greetings my friends I want to start by telling you that God is aware of every tear you have shed every struggle you have faced and every broken relationship that has left you feeling hurt and alone the Bible tells us in Psalms you keep track of all my sorrows you have collected all my tears in your bottle you have recorded each one in your book this means that God sees your pain and he cares deeply about what you are going through my dear friends in moments of Sorrow and pain it's easy to feel isolated as if

no one understands the depth of your suffering but take heart for the Lord is near to the Brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit You Are Not Alone God hears your prayers your thoughts and your emotions he is with you in every moment of your distress even when it feels like the world has turned its back on you this video is meant to be a Beacon of Hope and change in your life the enemy the devil does not want you to see this message he wants to keep you trapped in a cycle of sorrow and

despair Whispering lies that you are unloved and forgotten but remember my friends God Is Watching how you respond to the challenges in life the devil wants to keep you a prisoner of your own thoughts but God wants to set you free in the midst of your struggles it's important to remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11 for I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord plans to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you hope and a future God's plans for you are filled with hope and a future brighter than

you can imagine even when the present seems overwhelming I know that pain can Cloud your vision and make it hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel but God's word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path through this video I want to help guide you back to the light to the comfort and peace that only God can provide this message is not just words it is the truth that has the power to transform your life today we are going to discuss five key things that God wants you

to do when facing pain these five principles are designed to help you navigate through your struggles and find the peace and strength that only God can provide these five things are life-changing and the devil does not want you to hear this stay with me my friends as we explore these powerful steps together principle one practice patience and endurance my friends let's dive into the first powerful principle practice patience and endurance in times of pain and suffering patience and endurance are not just virtues they are essential tools that God uses to shape our character and strengthen

our faith waiting on God's blessings can be incredibly challenging it can feel like an endless period of silence and uncertainty but remember my friends God is Not AB abent during your waiting season instead he is testing us refining our character and preparing us for the blessings he has ahead though we may not see it now God sees the blessings and the joy that awaits us think about job a man who endured immense suffering losing his children his wealth and his health despite his unimaginable pain job remained patient and faithful to God in job 23:10 job

says but he knows the way that I take when he has tested me I will come forth as gold this shows us that our trials though painful are refining us and bringing us closer to God God is testing our faith strengthening our endurance and molding our character in our everyday lives we may face situations where waiting tests are patience maybe you're waiting for a job opportunity to come through hoping for a breakthrough in your finances or longing for rec conciliation in a broken relationship The Waiting can feel like a heavy burden but it's during these

times that God is working the most my friends I know how hard it can be to wait for God's timing I know the devil Whispers lies that make you feel forgotten and forsaken but let me assure you God hears your prayers and sees your struggles he is with you in every moment of your distress the devil wants to trap you in despair making you a prisoner of your own thoughts but through patience and endurance you can resist the devil and stand firm in your faith consider the story of Joseph who was betrayed by his own

brothers sold into slavery and unjustly imprisoned for years Joseph waited in uncertainty and pain yet he remained patient and trusted in God's plan in the end God elevated him to a position of power in Egypt where he saved many lives During a severe famine Joseph story teaches us that God can turn our suffering into something beautiful and purposeful God Was preparing Joseph for a greater purpose and in due time he reaped the blessings with joy in James 1: 3 and 4 we read because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance let perseverance

finish its work so that you may be mature and complete not lacking anything this is a powerful reminder that our trials are not without purpose God is using these moments to build our character in faith the season of waiting is a season of growth where God is preparing us for the blessings ahead let's bring this closer to home imagine you're waiting for a job after countless applications and interviews feeling the weight of rejection and uncertainty or perhaps you're enduring the pain of a broken heart wondering if you'll ever find love again in these moments it's

crucial to remember that God's timing is perfect he has not forgotten you every delay and every unanswered prayer are part of his divine plan to shape you into the person he created you to be Romans 5: 3 and 4 says not only so but we also glory in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance perseverance character and character hope my friends your suffering is not in vain it is producing in you a strength and a hope that cannot be shaken God sees the blessings ahead and you will reap in Joy Soon as you

