How to Make UGC Ads with AI For FREE

so this video is blown up all over Tik Tok and Twitter and the rest of the internet because people are claiming that it's 100% AI generated which actually isn't true and I'm going to show you how to make the same videos for [Music] free but first you need to know that it's not actually 100% AI generat yes it's been altered with AI but in my opinion there's a big difference between generated and altered and the CEO of the company claiming that it was 100% AI generated doesn't quite feel right arat AI actually makes these videos

by using videos from Fiverr and then just swapping out the face and the voice which is why it looks so real as you can see from this tweet that's got nearly 200,000 Impressions they said it looks 100% real even the interior card detailing and I've tried to stop these spread of information but a lot of people are believing that it is 100% AI this girl actually exists in real life which is completely different you can actually go and pay her to make a video on fivera but anyway that aside in this video I'm going to

show you how to make something just like this without using someone else's likeness and all of that for free and here's an example of a ugc ad I made with this technology on my way to work um there's only one thing I think about the fridge full of Dash it comes in tons of different flavors and it's so refreshing there's nothing better than sipping on a cold one while smashing my kpis so go to your local supermarket and pick up some Dash so as you can see it looks a little bit uncanny but with the

correct editing it's not directly noticeable that is AI straight away so let's begin all the tools that I mentioned in this video are going to be linked down below and all of them are going to be free but I'm also going to be mentioning paid versions because some tools are going to allow you to get quicker and better results but the one I showed and made is basically nearly all fre now the very first thing we need is the actual face of our Ai influencer and to do this I'm going to be using mid Journey

but you can go ahead and quickly find ON LINE a bunch of different free AI image generators but the reason I've got a paid account is because with a paid account I will get the best most realistic AI face so all I'm going to do is prompt the M Journey bot a ugc Creator looking straight at the camera with balance Lighting on their face male now I'm actually going to regenerate this one going to do it a few times because I'm not happy with any of these so I'm just going to copy and paste the

exact prompt except I'm going to modify it this time and say bright balance lighting male maybe just put bright environment again hit enter and I just wait for Mid journey to give me some now the reason we want a super real looking human face is because we are going to be putting this on a real human looking body and I am going to be using a video of myself except I'm going to be changing the face and the voice now obviously you don't have to use a video of yourself but you should be using a

video that you have the rights to use so let's say I wanted this one on the bottom left with the lovely blue eyes so what I'm going to do is just go ahead and upscale that one so upscale three and just in case I might also upscale the number two and again I still think it's crazy that these people don't actually exist cuz it looks so real so I'm going to go ahead and save both of these images and now once I've done that I want to generate The Voice or the audio of what this

person is going to sound like and what they're going to say next and to do this I'm going to be using 11 Labs so here what I like to do is actually choose one of the voices from the professional voice library because I think they sound more realistic so I'm going to listen through to a few of them hi my name is I have never been one of the ADV what's up everybody so I think this one's quite a good one and it feels like it will match the face that I generated so I've just

selected this one and now what we're going to do is type out the text that we want hey everyone I'm an AI influencer called James I can help you create the perfect ugc ad so there we go I've generated my voice over so I'm just going to go ahead and click download on that and so now I've got the voice over I've got the two images so I've still got to choose which one I want and I've got my video and so this is the video where I'm going to Face Swap and I'm going to

replace the voice we first going to start with the face swap and to do this we're going to use a tool called vidos which actually has an AI video face swap tool that you can use for free again Linked In the description and all I'm going to do first is grab the video that I want to face swap onto I drop it in here then I'm going to choose which face I want so I think we're still going to stick with this one see if I can make myself look more handsome I'm going to drag

it onto here then once I've uploaded my video and my image all I'm going to do is Click swap face now and now this takes generally about a minute but once it's done we're going to have my body with an AI face on it so it's technically going to be someone that doesn't actually exist and now that's done check this out if I click play hi guys today I'm going to be talking about something it doesn't really matter what I say in this video because it's just for the as you can see that looks so

real like uncanny valy real and so now I've got the face swap video right here hi guys and so now what I need to do is put the 11 Labs voice over hey everyone I'm an AI influencer today I'm going to be talking onto this video and make it lip sync and so to do this we're going to go to another tool and this tool is called C or Civ I don't know how you say that but this tool allows us to lip sync our texted speech that we generated with 11 Labs on the video

that we Face swapped with vidos to make it a completely new person's voice on the video that's already a new person's face so quite confusing but follow this this is the tool again link is going to be in the description and I'm also going to link to a tool called sync laabs which is a paid version of this tool which allows you to basically lip sync a new audio to a previous video but I'm going to be using the free one just to show that you can do this for free we're going to click on

explore and then we're going to find lip sync video ret talking so I click on this one here we're going to delete this video we're then going to delete the original files that are here and the first thing I want to do is drag the video from vidos that we've just face swapped and then I need take the voice over and do the same thing and place it here under Target audio so once we've done that all we want to do is just click submit and now because this is a free tool it can take

quite a while to generate but it's free so if you got a little bit of money and you don't have time use sync laabs again the link for that is going to be in the description down below and you know what just for fun I'm going to generate the results on both so you can see what it looks like so now I just drag and drop the vidos clip the 11 Labs voice over and then I just click generate and so back on seeve as you can see it's finished after 1 minute and 4 seconds

Ved which is an online video editor and so I'm just going to create a new project and I'm going to upload the video I just got from Civ so if I play it hey everyone I'm an AI influencer called James I can help you create the perfect ugc ad now obviously your video is going to be most likely a little bit longer because you're making a full length ugc ad but here are the main elements that you want to add and this is why I'm using V to do it first of all you're going to

want to add some subtitles so I'm just going to click Auto subtitle select the language that the ugz add is in and click create subtitles while that is going on in the background I'm going to head to audio and I'm going to go to stock music and I'm just going to find some energetic music to have in the background so let's just have a look so I might just add this one it's now been added to the timeline and obviously it's going to be way too long cuz my video is a lot shorter so I'm

just going to trim it down and we also want it to be background music so I'm just going to lower it to like 12% we're going to click fit trim it accurately again now let's take a quick look real quick hey everyone I'm an AI influencer called James I can help you create the perfect so I like this I think list looks quite good however I am just going to crop it a little bit more I think subtitles should always be in the middle under options I'm going to go to auto format and then I

want subtit to be over one line so I just click format and as you can see hey everyone I'm an AI influencer called James I can help you create the perfect ugc that's brilliant and now another thing that's great with viid is there's a builtin stock footage Library so I can go and find anything I want to so let's say I was like ugc hopefully we got some ugc creators or maybe let's do some camera gear now obviously if you're talking about a specific product might have your own Boll things like that um but I'm

going to go ahead and add something more ugc felds there we go this person vlogging so I'm just going to click and add this then I'm going to trim this off the end here and I'm just showing you the basics on how to edit here I'm not showing you how to make the perfect end result I'm just giving you the tools to allow you guys to get creative and to make what you need to make and I want to move this one along just a little bit and now a lot of ugc content what they

actually do is they'll remove the background and again V's got an AI tool that does this automatically so I can click remove background and then VI will take a few seconds do a few minutes there it happened actually very quickly now as you can see there's no background on my video so I just want to drag the stock footage maybe underneath I could actually drag it out now and make it longer hey everyone I'm an AI and then I could actually just make myself smaller like place myself in the corner maybe or maybe like down
