[Music] so let's say we normal stuff business coaching you're trying to get your business online personal training blah blah blah yeah this is what were attracted to look this cool um just interesting take my business online at the moment so he's done a bunch of gyms don't do that anymore so I've been doing PT now I'm looking to you know maybe go online not really sure you say you have a bunch of juice I just used to have like two or three gyms Yemen and they're like small group training when I ride soda back to
the business partner a couple years ago okay any few left to go back what's the main mistake what's the main things that you would have changed and what's the things that you would a kid from there I suppose I would have liked the the front-end machine was pretty good like getting people in signing him but like just there like the whole hassle of having a gym you know your expenses are just crazy high and so you're just constantly fighting a battle to keep people and you know you you're keeping them and then something goes wrong
an employee sneezes at the wrong time and twenty five people quit and you're just constantly back and forth back and forth I'm we do and how did that change your net if you don't mind ask you what do you mean yeah how having a business and having to you know sell your business and doing with the hustle I mean a gym change you um not really sure I just say I learned that I didn't really want to own a gym and why now line would then mean for yourself to go like um it's just kind
of a way to I guess leverage my time a bit better so you know it could still make the same income but you should have less it's somewhat less of an overhead because you still have to sales and marketing is going to be relatively similar but like you don't have those high delivery costs of having a gym okay but then you say leverage your time yeah okay I really like what do you mean from that well what do you mean by leverage your time I'm just like so I don't have to work so many hours
to make that same income that I was and there will be the main goal that you have uh yeah definitely like you know it's definitely the goal is to you know work less and make more it's probably everyone the [ __ ] I would say we do that's that's that's the outcome and why that kind of go is important for you like what would you be able to enjoy if you if you are a capable if you possibly York able to leverage more time um if I can leverage my time better I'd probably just be
a little more time with the family let's sort of that's sort of the goal you know and do you reckon that help me to understand weed every day is something that if you keep going what you're doing right now you will be able to achieve or know um you know what I'm doing at the moment like I don't have the gyms anymore so you know we have a you know we do you do more personal training so it's definitely a higher hourly rate but um yeah it is capped okay all right I know many houses
do you do 3540 and we like to keep that thirty five forty or you would like to do morose um no I just like to stay on the thirty-five mark I think so do you down there of course right now your income are cut and if you decide to do more money that you will have to do more hours yeah that's right and I'm you know I'm correct if I say and please tell me if I'm not so I mean really hard in the face there friend now for yourself to make the double of your
income you have you will have to be the double of hours that's true yeah and what was gonna happen let's say if you keep going what you're doing well just stay where I am and are you willing to settle for that uh I'd prefer not to yeah you what do you mean by a perfed she don't mind no I'd rather I'd rather be able to make more money and non requires okay you you were rather yeah I wanted yeah the same page man I've been used a Christian you know they told me like these guys
run and make more money like oh and I want you to wanna make more money that's the main change and what would be financially and timewise the goal do you have in the next 12 months um so now probably probably a doubling the income and probably be the goal and what would you be able to enjoy it that money no Chris I supposed to just be more breathing space be bit easier be able to go on holidays a bit more just stuff like that you know basic sort of bike but I haven't won a buy
a Lamborghini or anything but you know just I guess comfort yeah you say all it is in comfort yeah have you been trying to you know to go in all day not again for how long have you been trying to reach the goal to go in and only that because of course before you told me they used to use telogen first it was in the gym right now you're trying to win a business so long have you been planning to go to I know it but we still go on holidays cuz you know personal training
stomachs pretty good money working you know hundred bucks an hour for still 35 hours is still a pretty decent income so you can definitely do that but I don't make any money on the holiday so you know we like not only do we gonna do I lose money when I don't work like but it's like I'm like doubling down on the loss you know take a week off I've lost that money because I've lost the potential of making the money so it's like you know and it's not losing three-and-a-half cage losing like seven make mentally
it's not really but you know that's kind of feels so holidays you know plus you got to spend the money to go in the hole so you know there's a lot of you know it makes it harder to go and like longer holidays and stuff like that to the states and I'm with you so just just for make sure we're on the same page of course if you if you decide to take two months off it's zero income and there you go back you were to rebuild pretty much everything from scratch I know cuz my
clients are pretty good but I definitely have to and I've been I've been a PT for a long time so difficult to rebuild from scratch but I definitely don't make any money okay so like it's just one of those things where you know if I want to take a month off and had you know what would be 150 K a year now is 120 K so be be able to build an online business by what you're saying will give you the possibility to go in on it and no I had to worry about zero incan
