How I MASS-PRODUCE YouTube Shorts with ChatGPT & Canva

short form content is taking over the world with billions of people watching it every single day attention is becoming more and more important in today's society it's the new biggest currency some few people have realized this and are making an investment banker salary posting simple short form videos that take no more than 10 minutes to create don't believe me one of our 18-year-old community members used what I'm going to talk about in this video to print over $10,000 from Tik Tok YouTube and Instagram in only a matter of weeks and yeah you might be wondering

why I mentioned all of these different social media platforms and not just YouTube this is because I'm going to reveal the method to create a literal content Factory for the first time here on YouTube I'm going to show you the method to how you can bulk create any type of short form videos I'm then going to show you how you can automatically upload all of those videos across all different platforms and then lastly I'm going to reveal a new method that will allow you to monetize any type of audience it doesn't matter if it's a

meme audience teens Elders people from spard this method works for anything after watching this video you'll have all the knowledge you need to create a social media Empire that stretches across multiple platforms and to turn it into an actual business this method can be however a bit tricky so it's really important you watch this video all the way to the end and don't skip any steps anyway first up we need a niche I've been doing some heavy research on what shorts are going viral right now and if you've spent some time scrolling on these platforms

you know that interesting facts videos are lit literally everywhere especially fact videos related to love relationships and crushes like this [Music] one it's literally just a text box in the top saying something like crushx and a few text boxes popping up after each other this account is bringing in millions of views each month earning a crazy $18,000 every 30 days from YouTube so you can just imagine how crazy this is when you also count in all the other platforms and the secret monetization method I'm going to reveal later it's literally more than what some CEOs

earn off of one page the problem however with most niches is that the type of videos only perform well on a certain platform but this one tends to go viral on YouTube shorts Tik Tok and Instagram which is exactly what we want basically we're going to use the method I mentioned earlier to create thousands of these shorts and then post them automatically across all platforms with this autop posting software I found but before we move on I just want to mention that this Niche I'm going with is just one of many you can apply this

blueprint on any Niche you like and I actually encourage you to pick something that you find interesting personally since it'll be a lot easier to stay consistent anyway it's time we dive a bit deeper into how we're actually going to create these videos we're going to use a method that lets us create multiple shorts with just a few clicks I've actually talked about this method on here before and that video is currently sitting at 2 million views so I've done some improvements to the strategy to make it even better this is not a tutorial where

I'll show you how to edit videos one by one in cap cut instead we're going to compete with volume this method makes the video creation so quick you can even run tens of pages all at once and post on them multiple times a day without you being restrained by time or having to hire someone but as we know now there's a few obstacles when it comes to actually making anything from these videos Tik Tok only monetizes accounts with 10,000 followers that are located in a few selected countries like the US and UK and YouTube requires

1,000 subscribers and 10 million views in the last 90 days meeting these requirements when you're just starting out can be a real headache and you essentially have to work for free but I've actually done some research and came across this website that makes pre monetized accounts for both YouTube shorts and Tik Tok so that you can make money right away from your first post so if you want to speed up the process a bit and skip the stress of meeting these crazy requirements I'll leave a link to this website in the description anyway now that

we've gotten that out of the way it's time we get into the actual video creation the blueprint for bulk creating is divided into three steps the first thing you want to do is to generate the facts just like the ones in the video I showed you earlier and no we're not going to come up with these facts ourselves because with some pretty basic prompting knowledge we can get chat GPT to do this for us because it would take hours to do it ourselves to make things easy for you guys I actually sat down before making

this video and designed this prompt that'll give us everything we need to break it down for you we start off by asking asking it to generate 30 sets of facts with 10 facts in each set basically one set equals one video with 10 facts in it and since we're creating 30 sets we'll have enough facts to create 30 videos now the amount of videos you want to create is really up to you if you change the amount of sets you can change how many videos you're looking to create for example 100 sets would mean you're