wait and endure cling to God's promises he is faithful and just and he will not abandon you Isaiah 40:31 encourages us but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall Mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint God promises to renew your strength as you wait on him your waiting is not wasted it is a period of preparation for the Abundant Blessings God has in store for you remember my friends patience and endurance are powerful principles that God uses to refine

us do not let the devil deceive you into thinking that your suffering is without purpose stand firm and trust that God sees you he hears you and he is working all things together for your good the blessings are ahead and in due time you will reap in Joy principle two Speak Life and positivity my friends I am so proud of you for making it to principle to the fact that you are still here engaging with these powerful truths shows your determination and Faith remember the devil does not want you to reach principal 5 because he

knows that each step brings you closer to the freedom and joy that God has for you so let's dive into the second powerful principle Speak Life and positivity our words have incredible power they can build up or tear down encourage or discourage the Bible tells us in Proverbs 18: 211 the tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit this means that what we say can either bring life and hope or spread negativity and despair when we are in pain or waiting for God's blessings it's easy to

let negative words and thoughts take over we might say things like I'll never get out of this situation or nothing good ever happens to me these negative statements can become a self fulfilling prophecy keeping us trapped in a cycle of Despair the devil wants us to speak these negative words to keep us Bound by our own doubts and fears but my friends God calls us to speak life and positivity into our situations even when we don't see immediate changes speaking God's promises and truths over our lives can transform form our Outlook and strengthen our faith

remember God sees the blessings ahead and he is working in ways we cannot see consider the story of David and Goliath before David faced the giant he declared his faith in God's power in 1 Samuel 17:37 David said the Lord who rescued me from the Paw of The Lion and the Paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine David spoke life and positivity proclaiming God's past faithfulness and his future Deliverance this declaration of Faith gave David the courage to face Goliath and Achieve victory in our daily lives we need to

be intentional about the words we speak instead of focusing on the negative declare God's promises over your life say things like God is my provider I am fearfully and wonderfully made or God's plans for me are good these positive affirmations align our hearts with God's truth and open the door for His blessings to manifest in our lives the book of Philippians 4:8 instructs us finally brothers and sisters whatever is true whatever is Noble whatever is right whatever is pure whatever is lovely whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things by

focusing on what is positive and good good we train our minds to see God's hand at work even in the midst of Trials imagine you're facing Financial struggles instead of saying I'll never get out of debt declare God is my provider and he will supply all my needs according to his riches and Glory if you're dealing with a broken relationship instead of saying I'll never find love again declare God is healing my heart and preparing me for a future filled with his love and joy my friends speaking life and positivity is not about denying reality

it's about affirming God's greater reality it's about trusting that his promises are true and that he is working all things for our good the devil wants to keep you in a place of negativity and despair but God calls you to rise above to declare his goodness and faithfulness as we continue this journey together remember that your words have power choose to speak life and positive ity aligning your speech with God's promises each time you do you take a step closer to the Victory and joy that God has in store for you principle three reflect on

God's past faithfulness my friends welcome to principle 3 reflect on God's past faithfulness the journey you're on is one of courage and hope and I'm glad you've stayed with us this far let's dive deep into this powerful principle when we Face trials it's easy to become over overwhelmed by our immediate circumstances pain and suffering can Cloud our vision making it difficult to see beyond our struggles but my friends one of the most effective ways to combat this is by reflecting on God's past faithfulness by remembering how God has helped us in the past we can

find the strength and hope to trust him for our future the Bible is filled with stories of God's faithfulness serving as reminders of his unwavering love and Power in Deuteronomy 7:9 we are reminded know therefore that the Lord your God is God he is the faithful God keeping his Covenant of Love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his Commandments God's faithfulness is a Cornerstone of our faith let's look at the story of the Israelites after being freed from slavery in Egypt they wandered in the desert for 40 years during this

time God provided for their every need Mana from Heaven water from a rock guidance by a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of Fire by night in the book of Exodus we see that despite their hardships God never abandoned them he was faithful in guiding and providing for them in our own lives we have experienced God's faithfulness in various ways reflecting on these moments can be a source of immense strength and encouragement take a moment to think about the times when God has answered your prayers provided for your needs or comforted you in