am I correct yeah and let's say possibly this one can give you the possibility yet to go online to you know to to be able to double up your income and spend more time with your family will you begin open to investing yourself yeah you're gonna have to rephrase that buddy you don't like it no I'm asking it's really complicated I don't know what you're trying to say I know you're trying to say but it's not very clear so let's say possibly we get you two will double up your income all right and we get
you to enjoy a knowledge advice without no worry about the fact that you got zero income would you be open to investing yourself yeah no I would ask that a very different way I would say like do you have the bandwidth to to take on something like that at the moment the bad ways yeah to take on something like that right now instead of like is saying invest in yourself like it's still a bit salesy think of what when we roleplay when we're done we rely you say do you have a copy that are available
through investing yourself yeah it just kind of feels like at that time though the line that you've gone down like I wouldn't talk about money yet cuz you never actually asked me how much I make and how much I want to make you just kind of you just you haven't turned stories into numbers right so like you're still kind of reading off a script which makes sense and I get it you know I mean like and what you're doing isn't wrong or bad it's just that like listen I guess it's like I don't know it
comes with experience of just like being able to talk to people and trying to like read the subtext you know like time with family Oh tell me about your family right oh yeah I mean awesome about my family how old are my kids you know mean like ask me about that stuff and be like okay so you know like uh two kids under for that one that must be that must be pretty busy you know as a personal trainer what like what kind of hours are you working if I'm doing 35 sessions a week as
a PT I'm probably going at 6 a.m. and I probably don't get back into 8 p.m. and then I'm probably home in the middle of the day when the kids are at school or not around so I probably don't see my kids that much right so that to ask you once you told me that I was dead eyes they talk to you yeah okay yeah so yeah it's like you know we're like oh family okay she turned to for your time they were family like tell about your family yeah I've got two kids yada yada
yada all right cool and I suppose in being a PT can you can you tell me about the hours that you work I'll work thirty-five hours and I guess like how's that how's that broken up I know a lot of Petey's do kind of a split shift like like like how do you operate and I'm either gonna be missing them I mean they're not going to see them when if I even if I don't do a split shift I'm still gonna be either working very early or very late so like I'm still not gonna be
there for morning routine which is hard for the wife I'm not going to be there for evening routine which is hard for the wife like hard for the kids you don't seem as much do when I was doing PT and I had Jack I'd I would go to three days without seeing him and I lived across the road from the gym right because I would get up for my 6:00 a.m. 5:30 sessions and he wouldn't get up till after that right so be out the door by like 5:30 then I'd be back at like say
10:00 and he'd be napping right then I go back for like midday sessions then I come back for like 2 o'clock he'd be napping right then I'd come back and then like and then I'd go back to the gym around like 5:00 like when he went to bed and then I was home at 8:00 and I'd do the whole thing over again there literally sometimes I go to 3 days without seeing him so like that would have been if you were to hit that pain point you were so mean to anything you know someone says
family I'll tell you about your family you know like so picking out but it's hard for you to think because like you don't have kids so like it's not in the front of your mind you know but like emotional things like family is always emotional tell me about the hours you work ok cool cuz 35 hours is a PT is more like a 60-hour workweek you know like it's not 9:00 to 5:00 yeah I gotcha I think I understand the point I'm still pursue but yeah but like you like just being curious like I got
worked 35 hours a week okay what is that what does that mean are you doing like 9:00 to 5:00 are you doing split shifts like how does that work oh I'm doing split shift okay when do you start start at 6:00 a.m. okay when do you actually finish for the day like a p.m. okay [ __ ] win that's pretty rough yeah has that has I had an impact on you and your and your family yeah it's [ __ ] rough man I never see my kids okay and how long is up and going on
for been going on for like two years okay wow that sucks man yeah again it's just picking up on small things you know I mean yes for being genuinely curious because right now I'm trying to bring you to a pathway or like vision I'm trying to trying to build an alter-ego all right but I'm not that's I think some people can't something what can no because I always used the same frame when everybody mm-hmm you can't use the same frame when everybody that's why we do this it's gotta be more you gotta be more curious

see what's out there okay so like it's like what is it specifically he said you said you want to open a business is that right yeah yeah exactly right okay and like what what what would have a business for you are you the good opening I mean I hope that's not raining right now and I was looking into the old MySpace so definitely that's something that you know certainly that I would have to be able to do okay so I guess I guess timing that about your your you your personal trainer is that right yeah
yeah my PDA okay and so did you that out of a gym or big box park like what do you do yeah so I used to work at virgin alright and I used to do like close to 40 hours I would say but with the krona everything I have to reshape alpha deadlines boot camps and after you know with the regulation I had went to became to zero now I'm going back and doing boot camps with five people so yes I will tell you like from those forty hours right now I'm re G within twenty
