your progress of how much you transformed so we are going to start off with the mindset habits because trust me if your mindset is not pretty it really does not matter what you look like on the outside because when you are confident inside it exudes outwardly first start habit stacking so when I first started my self-improvement journey I used to be the type of person that was always all or nothing and what I mean by that is whenever I made goals for myself like I want to start working out I want to start getting straight
A's in school I want to start posting on social media I'd always get a sudden burst of energy to start and then as soon as I missed one day of doing it I would throw all of my healthy habits literally out the window so let me tell you the secret to being consistent is habit stacking so the beauty of habit stacking is that it is the simple but really effective technique where you pair a new habit that you want to develop with an existing habit that you already do so think of a habit that you
do on the daily for example brush ing your teeth making coffee checking your emails so with those existing habits you want to attach a new habit with it for example after I brush my teeth I will floss before I pour my morning coffee I will drink a glass of water so the reason why habit stacking works is because it is way less overwhelming than starting a bunch of new habits that you never tried already instead you are building on to what you already have and what you already got going on so it feels so much
more manageable than starting a 100 different new healthy habits also it's easier to remember because your existing habit serves as a cue for your new one and I promise you you are going to see that progress Rive glow up because these small habits that you keep on doing on the daily they are going to add up and help you achieve your bigger goals so fun fact I am a huge coffee drinker okay I drink my cup of coffee every single morning but because I drink a lot of caffeine I was also not drinking enough water
and so it was giving me headaches throughout the day I would crash in the middle of my day skin was dry my throat was dry so I Hab it stacked while my coffee is brewing I will drink a glass of lemon water to hydrate and now hydrating and drinking water before my coffee is literally second nature to me just as much as making my cup of coffee in the morning next remove OB obstacles for effortless habit stacking so you want to make your Healthy Habits impossible to ignore by setting yourself up for success and literally
removing any and all obstacles that could come in your way so I'm talking out of sight out of mind hide any distractions like your phone turn off your TV when it's time to focus place your habit tools like your Journal your water bottle your workout gear right in front of you where you will see it lay out everything you need the night before so that in the morning when you wake up you're ready you grab and go if you want to work out consistently have your workout clothed late out the night before and when you
reduce decision- making and those obstacles actually stick to those healthy habits will be so much easier move your body for happy hormones let me tell you you have the power to literally control your mood every single day and how you may ask it's through daily movement and I'm not coming up with this out of my butt okay this is scientifically proven moving your body daily isn't just about being fit it is a scientifically proven way to boost your mood reduce your stress and just elevate your overall happiness so when you move your body you are
releasing endorphins which is the ultimate mood boosters that help you feeling happier and less stressed it also increases serotonin which is key to having better sleep s better focused and a balanced mindset it also reduces cortisol which is the stress hormone so think about it like this unlike other mood boosters that require money and a lot more effort so for example therapy or going to a spa getting a massage daily movement she's completely free and who does not like free stuff so whether it's a hawk roll walk Pilates yoga dancing stretching a few minutes of
daily movement and activity I promise you that is what's going to transform how you feel so for me my daily movement is getting 5 to 10,000 steps a day no matter what but and I know that might sound like a lot but trust me it's really not I walk to the gym I walk to the grocery store I'll go on a nature walk and no matter how I'm feeling if I'm having a bad day if I skipped my workout that day does not matter I still get my daily movement my steps in and that way
every day I'm ensuring that I'm getting my happy hormones and you know what's really funny I remember growing up I would always see my parents after a big meal or or after eating dinner they would always go outside and go on a walk together and as a kid I would look at them and be like they're kind of weird like why are they doing that but listen as an adult now okay I'm like myma andaa they knew what they were doing now that my frontal lobe is loing you know I get it getting your steps