creating data for 100 videos this is also important we tell chat GPT to only include facts that are related to our Niche which is related relationships love crushes and all that stuff since going viral has all to do with how the viewer engages with your videos we want to include one fact per video that encourages the viewer to share like or comment on the video it's also crucial we give examples of a topic and a couple of facts by doing that chat GPT will be able to copy the reference and give us as accurate results

as possible now the last key move here is to at the end ask chat GPT to structure the answer in a table format this is really important otherwise it won't work later on when we want to import this data into canva it'll all make sense in a couple of minutes by the way if you want the entire prompt I'll leave a link in the description where you can claim it I don't want any money it's free of course also you can use this prompt template for other niches let's say you want to create fact videos

about another Niche just change this part of the prompt and enter some examples adjusted to your Niche anyway as you can see it created this table with a bunch of facts which is exactly what we want in this First Column we have the topic for example Crush reactions followed by 10 facts about that topic now the next part of the bulk creation process is to design the actual template and change the look of the videos we'll create in canva the reason we're using canva and not some other editing software like cap cut is because they

have this crazy bulk create feature that will make a lot of sense later on basically it'll make it possible for us to import all of this chat GPT data into our template and automatically turn it into 30 ready to post shorts the first thing you want to do is head over to canva and sign sign up for a 30-day free trial the trial isn't actually needed for Designing the template but we'll need it later on to access the advanced features then you want to click on this purple button that says create a design and choose

Tik Tock video to get the correct vertical format next we'll start to place out the text box is where the topics and facts will be later on when we import the data from chat GPT start off by clicking text to the left and add a heading we're going to name this one topic to make it clear what each text box represents make it a little bit bigger and place it in the top Center if we take a look at the reference video I showed you earlier this will be the text box that explains the topic

in this example Crush facts lastly extend the length of this purple a little bit so that all the text fits in the Box later on when we import the actual topics otherwise if the topic is a bit too long it can get stacked in a weird way and yeah we want to avoid that next we need to add text boxes for the facts this time add a subheading and place it in the center of the screen I'll name it Fact one since it represents the first of the 10 facts since it'll be 10 facts per

video we'll need 10 of these boxes one for each fact so copy and paste it 10 times and start naming them fact 2 fact three until you've worked all the way up to fact 10 the reason there's so many facts is because Tik Tok requires videos to be 1 minute or longer for them to be monetized and a lot of you guys have been commenting that you can't upload these videos to YouTube shorts since they only allow videos to be up to 1 minute long but here's the thing YouTube actually released a new feature recently

that lets you upload videos up to 3 minutes long which is crazy good for people like us here's why first of all you can post these one minute plus long videos which you couldn't do before this means you can create content that meets Tik tok's requirements of being over 1 minute long but also was able to post on YouTube before you couldn't actually do this which required you to manually remove a couple of seconds from each video to be able to post them on both platforms secondly when uploading long videos you also get a higher

RPM meaning you get paid more for each view it kind of works the same way as it does with long form content the longer someone watches your content the more YouTube will pay you so by having 10 of them we can show each fact for 6 seconds and reach that perfect length both Tik Tok and YouTube shorts actually tend to push longer videos so by doing this your videos are actually more likely to go viral if the viewer watches it all the way to the end by the way if you want more tips like this

long so that we can earn some extra income from Tik Tok we obviously don't want all the 10 facts on the screen all at once so let's adjust the timing of the facts so that each fact is on the screen for 6 seconds start off by highlighting Fact one and click on show timing then you want to adjust it so that it's shown on the screen the first 6 seconds like this now repeat the exact same process on fact two but make it show up right after the first one and 6 seconds from there I

think you get the point do this on all the fact boxes so that every fact is shown for 6 seconds individually Now preview it to take an extra look and verify so that everything looks good you really think this looks good um yeah a white background with some text over it Leo no one will watch this piece of crap my grandma could literally do this better with one eye closed a three-year-old would kick your butt honestly Leo I'd rather listen to ksi's new song for 24 hours straight than spend another second looking at this damn

