you understand just sit down stop stop it'sing me the situation didn't end there the child was taken to jail and charged with assault assaulting a police officer harassment and resisting arrest with a $25,000 bail set the charges were later dropped and the child's mother subsequently filed a lawsuit against the officer the school and the Sheriff's Office the lawsuit was settled when the Sheriff's Office agreed to retrain all their officers in handling and recognizing mental health and Related Disorders the officers in the next case took bullying to an unprecedented level as you will soon see and

nobody on January 14th 2020 Montgomery police officers were swiftly dispatched after an elementary school reported that a 5-year-old student had run away the officers quickly Tracked Down the child but their subsequent actions left much to be desired I got you listen to me how old are you how old are you five five you feel like you can make your own decisions huh you feel like you can do what you want are you an adult are you 18 so why are you outside of school look at me why are you out of school why do you

however she wasn't alone in her actions the male officer went on to do something even worse when the child's mother finally arrived at the school you know why B children bad disrespectful children I think they need to be beaten I told your M when you get older when you want to make your own decisions you know what going to be what's going to be your best friend these right here you know what these are these are handcuffs you know what they want Uncle BTO W huh huh you know what these are for these are for

exempt from criticism as she just sat and watched while they put her son in handcuffs she later took action by filing a lawsuit against the officers the school and the police department which resulted in a 27 $5,000 settlement in the next case the officer arrested a child over a bag of chips on April 17th 2022 Syracuse police officer swiftly tracked down and located two kids who had stolen from a convenience store oh yeah cuz I'm not going to find him there [Applause] where are you going didn't we just go through this didn't we just go
