can I just ask you how was it for you being a speaker being at off frommy live being the coach's coach and having so many successful students coming to an event like that like how would you describe it to people who've never been to an offer Mastery live before yeah it's it was interesting because like I don't speak a lot of events I'm almost none outside of my own right um but obviously yeah for you i' do anything and so you asked me to come out we flew out and it was cool because um it
was um I just think about like my world's all about funnels and your world's all about offers like people say you're the funnel guy you're the offer guy it was fascinating because I'm seeing like this whole transformation happen with people um all shifting around these offers like how do you create an offer how it's the right way to do it how do you structure it right and it was fascinating because you see people all different levels that are coming into this thing and uh the event was crazy the energy was off the hook like it
great energy it was a different event I mean I think my my event's a lot energy yours was different it was like it was special I had so much fun there and um yeah it was it was magical cool cool so I I know for me offers changed my life yeah um one of the greatest discoveries of my life about like how to make it financially is that poor people and middle class people pay for things with money they've exchange their time for so they feel like everything's expensive because when you look if you make
$50,000 a year and you look at a $50,000 car you're not saying is this worth $50,000 you're thinking to yourself is this worth a year of my life and with interest and taxes is it worth two years of my life right and but for entrepreneurs who understand how to create offers we pay for things according to our creativity so a bottle of water like this bottle of water costs the same amount as flying on a private jet or cost the same amount as driving a Mercedes or a Rolls-Royce It All everything costs the same amount
when you pay for things according to your creativity now what's interesting about what I just said don't miss this y'all I didn't say pay for things with your creativity out of your creativity or from your creativity I said according to why did I say it like that because when you pay for something according to your creativity when you use your creativity to pay for it you have no less creativity than you had before you created it right so if you use money that you've exchanged your time for you don't have the time anymore that you
spent them earn the money you don't have the money anymore that you earn because you spend it on the thing you only have the thing so now you are because you bought something you are a broker but when you create an offer you tap into your creativity you create an offer like if I want to buy a bottle of water I create an offer if I want to buy a new house an island a mountain a jet whatever I just create an offer toay pay for it well when I create an offer and I pay
for the thing that I bought with the offer I have the thing that I bought I don't have the money that I paid for the offer but I still have the offer that made the money I can make the offer again so when I decide to buy something that's outside of my comfort zone payment level I actually get richer because I create an offer that stays with me long after I pay for the thing yeah how cool is that idea paying for things with offers it's so cool it reminds me of um the story of
The Beatles I think it was John lennin they were they wanted to they wanted to have a swimming pool and they didn't have one and he said the line he's like how about we just go ride ourselves a swimming pool and they sat down wrote a song I think it was Abby Road launched it made tens of millions of dollars from the song and then build a wrote themselves a swimming pool the same kind of thing it's like how do I write myself a swim pool how do I write myself a private plane how do
I write myself a new house right you create an offer you put it out there and it's and it's like just shifting your mindset away from I got to go earn the money or do the thing it's just like no it's just it's an offer way it's interesting to me how businesses like success in business is always simple it's not easy but it's always simple it's always just a handful of things like funnels is just simple it's not easy but it's simple like offers are simple there are four like I have built a multi multi
multi multi multi multi-million dollar business just teaching people about how to make more offers four different types of offers lead generation offers so you have somebody to sell stuff to core product offers the main thing that you sell that is the main thing you sell premium value offers that's your profit Center and then uh what I call customer retention or continuity offers that's where you stabilize your business you master those four types of offers the game has changed forever for you and I know if anybody has mastered those four types of offers you have so
my question for you yeah the funnel Master is what's your favorite type of offer to create a lead generation offer a core product offer a premium value offer or continuity offer I think I know what the answer is man but I don't I don't know ah I could if you ask me like to to argue for each one I could argue for each one they're all so great you know and it was fun actually when I went to your event I on the flight out there I spent time thinking about all the offers that changed
my life cuz there were like offers I was like about to go bankrupt and then I created an offer and then I wasn't and then business was struggling and then business wasn't and I talk I shared a whole bunch of them at your event like here's the first one and here's the second one and just to give people belief of like you're literally like one offer putting it out there can change everything for you and so it it's fun kind of sharing those things but um I say right now my business like I don't know
love High ticket offers I love but I love continuity offers just because I I love doing something and getting paid I love the compounding version of continuity yeah too you know with click phone was one of the most powerful things we launched it we built the software and then built the software once you get paid for it every month yeah for a decade now you know and we keep putting more people in more people in and that compound that continuity compounds and compound so I love just the the compounding nature of having a continuity offer
it's probably my favorite one yeah but I love the other ones too they're all good yeah I think I think core product offers are you know you go to work you get paid you go to work you get paid you go to work you get paid premium value offers you go to work you get paid you go to work you get paid you go to work you get paid go to work you get paid um if you have a job you go to work go to work go to work go to work go to work
go to work get paid but when you have a continuity offer you go to work get paid get paid get paid get paid get paid get paid get paid so you sold me yep it's my favorite officially yes I sold you on your own thing that you sold yourself on that's so funny yeah so I'm telling like I am telling people the difference between where you are and where you'd like to be is determined by the offers that you have and have not created yet what would you say to that I think it's true it's
funny because obviously I love funnels I'm obsessed with them but a funnel is just a delivery mechanism for offers right like every step in a funnel is just an offer it's like here's the you know landing page of a funnel you're delivering an offer upsell page you know sales page on a on a funnel you're building an offer it's like they work hand in hand you can't have one without the other you know without offers the funnel is just a bunch of pages and so when you understand that it's like this is this is the
most important thing you know the skills that you got to understand you got to learn you got to master and as you know the better you get making offers the more money make and so it's just getting good at it and practicing it and and and the better you get yeah you can write yourself a swimming pool yeah there you go and and people are apprehensive and have anxiety and and so-called fear around not so much as creating the offer but actually making the offer putting it out there they're like but what if they say
no if there is no opportunity to say no there is no opportunity to say yes what would you say to that that's powerful yeah I think people get so nervous about it um but the reality is I think about like very first time I spoke on stage I made an offer and nobody bought and I was like I was so embarrassed it was devasta I was like I went and hit my hotel room Afters I don't want anyone else to see me like I was just like it didn't work I'll never do this again I
kept seeing other people doing it I'm like they can't be that much smarter than me like I just did something wrong I understand it and so I had to get coached I to get education and when I learned like oh there's a way you structure offers correctly and the way you place the way you talk about them that if you do it correctly it works and so I remember I I got trained by someone who's really good I learned it went back in my next event I spoke at and I made a $1,000 offer and
I sold six now to put that in perspective I probably made $6,000 total my entire business career up that point like it was it was it was huge and I was like oh my gosh and I got addicted I'm like how do I make this better I started how do you the tweaks what the changes how do you structure you know I got better and better and better but if someone's struggling and they're scared to make an offer just again you don't know how to do it correctly that's why they need to come to your
event to go through the process learn how to structure it because it's not again it's not hard it's just understanding how to do it correctly and if you do it the correct way and there's formulas there's principles I mean you have Frameworks for this is the way you structure the offer and then it it works and when you do that it's it's not hard there are things that a person can discover by making offers that they can't discover any other way you can discover how much you can actually help other people when you make them
an offer and then they take you up on it and then they go do the thing and then they have this breakthrough result that you didn't even know was possible it's like wow I made a difference in that person's life and I know for me I love making offers I love teaching people how to make offers we do a challenge every month that where we teach people how to make offers we've got this live event it's going to be a soldout event 2,000 people Tampa Florida um May 21st 22nd 23rd called offer Mastery live um