in every day feels so nice you are hacking your happy hormones but not just that I feel less bloated tech-free hour so start and end your day without technology for a full hour listen me you we all can take intentional breaks from technology okay if you are wondering why you constantly feel anxious overwhelmed over stimulated it's because of this thing right here okay taking an intentional break from this it can help you feel more calm more relaxed and just more connected to yourself so instead during this hour you can spend time journaling meditating I implemented
the tech-free hour rule so every morning when I wake up and at night when I go to bed I have a complete Tech free hour of just zero digital simulation so I throw my phone on do not disturb I'll read I'll Journal I'll hang out with my cats I'll pray to God or you can just literally sit in silence anything that will get you off from this phone your TV your laptop for just 1 hour do it and trust me your mind and your body they're going to thank you there's just so many reasons for
this it's going to help reduce over stimulation all the notific ifications the distractions comparing yourself with other people on social media it's going to help improve your Sleep Quality because the blue light that's radiating off your phone really affects your body's production of melatonin which is your sleep hormone I'm a firm believer that how you start your day and how you end your night really sets the tone for your day so if you are starting your day straight off the Dome as soon as you wake up you are checking all the notifications seeing who texted
you your mind is literally just going crazy Journal daily I said it so many times and I will continue saying it for the rest of my life journaling daily will change your life this journal is your most powerful tool for reflection emotional Clarity personal growth I did not see my life change so much until I started daily journaling journaling just for 5 minutes a day it helps clear your mind it boost self-awareness you can set intentions and be intentional with your day you can literally track your progress of 2025 in your journal and guess what

listen eating healthy is not about restricting yourself and not letting yourself eat the things that you want it's about fueling your body with the nutrients you need to thrive and feel great and as someone who really struggled with binge eating before and always struggled to lose weight I firsthand know how difficult it is to have a healthy relationship with food and it took me some time to heal my relationship with food where I'm not super over obsessed with every food that I eat counting every single calorie not eating certain food because it's bad food so
I'm going to share some general rules that helped me focus on Whole Foods obviously you want to prioritize fruits veggies lean proteins whole grains fiber just think of having balanced meals not not having like perfect super healthy meals that literally just don't even taste good meal prep ahead you can meal prep your food and have healthy snacks ready you know exactly what you're eating I love meal prepping and finding High Protein healthy meals remember that healthy food can taste good listen I am a sweets gal okay you cannot take my sweets my desserts away from
me I have dessert every single night but I do love finding healthier alternatives to the things that I already love I love making like healthier versions of the desserts that I love to eat make it fun you know it's just genuinely fun to find healthy versions of things and like making it getting creative with it staying hydrated I feel like people don't talk about enough how if you're not drinking water consistently you can easily mistake thirst for Hunger when I started being intentional with staying hydrated I realized I was honestly like less hungry I used
to literally confuse me being thirsty and being quenched with being hungry so make sure you're drinking enough water following the 8020 rule so this means you aim to eat healthy 80% of the time and indulge 20% of the time bonus tip focus on adding not subtracting so I learned this from a dietitian stop thinking about what to take away from your food so for example if you're having a bowl of cereal you might think to yourself like oh carbs are so bad for me I can't eat this no okay do not subtract it add to
it you can eat that cereal but you can add protein so adding milk add fiber so fruits crushed nuts seeds and that way your meal is more balanced I'm just a firm believer that healthy eating is about nourishing your body while still enjoying the foods that you love I honestly started seeing the most difference in my body and my health when I stopped over obsessing about my food and what I was eating and just trying to be more balanced start strength training I know I know listen okay when you think of strength training you might
