Shaolin Kung Fu is not just a physical discipline, but a philosophy of life that combines the strength of the body with the wisdom of the mind. Legend has it that an Indian Buddhist monk named Bodhidharma traveled from his homeland to China, crossing mountains and rivers to spread the teachings of Buddhism. However, when he arrived at the Shaolin monastery, he found the Chinese monks physically weak and unable to maintain concentration during long hours of meditation.