to twenty five but still the income or not what they want to be and yeah we incomes number you wanted to be hoodie what do you mean yeah exactly just because of course like I wanna I want to make sure that I would I make sure that I can double up on my income that's why I was thinking about to do your line because that for me will be like a multistream Lincoln okay okay that makes sense so looking at possibly moving online and then having a look at increasing your income leveraging time stuff like
that yes okay okay cool so can I can I ask you like a little bit about sorry my beautiful wife okay so in terms of I guess like going online like what do you I guess run me through how you're currently getting clients and what you're currently doing with them so you know are we looking at transitioning or are we looking at are you looking at sort of just starting a whole new business like can you kind of kind of kind of get some more information yeah of course it's actually a new question I didn't
really think about it that deep now then you say I think a cool transit the clients that have been lost from the corona to these kind of hold on business and gain new ones as well so create more income than what I used up before because my income I have to be honest with you like took a big hit from from this but what is a big hit mean I went down 20 within 25 is like 25 percent from my current income the current income I used to have when I used to work full-time okay
so what was your full-time income $70,000 17 grand okay and so we were you taking money direct from clients or were you getting paid by a virgin or yeah so I was thinking I was thinking a my Oh space right okay okay sweet and okay and so I guess I guess can I ask like what are you what are you doing for getting getting clients now you mean all I know you mean you think general like what do you do for sales and marketing yeah for them at the gym leads are provided so generally people
apply for membership as stuff like that so I trying to come back and when of the consultation and online is something new so I just started is I actually haven't tried much to be honest with you okay and I guess I guess how long have you been gets possibly considering transitioning to online let's be head back on my mind also before this Cora but this chronic kind of game you know like they push before we have to say that so yeah good six to seven month and like I guess like what is it that kind
of caused you to start thinking about like like what's the like what's the what's the reason for doing it that way instead of doing it the way that you've always done it yeah so I think I mean the before no time is like man what the hell I'm gonna do for gain more than 70 K no he's more like and right now is like well like how can i still make more than 70 K so I guess is that make sense I suppose do you like the business you have now yeah I mean yes something
that I can see in the future I would like to maybe once they've the o-line wants to deploy and you can take for a good chunk of my my income they can become a premium the 101 talked about okay so I guess we're like what do you like about the business you have neither you train people you know yeah you like turning people same people the community and face to face yeah okay okay III mean it sounds like from from that perspective it's all kind of going relatively well it is there anything that you would
change about I guess your business if you could in terms of in terms of my goal in terms of like the clients all the above mister anything you change yeah I mean the clients is a yeah it's like maybe they'll be able to have less clients will give me less of a deck in terms of go every more money because definitely I can see myself not doing more hours okay what do you mean by headaches you know sometimes you have always the annoying one day it's you book in the book a for and they can't
come for and you know most of them you have to risk a though they come late they you you felt behind you have to rush of the clients for their a little thing why not just fire them will you insert why not just fire them now you are you in a position to be able to fire clients morning I'm the guy likes are gorg so okay alright so looking to get I guess higher quality of clients is that is that what you saying like ones that sort of really value you and your service and what
you can bring and then bringing in more money for less headaches is that is that right okay notice and those lower quality clients I suppose like how long has that been an issue for they say I think you used to be an issue for long by kind of the hurry on the back of my mind saying you know is let this right now I'm at the point where like watching does that like do you enjoy train those people oh really is that does that have an impact on on you and how you operate yeah sometimes
some does make me wonder is it the right job for me okay I mean did you so I can see the kind of I guess that gets the rationale behind you might be looking to hop online and and transition into that sort of higher paying high quality client I guess but besides you know I know we're starting from scratch here but besides kind of having the sales and the marketing and I suppose that kind of support like what's what's the real reason why you're looking at streamline this and kind of kind of doing it the
way that you've always done like like what's the reason for doing it now I think in Basel what you say and what you will advising is I don't know William not having sorry so yeah pretty much how say no working with those clients anymore there is what you were saying you were advising anymore okay and and how many talk to your clients do you have right now 25 so I would say five so I guess I guess like how many how many would you want if you if you could have them now yeah if I
can keep those five that will be the marks here okay sorry Casey so you you just want five really good clients yes clients from the 101 the other one from the old line so lost like the old line business to replace those did the remaining ones so you want 25 really high-quality clients yeah I would say this is good what's that okay that make sense and I suppose like before talking to me like were you out there kind of looking for for for ways where you can kind of get those really just people who really