your sorrow Maybe it was a time when you received an unexpected job offer found healing after a long illness or felt a deep sense of Peace during a troubling period these moments Are Not Mere coincidences they are evidence of God's active presence and love in your life consider the story of David before he became King David faced numerous challenges including being pursued by King Saul who wanted to kill him despite these trials David continually reflected on God's past faithfulness in Psalm 77: 11-2 David writes I will remember the Deeds of the Lord yes I will

remember your miracles of long ago I will consider all your works and meditate on all your Mighty Deeds by remembering God's past Miracles David Found the courage to trust God for his future reflecting on God's faithfulness can also shift our perspective instead of focusing solely on our current problem s we begin to see our lives through the lens of God's ongoing provision and care this perspective can bring us immense comfort and reassurance in the book of Lamentations we read because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed for his compassions never fail they are

new every morning great is your faithfulness imagine you're facing a tough financial situation reflect on the times God has provided for you in the past maybe it was through a Time timely bonus a generous friend or a new job opportunity by remembering these moments you can build your faith and trust that God will provide for you again or perhaps you're struggling with a broken relationship think about the times God has brought healing and restoration to your heart in the past reflecting on these moments can give you the hope and assurance that God is at work

in your current situation even if you can't see it yet my friends the devil wants you to forget these moments of God's faithfulness he wants you to be consumed by your current pain and lose sight of God's goodness but by actively recalling and meditating on God's past Deeds you can resist the devil and strengthen your faith as we continue this journey together I encourage you to take some time each day to reflect on God's past faithfulness write down your memories share them with others and let them remind you of God's unchanging love and Power this

practice will not only uplift your spirit but also prepare you to receive the blessings that God has in store for you principle 4 take care of your physical and mental health my friends before we dive into principle 4 let's take a moment to pray together I want you to close your eyes and listen closely as we lift up your burdens to the Lord and send Away the Dark demons and powers of the evil World Heavenly Father we come before you with hearts that are heavy and spirits that are weary Lord you see the pain that

each of my friends is going through you know their struggles their tears and their deepest hurts father I ask that you surround them with your loving presence right now Drive Away the Dark demons and powers of the evil world that seek to steal their peace and joy in the name of Jesus we rebuke any forces of Darkness that are oppressing them Lord we ask for your healing touch on their lives heal their broken hearts mend their Wounded Spirits and restore their hope help them to see the bigger picture to trust in your perfect plan and

to know that you are with them every step of the way fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding give them the strength to endure and the faith to believe in your goodness father as we move into this next principle I pray that you open their hearts and Minds to receive your wisdom wisom and guidance help them to understand the importance of taking care of their physical and mental health as it is a vital part of their overall well-being thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness in Jesus name we pray amen my friends

thank you for joining me in that prayer Now Let's Stay Together for this powerful principle four take care of your physical and mental health taking care of your physical and mental health is an essential aspect of living a balanced and fulfilling life the Bible teaches us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we are called to honor God with our bodies in 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20 it says do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who is in you whom you have received from God you are not

your own you were bought at a price therefore honor God with your bodies when we are going through pain and suffering it's easy to neglect our physical andal Al Health we may become consumed by our problems and forget to take care of ourselves but my friends God wants us to be healthy in every aspect of Our Lives physically mentally and spiritually let's start with physical health our bodies are a gift from God and taking care of them is a way to honor him this means getting enough rest eating nutritious foods and staying active sometimes when

we are in pain we might neglect these basic needs but maintaining our physical health can actually help us cope better with our struggles consider the story of Elijah in First Kings chapter 19 after a great victory over the prophets of Baal Elijah fell into a deep depression and wanted to die he was physically exhausted and mentally drained an angel of the Lord came to him providing food and water and urging him to rest this care helped Elijah regain his strength and continue his mission this story reminds us that even God's prophets needed physical care to

continue their work in addition to physical health our mental health is equally important stress anxiety and depression can take a toll on our well-being it's crucial to seek help when needed whether through prayer talking to a trusted friend or seeking professional counseling God has given us resources and communities to support us in our mental health Journeys Philippians 4 encourages us to focus on positive things finally brothers and sisters whatever is true whatever is Noble whatever is right whatever is pure whatever is lovely whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things

