thoughts you know those pesky little Whispers that tell you you're not good enough that things will never get better or that the world is just out to get you these thoughts can be incredibly draining and can pull your energy down faster than a lead balloon another sign of a low vibrational state is a general feeling of lethargy you might feel tired unmotivated or just plain disconnected from the world around you it's like your zest for life has been sucked right out of you leaving you feeling like a shell of your former self but here's the

now that we've laid the groundwork by understanding our vibrational State let's explore one of the most powerful tools for instantly raising your vibration gratitude gratitude is often talked about as a nice thing to practice but it's so much more than that it's a vibrational game changer when you're in a state of gratitude it's almost impossible to simultaneously hold on to lower vibrational emotions like fear anger or despair it's like trying to mix oil and water they just don't go together so how does gratitude work its magic well when you focus on what you're thankful for
you're essentially training your brain to scan for the positive you're telling your mind hey there are good things happening here let's pay attention to those and as we discussed earlier what you focus on expands it's like this imagine your life is a garden when you water the seeds of gratitude those of the plants that will grow but if you water the weeds of negativity well you can guess what will happen gratitude helps you tend to the flowers even in the midst of the weeds so how can you cultivate more gratitude in your life especially when
times are tough one simple but profound practice is keeping a gratitude Journal every day write down three to five things you're grateful for they can be big things like your health or your loved ones or small things like a delicious meal or a beautiful sunset the key is to really feel the Gratitude as you're writing another way to invite more gratitude into your life is to express appreciation to others when you acknowledge the good in someone else not only do you raise their vibration but you raise yours as well it's a beautiful ripple effect of
positiv ity now I know what some of you might be thinking but what if I'm going through a really challenging time how can I be grateful when everything seems to be going wrong this is where the real power of gratitude shines through in difficult moments gratitude can be a Lifeline it's not about ignoring your problems or pretending everything is perfect it's about shifting your focus even just for a moment to what is still good it's about recognizing that even in the darkest of times there are always glimmers of light maybe you're grateful for the strength
that's getting you through this tough period maybe you're grateful for the support of a friend or loved one or maybe you're simply grateful for the breath in your lungs and the beat of your heart no matter how small these moments of gratitude can be the spark that starts to shift your vibration remember gratitude isn't about having everything you want it's about appreciating what you have even as you work towards what you desire it's a state of being that says I am enough and my life is enough right here and now so as you move through
your day make gratitude your constant companion let it be the lens through which you view your world and watch as your vibration begins to rise attracting more and more goodness into your life mindfulness and the present moment in our last section we explored how gratitude can instantly boost your vibration by shifting your focus to the positive mindfulness takes this a step further by bringing your awareness to the only moment you truly have the present you see when we're in a low vibrational State we're often stuck in one of two places the past or the future
we might be ruminating on past mistakes regrets or hurts or we might be anxious about future uncertainties worrying about what could go wrong in either case we're not fully present in the Here and Now but here's the thing the present moment is where your power lies it's the only place where you can make a change take a breath or choose A New Perspective when you're fully present you're not at the mercy of your thoughts about the past or the future you're in the driver seat of your own experience this is where mindfulness comes in mindfulness
is the practice of bringing your awareness to the present moment without judgment it's about noticing your thoughts feelings and Sensations but not getting caught up in them it's about being an observer of your own experience rather than being lost in it one of the simplest and most powerful mindfulness techniques is deep breathing when you focus on your breath you're anchoring yourself in the present moment you're telling your mind and body hey we're here right now and that's okay this can be especially helpful when you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious here's how you can try it close
your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose counting to four hold that breath for a count of four then exhale through your mouth for another count of four repeat this a few times focusing your attention on the sensation of the breath moving in and out of your body another way to practice mindfulness is through sensory awareness this means tuning into your five senses sight sound touch smell and taste in the present moment for example you might take a moment to really look at a flower noticing its colors shap shapes and textures or

learn to let them pass by like clouds in the sky rather than getting lost in the storm as you cultivate mindfulness you might find that your vibrational State naturally begins to rise that's because when you're present you're not resisting what is you're not fighting against reality you're allowing yourself to be here now and that acceptance is a powerful vibrational shift so as you go about your day try bringing a little more mindfulness into your moments take a deep breath when you're feeling stressed really listen when someone is talking to you take a moment to appreciate

probably pretty drained right on the other hand when you're around people who are positive uplifting and supportive you can't help but feel your spirits lift the same goes for the media you consume the spaces you inhabit and the activities you engage in if you're constantly watching the news scrolling through social media drama or hanging out in environments that feel heavy or toxic it's going to be really hard to maintain a high vibration so what can you do start being intentional about the influences you allow into your life surround yourself with people who inspire you who
make you laugh who support your dream seek out communities both online and off that are focused on positivity growth and Good Vibes when it comes to Media be mindful of what you're consuming instead of defaulting to the news or mindless scrolling seek out content that uplifts and inspires you listen to podcasts or read books that expand your mind and your heart watch movies or shows that make you feel good and don't forget about your physical environment your space is a reflection of your energy so take some time to create a high Vibe sanctuary in your
