Brush generously with the sauce. Cover the chicken with cling film and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. 1 large onion.
Finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. A piece of butter.

Finely chop the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions. Mix well.

Add grated cheese to the mushrooms. Mix. Fresh parsley.
Chop the parsley. The filling for the chicken thighs is ready. Place the filling in the middle of the chicken leg.
Roll the filling into the middle of the roll. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill all chicken pieces with stuffing.
If the filling falls out, you can secure the chicken with toothpicks. Fill the entire baking dish with chicken thighs. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, you can prepare the sauce. A couple of tablespoons of soy sauce. A teaspoon of honey.
A teaspoon of sweet chili sauce. Half a teaspoon of turmeric. Mix well until smooth.
The chicken rolls are almost ready. Brush generously with the sauce. Don't forget to coat the sides as well.