what's your suggestion then smart guy make it more visually appealing just look at the video you showed earlier moving backgrounds music you won't get any views without it but where do I find it you need to find a website that has copyright free footage but that's a journey you'll have to figure out yourself right after doing some research on where to find some good background videos for you guys I found this website called pixabay that has tons of copyright free videos songs and sound effects I looked at my competitors and saw that most of their

viral videos were some kind of video of a beach in the sunset so I searched for Beach Sunset and set the orientation to Vertical in order to make it have the same shape as our video a few Scrolls later I found this video it's pretty much exactly 1 minute long so it'll fit our video perfectly once you found a good video you want to click on download it and of course upload it into canva now add the video and place it behind the text see much better already next you want to add some music since

we're in the love and relationship ship Niche we want to go with something romantic so I'll just head back over to pixabay and search for some love music if you're not sure what music genre to use you can just ask chat GPT to give you a few suggestions what you want to do is describe your Niche and type of videos you're creating then you want to ask it to give you suggestions of music genres that would fit the video copy and paste it into pixabay and you'll have a bunch of songs to choose from listen

to a few of them until you find one you like Again download it and upload it into canva then you want to drag it below all the visual layers like this and make sure it covers the entire video however I do think we need to add some styling to the text I'm not a huge fan of this standard canva font so I'll change it to one of my personal favorites it's called Futura used by huge Brands like Nike Calvin Klein and Louis Vuitton I usually set it to bold to make it a bit thicker in

order to make the text Pop a bit more I'll also change the color to white and add an outline to do this you want to click on effects up here and click on the one that says outline it should end up looking something like this now preview the clip again and make sure it actually looks good now that's a good video Leo thanks bro I guess it's time for what all of you have been waiting for the actual bulk creation make sure to get ready to focus this can also be a bit confusing if you

don't know what you're doing what you want to do is click on this tab in the bottom left that says bulk create this simple thing is the app that will change your life press enter data manually and you'll get this Excel like table with some random names in it remember how we created the facts in chat GPT in a table format because of that we can just copy and paste all of that data into canva so head over to chat GPT and copy the entire table it generated for us then go back to canva highlight

the square in the top left corner and paste in all the data press done and you'll see all the data to the left the next step is to actually connect the text box to data we just imported otherwise canva has no idea where to actually insert the given data to do this you want to click on a text box in this case Fact one and press connect data then you want to connect it to the right data source which is of course Fact one now continue doing this until you've linked each text box to its

matching data source it's really important you get this right otherwise the video will be a complete mess now before we actually generate all the shorts you want to place all of the fact text boxes on top of each other this will make all of the facts pop up in the exact same place after each other and from there you should be able to generate the actual shorts so click on continue and you'll see that it says generate 30 designs this means it'll create 30 different videos all at once which is just crazy considering how long

it would take to create them one by one as you can see canva has now created 30 versions of the video all with different topics and facts I think you're starting to see how powerful this method really is this probably took us no more than 10 minutes and we already have enough content to post once a day for an entire month now all that's left to do is to download them so just click on share in the top right corner and then on download it's really important you check this box that says download Pages as

separate files that way you'll get each video in an individual file which makes things a lot easier now press download and you'll have a month's worth of content ready as as I mentioned in the beginning of this video we're not just going to post on one platform instead we're going to create a mass content system and set up a strategy that will allow us to post our videos across all platforms automatically this will allow us to quickly scale multiple profiles that we can monetize later on with the new method I'm going to reveal later in

this video this video is actually not a joke people that use the method I'll reveal to monetize accounts are printing over $100,000 per month no joke obviously all of you won't get such results immediately but just to give you an insight to what is actually possible with this so there are these so-called autop posting softwares that let you connect your social media account and then it'll post your videos for whenever you want it to I did some research on these softwares and found one called later.com where you can connect literally every social media platform out

there so what you want to do is head over to this website and sign up for a 14-day free trial when you're on the homepage first thing you want to do is click on the plug button next to the social media icons and start linking all your accounts in order to actually have accounts to link you of course got to create them it's super simple and you just need the app you can download all of them on your phone preferably and just create the accounts pretty much the only thing you'll need is an email address