value your time like like like what have you been doing I've been researching online for the past six months searching and researching recision but I get on the website and to say something and we're websites and other things again the website saying other thing so more than anything here he's like what the hell am i doing like which direction I'm going have you had any these types of calls before um not at this level in order this level I didn't really think about this was an issue okay have you sat down any other sort of
coaching or training companies to possibly get the skills to where you can learn how to do this have you spoken anybody else yeah it was more promising Co rather than a skill call if you'd that make sense don't like sorry can you explain yes because I'll be promises you know like I'm a person there's a little bit skeptical so like so most of the time step they promise you that you're gonna make Andhra K in the first year this course needs to be about skills so yeah I've never been told about improving my skills okay
so what is it that prevented you with going with them was it just that it felt like all promises and no yeah right okay so I guess just to make sure that what we do might actually work for you but besides I guess learning those skills what do you what are you actually looking for in kind of a training or like a you know the coaching criteria like like like what are you really looking forward to ensure that you can get the result all these searching just like send me a part you know like confused
and why is that important II now that yeah because I think you know I have to be able to change what we're doing and pretty like instrument will help me actually do because let's be honest if I start doing like back the house I was doing I'm not gonna have time to do this oh this is a good time now to kind of put my head down and saying if I really if you really want any life you got I'm gonna get it okay that makes sense you mentioned something about your income I guess like
he said your you were making 70 K but you you wanted to make a bit more like I guess I just kinda want to get clear like what is ideal kind of annual income under care that would be something like well okay is that is that really is that is that the ideal or is that what you just want to say out loud I would say aloud what are you what are you like you ever have a conversation with somebody that wants to sign up to personal training and they're 50 kilos overweight and they say
they just want to lose the first five day what do you say don't don't think like today things like when you when you wait okay so take your own advice where do you want to be fifty gay okay so with the way that you're doing now how close are you to being able to make two hundred and fifty K okay why she seems like a hard-working guy why she's in this kilt what are you what do you mean by missing the guy that's the path okay okay like let's just say that you were able to
get to 250 K in the next 12 months I guess like like what would you do with that like I guess like like what's like what significance does that have to you and how I guess how would it affect you personally there's I would say four things if him as impact will make me happy sure you know she will prove to myself that I can do it you know I was like I'm the guy to make 70 K I'm gonna make sales and 150 on external 50 does those and then you meet someone he makes
a million what do you do then mhm and you see somebody here makes a million shake his hand and tried to chase him you know it's funny right like when I was a PT I used to sit in front of people and they would tell me something very similar and I would just and I would have to I have to tell them the truth which is at the end of the day the result isn't gonna make you happy so like there has to be a deeper reason as to I would like two hundred and fifty
K I would like to see that Bank slip but that's that's not a reason you know I mean it's it's sort of like it's a it's a bit of a throw and and and I sort of give you an example as to what I mean like when I am like vision is very important and being able to see reasons why you're doing things and you you do it every day with your clients right the people who the people who get the result when they lose weight with you are the people who you understand why they're
doing it whether they're doing it for to be able to keep up with their kids whether they're doing it to make their parents proud whether they're doing it [ __ ] you know they just they walked in on their husband [ __ ] a twenty-year-old yoga instructor and they want to look awesome to rub it in his face like it doesn't matter right there the reason is not important to me as long as the reason is important to you so there has to be something deeper and there has to be an emotional driver and as
a coach on the days that you come to me and your demotivated and you haven't done what you're told there has to be something that I can use to realign you so like I want to ask you again why do you need to make 250 K I mean never have financial stability my life and I think that number you've never had financial stability no come for us back okay so this would I guess signify something to you yeah okay and I guess like how how would it make you feel if you could get there proud
okay and I think I think he'd mentioned like frustration and I'd like needing the guidance as I supposed like I guess I guess how long have you kind of felt that you've been needing this guidance for a long six month since I started searching line where that search when I became versed and I suppose that's sort of that lack of guidance does that have an impact on you yeah then they'll say did you believe that there no no there you know interesting now that I can see my holes maybe yes I'm gonna work on it
okay so it's time to make a change then possibly okay it's so like I guess like just so I can understand like what do you think I guess happens if you just if you just kind of keep on the same train that you're going down now I guess like where do you think your business will be in the next row three or six months same old sandals okay and is that are you are you willing to settle for that and I guess like who's whose choice is that if you settle on me so do you
