is something I always say when I use them and the video ads turn out just amazing now to show you some of the ads that they make and they actually have real people in it so which seems pretty trustworthy they show the prot in action they put text over it they put music over it I think you get it it's a video ad editing uh agency so you can basically
Outsource everything to them now what I do when I scale stores is I get the ugc uh package okay so with this one they will have a real person making videos with your product now this is very important in terms of creating trust with your store you don't need this when you start out at all but once you start getting the numbers in I want you to actually get this so every time I test the product I make a couple of AD variations myself and I also order some from Mar Le so if you want
to make the process smooth and just work on your store get this Outsource to someone who actually specialize in it I'm going to link viral ecomat in the description now when I'm talking about Tools in this video I'm only giving you once that work now let's move on to the crazy part of the video where you finally make money chapter five advertising it's time to get filthy rich after this strategy nothing will ever be the same okay so be prepared to leave your old life behind now you know things are getting serious when I'm bringing
up my Facebook ad PowerPoint as you can see this is how I structure all my campaigns if you don't understand it don't worry I'm literally going to show you the setup okay but for those who get Facebook ads we're going completely broad running a CBO $60 a day budget I will explain in a second okay completely Brad a three video videos in each or two videos in each is going to be fine as well schedule them to midnight go completely Broad and aim for purchase as the event so right now we're inside of my ad

want to beat all your competition and just be in a market where there is none why don't you sell your product to Sweden or something why don't you sell your product to France where nobody's Drop Shipping you make it so much easier for yourself but for the sake of this video we're going to go with the United Kingdom is one of my go-to markets and you're not going to touch anything more okay Facebook do have an option here though where if you are running a niche product and this is important any product that is Niche
you come to detail targeting and you can search things up so if we are selling for example um an anime product of course we're going to have to go a little bit Niche so we're going to Target interest like anime um movies we're going to Target people relevant so if you're for example selling the tea product uh we can Target green tea we can hit suggestions here Target herble tea uh ice tea matcha tea bubble tea beverages now this I only use for Niche products okay so in most cases that's not going to be relevant
we're simply just going to go ahead and go to the next page now when you come here you're just going to scroll down click single image or video go with manual upload then once you come down here you can simply just add your video ads or image even trim it but there's no need and I'm actually going to show you like creative that I used uh on one of my six figure stores and this is one of the best creatives I've ever used we're going to add it right here if you scroll down there's a
primary text section here we put in the offer buy one get one free today h get yours now for the headline we can do something like free shipping and then we don't really describe it much that's what our video does so here you can see one of the best videos I ever had for this specific product it's also a good product because it gets people in shape it helps but we already talked about that as you can see shows the product in action but in a genuine way it's not too salesy right so you your
videos here then uh for each adet we're going to have uh two videos I have a guide on this okay so watch my Facebook ad tutorial after but we're simply just going to go ahead and duplicate uh this one right here which is our ad then we're going to add in our next video and as you can see now we have other creatives so with this in place we have two videos in each adset we're simply just going to go ahead and duplicate the adet uh two times so in total we're going to have three
and then we're going to go into each one of these uh and we're just going to change our video until we have have all or six videos okay now once that's done we're going to have one campaign inside of each campaign we have three adsets so these are basically your audiences or your adset is who you're reaching why do you go with your adset some of you going to ask they optimize differently to different audiences inside of them we're going to have all our different video ads so when I once again bring up this slide
hopefully it now makes some sense the $60 is actually changed you're going to go with $50 okay this slide is not going to be too in depth just take a screenshot of it there's four things that come into a successful campaign product Creative Marketing angle and audiences and all these things need to be on point so now with your campaigns up and running I'm going to teach you how to analyze them and how to scale first of all if you're not making any sales just move on from that campaign or test some new videos now
in terms of cutting a campaign uh I usually look at CTR okay this is a metric that want to be above 2% and if it's not the campaign is not worth running it but let's say you have a campaign that's actually working is making you sales and you follow my strategy and you get crazy row ass you're usually going to be in a situation like this you will find yourself having one good performing adset and the other ones just absolutely suck so what you can do in that case you just shut off the ones that
don't work so you save money and then you see we have this one that's profitable eight rows very good uh four sales what I'm going to do with that one is I'm actually just going to go ahead and duplicate it okay so every adset that works we're literally just going to clone it okay heading into this part of the adset we're simply just going to go ahead and publish it and you will now have two versions of the same one now another thing we do uh when we have a winning adet if you want to
SC scale upwards is let's say we have this one that's working it has 16 sales it has 2.9 row we're going to go ahead and duplicate it but what we're going to do next is we're going to go new campaigns and we're going to duplicate three copies of it anything that works well for me on Facebook I duplicate uh three times into a new campaign then once I get into the campaign settings I keep the budget the same as well and I just published so Facebook in 2025 is kind of messy you just create a
bunch of campaigns anything that works you just copy you clone it but another thing you can do that I want to teach you right now is to actually increase the budgets on your campaigns that working so this one has a 14 sales it has a row as of 4.9 we're spending $60 a day uh we could go ahead and increase it to 80 then if that works we can increase it to 100 now the reason you want to make duplicates all the time is because if you scale the budget too high up your ad actually
starts dying out so rather than making one campaign with crazy budget I'm just making a whole bunch of them another thing I like to do once my my product is actually selling is I like to make a new campaign where I do the interest targeting like we just discussed you're selling a tea product keep in mind that with this system we can reach people who are actually looking to shop with us but what's going to work the best in 2025 is to go broad big interest so targeting for example online shopping is going to be
a good one targeting engag Shoppers these are people that has shopped the last seven days on Facebook that's going to be a good one as well if you go interest targeting make sure to go AB Brad so whenever you have a winning product uh just duplicate the campaigns increase the budget a little bit test some interest and before you know it you will scale to the Moon I got a full guide covering this as well so this is the exact system that you're going to follow on all your stores I cannot guarantee that the first
store will take off but if you find the product the way I did you check for example sick analytics to see the data you see on Instagram that the likes are up you also use a great theme to boost your conversion rate I mean that's not needed you can make it work with free theme 100% but you make your store amazing you make the best video ads and you really follow this video step by step I want you to come back to it multiple times you are going to hit a winning product if you launch
your stores exactly like this and you cut anything that's not making money early and you move on to the next product you will get a successful store every single time because this is exactly what I do it's exactly how I found my $800,000 a month product and the same method I teach my students so that is it this is how you go from Zer to 100K a month with Drop Shipping in 60 days obviously it could take a little bit more too but it could also take less time if you like the video click a