think of those like massive bodybuilders that are in the Olympics carrying hella weight and I think sometimes as women we think lifting weights will make you manly and bulky at least I used to really think this back when I was really trying to lose weight I used to literally only do cardio I would spend an hour 2 hours at the gym fully just doing only cardio and eating only 1,000 calories a day and I'm telling you I didn't start seeing my dream body until I started incorporating strength training into my workouts so by incorporating three
to four strength training days weekly it's going to tone your body you are going to start to see tone more shape you're going to build muscle improve your posture having a more balanced routine so you can add cardio or Pilates yoga whatever you want and obviously regular exercise is going to enhance your physique make you look snatched make you look good but also release endorphins so you feel better mentally and physically and honestly I just can't even begin to describe how strength training has changed my life I used to be really insecure of my body
and I'm so confident now because of not even what my body looks like now but what my body can do for me I pushed my limits with strength training and and I can lift weight that I never thought I could by the way if you want more Fitness or motivational content in general go ahead and follow my Instagram I post a lot of stuff like that on there hydrate your body so I said this before but hydrate hydrate hydrate and by this I mean drink your water drink your electrolytes your lemon water bone broth yes
bone broth I'll explain later be hydrating boosts your energy and helps your digestion improves your brain function supports your skin Health when I am dehydrated I can literally see it in my skin she looks dry looks dull so yeah obviously you can get a cute water bottle that you love so it's easier to keep track of how much water you're drinking and easy access so you are actually drinking water also I'm a huge fan of electrolytes electrolytes are so good for you your muscles your body these are some of my favorite electrolytes right now this
is the Santa Cruz paleo lemon lime electrolytes and fun fact I am acne prone so a lot of electrolytes actually have a lot of vitamin B12 which can make you break out a lot so these are acne safe these are the drip drop fast hydration electrolytes they come in these like hydration packets super easy to just take on the go take to the gym yeah electrolytes are great for you and they also spice up your water a little bit I'm going to have all the products I mentioned in this video Linked In My storefront for
you guys just making sure I get enough water has transformed my skin my energy levels everything and bonus tip drink bone broth every day listen I know this sounds weird but hear me out okay so in 2024 I was diagnosed with PCOS I had symptoms like my hair falling out acne all over my face but one of my most consistent annoying frustrating symptoms was chronic bloating I wouldn't even have eaten a single thing and I would wake up and I would just be so bloated to the point I was so uncomfortable and it would hurt
so since then started drinking bone broth every morning on an empty stomach you guys it has things moving smoothly literally bone broth is like a superfood it's excellent for your health cuz it's packed with collagen has your skin looking young your hair looking shiny has amino acids and minerals that's really helps support your gut health so especially if you are bloated girly like me it helps a lot yeah if you don't believe in bone broth helping you stay looking young and your skin looking fresh have you ever seen older Korean people okay when I went
to Korea I was shocked at how everybody's skin was just Flawless it didn't matter what age they were you could even tell what age they were because they just they look so young Korean food has a lot of broth and like bone broth so their soups especially are really high in collagen so bone broth I'm telling you she works okay she works drinking this and also taking prebiotics and probiotics has completely healed my gut so all you do is pour a cup in the morning I throw it in the microwave I had some salt mix
it up and drink it it literally just tastes like soup I like it now at first I was like a little weird but now I just I love it focus on your glow zon so glow zones I call your hands your eyes and your teeth so these are actually the key areas that people notice first when they look at you and taking care of your glow zones can really just elevate your overall appearance so hands for example I make sure my hands never look crusty Dusty they are always moisturized get your nails done or wear
press on like me I currently don't have them on right now cuz I like to take breaks for my nail Health these are my favorite press on they look so real and they're super cheap they're by kiss but yeah even when I don't have nails on I make sure my nails look neat clean well-kept cut I file them make sure they look nice you want to make sure you are moisturizing your hands daily fun fact one of the first signs of aging in people is their hands a lot of people don't know that so I
