6-8 chicken thighs. Wash the chicken thighs and pat dry with paper towels. Cut out the bone.
A layer of chicken meat remains on the skin. In a separate bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of salt. Add a teaspoon of paprika.
Black pepper. Add 3 cloves of crushed fresh garlic. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix well. Place half of the chicken thighs on a board. Trim the thick part of the meat slightly and open it like a book.
Cover with cling film and soften the chicken legs. Rub the chicken with the spices and oil. The chicken will turn out very tasty.
Place the seasoned chicken on a plate. Repeat the same with the remaining chicken pieces. You can prepare as many servings as you need.
Brush generously with the sauce. Cover the chicken with cling film and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. 1 large onion.
Finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. A piece of butter.
Fry the onions for 5-7 minutes. 0. 5 lb Champignons (about 250 g).
Finely chop the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions. Mix well.
Add salt to taste. Add pepper. Half a teaspoon of dried thyme.
Transfer the mushrooms to a separate bowl. 120 g cheese. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Add grated cheese to the mushrooms. Mix. Fresh parsley.
Chop the parsley. The filling for the chicken thighs is ready. Place the filling in the middle of the chicken leg.
Roll the filling into the middle of the roll. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill all chicken pieces with stuffing.
If the filling falls out, you can secure the chicken with toothpicks. Fill the entire baking dish with chicken thighs. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, you can prepare the sauce. A couple of tablespoons of soy sauce. A teaspoon of honey.
A teaspoon of sweet chili sauce. Half a teaspoon of turmeric. Mix well until smooth.
The chicken rolls are almost ready. Brush generously with the sauce. Don't forget to coat the sides as well.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for another 10 minutes. It is very tasty! Bon appetit!