by directing our thoughts towards the positive and the uplifting we can combat negative thinking and improve our mental health let's also look at the importance of rest God himself rested on the seventh day after creating the world setting an example for us to follow rest is not just a physical need it's a spiritual discipline Jesus often took time away from the crowds to pray and rest in Matthew 11:28 Jesus invites us come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest resting in God's presence can renew our strength and

bring peace to our souls imagine you're overwhelmed with work and responsibilities feeling like there's no end in sight taking a step back to rest and care for your body can give you the energy and Clarity you need to tackle your challenges more effectively or perhaps you're dealing with emotional pain from a difficult relationship seeking support and practicing self-care can help you heal and regain your strength my friends taking care of your physical and mental health is not a sign of weakness it's a way to honor God and prepare yourself for the work he has for

you the devil wants to keep you trapped in a cycle of neglect and despair but God calls you to a life of wholeness and health as we continue this journey together I encourage you to make a commitment to your physical and mental well-being exercise eat well rest and seek support when needed by doing so you are honoring God and equipping yourself to face life's challenges with strength and resilience principle five forgive and let go my friends you have made it to the final and perhaps the most powerful principle forgive and let go this principle is

so powerful that the devil does not want you to embrace it because he knows the freedom and healing that come with forgiveness let's dive into this transformative principle together forgiveness is one of the hardest things to do especially when we are in pain or when someone has deeply hurt us holding on to anger and resentment can feel Justified but it only serves to keep us trapped in a cycle of bitterness and suffering the devil wants you to hold on to these negative feelings because they keep you bound and prevent you from experiencing the full joy

and peace that God has for you the Bible teaches us about the importance of forgiveness in Ephesians 4:32 it says be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you forgiveness is not just a command it is a reflection of God's love and grace toward us Jesus forgave those who crucified him setting the ultimate example for us to follow when you think about forgiving someone you might start recalling specific names or faces if certain names come to mind right now it could be the Holy Spirit revealing to you

who you need to forgive I understand that it can be incredibly hard especially if the hurt is deep and the pain is still fresh but my friends forgiveness is a key to your healing and freedom consider the story of of Esau and Jacob Jacob deceived his brother Esau stealing his Birthright and blessing this betrayal caused deep pain and anger in Esau leading him to plan to kill Jacob Jacob fled and lived in fear of Esau's wrath for many years however when the time came for Jacob to return home he was terrified of facing his brother

in Genesis 33 we read about their reunion to Jacob's surprise Esau ran to meet him embraced him threw his arms around his neck and kissed him they both wept Esau's willingness to forgive Jacob despite the years of pain and separation exemplifies the power of forgiveness and the restoration it can bring forgiveness does not mean forgetting or excusing the wrongs done to you it means releasing the hold that those wrongs have on your heart and allowing God to heal your wounds it's about trusting God to bring Justice and leaving the bir burden of bitterness behind think

about the pain you're carrying right now perhaps it's from a broken relationship a betrayal or a deep disappointment holding on to that pain can be like carrying a heavy burden that weighs you down Jesus invites you to let go of that burden and find rest in him in Matthew 11 he says come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls for my yoke is easy

and my burden is light my friends I encourage you to take a moment to ask God for the courage to forgive pray for his strength to let go of the anger and hurt that you have been holding on to if names are coming to your mind ask the Holy Spirit to help you forgive those individuals trust that God will handle the justice and allow yourself to be free from the chains of unforgiveness forgiving and letting go can be a process but it's a journey worth taking as you release those burdens you make room for God's

peace and joy to fill your heart you will find that forgiveness not only sets you free but also brings you closer to God's love and purpose for your life let's also consider Jesus's parable of the unforgiving servant in Matthew 18 a servant who owed a massive debt to his King begged for mercy and was forgiven however this same same servant refused to forgive a fellow servant who owed him a much smaller debt when the king heard of this he was Furious and reinstated the unforgiving servants debt this Parable illustrates the importance of forgiving others as