use hand cream every morning every night this is the Laton hand cream and you know I use the hell out of these because I got the big bottles and I am a dry girly okay I have eczema I have very dry skin in the winter especially they're cracked they're dry they're going through it so I make sure I have my hand cream on Deck this smells phenomenal smells like lavender smells so good this one is really good if you have really dry cracked hands my hands look like raisins in the winter this has single-handedly change
them also making sure you put SPF not just on your face to prevent dry spots wrinkles but but also using SPF on your hands this is one of my favorites it's the then I met you Essence light sunscreen this is great if you have dry skin like me and it just makes your face looks so glowy beautiful and for your eyes make sure that you are resting make sure you're getting your 7 to eight hours of sleep every night so you can reduce puffiness and brighten your eyes also when my eyes are looking really puffy
I like to use an ice roller on my eyes and it feels great it wakes you up but also helps reduce puffiness these are the eye drops that I love this literally makes the whites of your eyes look so white I also use a hack for my eyes I don't know if you guys can tell now using a sparkly glitter in your inner corner and in the middle of your eye it just makes your eyes pop and it makes your eyes like sparkle and for teeth make sure you're brushing your teeth you're flossing every day
whiten your teeth monthly make sure you got a nice bright white smile also bonus tip use a tongue scraper fun fact most of your bad breath comes from your tongue so using a tongue scraper gets rid of the bad breath commits to a skin and hair routine okay I had the worst acne of my life last year here's the proof okay I was really going through it and it was painful cystic acne okay it was the type of AC I couldn't put anything on it cuz it would hurt so bad I couldn't hide it because
the texture was so bad also my hair was falling out in chunks because of PCOS and hormonal imbalances so take it from me please this 2025 take care of your skin and your hair make sure you are double cleansing so that means so first using an oilbased cleanser to get rid of all the makeup the SPF the gunk by the way if you guys want to see a full skincare routine of how I transform my skin from that to this let me know in the comments I'll go in depth for you guys this is my
hack okay yeah this is the oil cleanser that I use it's actually heav hemp seed oil it's literally just pure hemp seed oil I keep this in my fridge because it goes bad if it's in room temp I've tried every single oil cleanser makeup bombs none of them compare to this okay and this is like super cheap I got it from Whole Foods and this stuff gets your makeup off all of it it does not clog your pores what I do is before I shower I rub this into my face for like 5 minutes I
will literally just rub into my skin get all the impurities out get all the makeup off I'll get a face towel I I put it under hot water and I wipe off all of the excess and my skin literally feels like a baby's butt okay this is honestly the best hack for your skin then after I'd used my normal cleanser and this has honestly helped my acne so much you guys so yeah double cleansing hem seed oil she is bad girl okay now hair hair is very important to me when my hair was falling out
in chunks and it was like thinning I was just so distraught and so sad but it's okay through that experience I learned how to properly take care of my hair so yeah I hair oil every single week I used the batana oil I got this off at Amazon batana oil is so good for your hair and it's really good for hair growth I put this all over my hair and I massage it into my hair I soak it in my hair for an hour and then I wash it out after I get out of the
shower I let it dry and then I add a hair oil hair oils are so important to add moisture back into your hair it makes it look glossy shiny gorgeous these are a few of my favorites this is the am water sign it makes my hair so soft this is the kerastas Elixir ultim this is very expensive I'm not going to lie but if you're looking for an amazing cheaper alternative this baby right here this is the OGX Argan Oil this is the best smelling oil if they made this in a perfume I would buy
it because it just smells Divine whenever I use this in my hair like I always get compliments that my hair smells good and it makes my hair so soft super shiny I use this on the daily Master the power of Basics I'm telling you that the key to looking put together is Basics okay I'm talking like a crisp white shirt tailor jeans that fit you really good a classic Blazer just like neutral and Timeless pieces it gives you a more clean cohesive look and it just makes you look so much put together and then you
literally have endless outfits to put together and when you have those basic you can add more statement pieces bold Jewelry accessories a cute bag and for me my hack is to get matching sets Okay real ones know I a matching set girly I own so many matching sets but they're amazing cuz when you wear one it just you look so much more put together you can tell I'm literally wearing a matching set right now also I love them because you can mix and match and pro tip is to use the sandwich method this is when