for YouTube it's a little bit different since you'll have to create a new channel to do this you want to click on your profile on YouTube and scroll down to the button that says view all channels then press create create new channels and follow all the steps from there it's pretty straightforward once you've linked all of them you'll see this big calendar where all your videos will be shown later on when you've started uploading them next step is to click on upload media and upload all the videos you just created in canva they should be

downloaded all in the same folder from earlier like this hit enter and they'll all show up in this box to the left to actually schedule a video you want to highlight it and click on create post and as you can see they have have this built-in feature that looks just like when you're posting the video on the platform I'm no description expert myself so I usually do this with AI instead you've probably heard about this software called vid IQ it's basically an AI software optimized to be able to write scripts descriptions provide search volume data

on keywords and pretty much anything related to social media they have tons of crazy features but we want to use the one to the left called coach it's basically just like chat GPT but optimized for Social Media stuff so I'll just describe the video and ask it to generate a description with hashtags and as you can see it'll write the entire thing in just a couple of seconds now just copy it and paste it into later before actually posting it though you want to set a scheduling time so if you go to the top right

and click on this box with a date in it you'll be able to set the exact date and time you want the video to be posted depending on the audience you have the posting time you should Target might be a little different different I would generally recommend you try to post around 7 to 9:00 p.m. for your target audience it's not that important but why not optimize everything we possibly can and that's pretty much all you got to do before hitting this big blue button that says schedule post and now as you can see this

post is showing up in the calendar at the exact date and time it'll be posted so just to put this in perspective with this software you can schedule your posts on seven different platforms if you just post once a day on all these plat platforms you're going to be able to post more than 200 times per month and we've literally spent no more than 15 minutes on this entire process so this is why this process is so powerful you can out compete all of your competitors in volume with almost next to no work now continue

this process till you've scheduled all of the videos we've just created I'd recommend you post at least one to two times a day since the algorithm tends to prefer accounts that post consistently once you've posted a couple of videos and stayed consistent you'll start seeing The Snowball Effect kick in on the views as soon as your first post goes viral it's pretty much a done deal because you'll have so much momentum you actually can't stop but as I said in the beginning of this video we're not creating some random social media accounts we want to

turn this into an actual monetizable business which is what takes us onto the next step this is where most people go wrong they think the only way to monetize an audience is through money from views which is not true at all this monetization strategy is making people tens of thousands of dollars every single month and I've never heard anyone talk about it before here on YouTube so guys please if you like when I provide value like this leave a like and a comment showing me your support the more views I get the bigger budget I'll

designed to be promoted on short form platforms like Tik Tok and YouTube shorts the good thing with the offers that you promote and the reason why they convert so well is because they don't require the viewer to actually purchase anything all of the offers are usually built in a way where the user can get free money if they just complete a bunch of steps answer surveys and a bunch of things like that so to get in on this business model you want to head over to this website and sign up for an account it costs

nothing to join once you've created an account you want to click on payment information to the left and add your bank details otherwise they won't be able to pay out your commissions now let's get into how to actually make money with this website what you want to do is click on offers to the left and you'll see all the offers you can promote and this is what's so good about about this website all their offers are from brands that almost every person who Scrolls on these platforms are familiar with like Sheen Zara and KFC let's

take this $500 KFC one as an example so every time someone clicks on your link they'll get a survey with a bunch of questions and if they answer all of them they'll get a $500 gift card and every time someone starts answering these questions and they actually complete a few not all only a few of the steps this website will pay you $8 straight into your pocket keep in mind though the $8 commission can vary depending on the offer but most of them are the same so here's what you want to do first go to

the left and copy your affiliate link then you want to place this link inside your bio on all your automated accounts and write a little text that says something like get a $500 gift card on KFC now every time someone clicks on the link on your bio and starts to answer the questions you'll make $8 this business model mod is so great because the viewer doesn't even have to buy anything for you to get paid just answer a few questions which makes it so much easier if you really want to push this you could also