want to kind of change your situation and start making more money or would you rather just kind of stay where you're at yeah I mean so I guess I guess how important is it for you to make that change really important okay all right do what you know based on what you told me man like I think what we might do at what we do actually like might work for you I think because you know how you said you just kind of like you just need that guidance and that sort of step-by-step plan so that
you can actually start doing the right things in your business to be able to move that forward so that you can get the clients that value your time and that are those sort of top two your clients and I think I think he mentioned it was just a bit like a bit like deflating you know like a little bit sometimes I'd like to have those clients was that was that right yeah okay all right man so like you know at this stage and if you feel it's appropriate I can kind of take you through how
the program works and and what we can actually do to help you solve some of those problems with that would that be okay yeah fires like so different you I can't I can't are they you get really in control first things second things is you have a clear direction which I don't I moved from the tent clarity's but is you move like this terms of like you got clear things yeah that's like [ __ ] I do that [ __ ] word for word every time every conversation the script where you asked me see the
thing is in it the key is man at the beginning I have to get you into a sequence where I can start my script which way so like my script starts with like basically do you like the such-and-such you have now that's where my script starts right so you didn't have an online business so I can't ask you about sales and marketing didn't have thank you so I can't go okay well do you do you like the sales and marketing you have now easy done but they currently have an online business you just go straight
for that go on the [ __ ] sequence to sell them super easy right so I had to kind of maneuver and ask enough questions to get enough information and kind of tease out some things I could just say what do you like the business you have now and then I could just start talking about the business that you currently have and why it's imperative that you change over okay there's a part where you asked me about like for long thinking about is like and what do you really want like that that kind of stuck
and when you say but results are not really numbers like they you know there's also really what makes you happy like why do you want to do this there has to be something deeper it's the truth I'm just gonna send you the last call that I didn't think you're [ __ ] you would like it listen it's its word it's almost word-for-word the conversation that we just had right and then I pick up on one thing where he breaks down a fair bit okay oh so I think I think like it's obviously like the fact
that I think the the more you can use the questions that I did the easier it will be because like you can know the wording of how to say it because obviously English is your second language obviously very good English but like my questions are very simple they're very simple to understand what do you mean Luke rebuttal and no that's all the cyan't understand you see that I was reading off the script though no because I was just I was scrolling I was just reading off a script pretty much like obviously not word for word
but like and I like I've done it so many times now that I did so yeah man like it's just about so like you sell 90% of people on that script like doing what I just did you sell almost everybody like you would have bought just like it's just okay you see our Commodus okay that makes sense all right cool I understand that why that why this how does that make you feel what do you mean by that I'm not quite sure because that has that impacted you and like it's totally natural and it makes
total sense in the flow of the conversation like and people are willing to answer it because like they're being asked questions about themselves and people really enjoy talking about themselves and people at the end of that script will thank you for it nobody will ever pull out people will be a hundred percent into it don't see you as a trusted adviser but not a coach which is what we want to be want to be trusted advisers and not coaches yes right and so at no stage like I could have sold literally anything at the end
of that coal it didn't matter it doesn't matter what industry doesn't [ __ ] matter anything it's just like you go bang bang bang bang and like all like the last [ __ ] 10 coals that I've had like that's exactly how it's done and I just do that [ __ ] word-for-word the only hard part is learning how to get them on the course sometimes it's super easy yeah man I have an online business and I'm looking to kind of scale it up Oh tell me about that where are you at at the moment
okay cool run me through like you know sales all that kind of stuff okay so do do do you like the sales and marketing process you have in place now yes I do okay great what do you like about it I like this isn't this okay man it sounds like it's all going fairly well like is there anything that you would change if you could though yes I would change this ouap ouap ouap ouap ouap ouap ouap okay what do you mean by this what do you mean by that and how long has that been
going on for and what impact has that had on you okay next part next part next part all you need is like two things or even one thing that's an issue right so if you listen to the first like 10 minutes of those coals over and over again you can just hear me fishing for something to latch on to right because like the hardest part of this of the way that we do it the way that I do it is is getting the right information to begin with and then once you get that and you
get them on the train they can't get off they could they can't get off it because I wouldn't let you you could have started going on a tangent or what I said okay well that that make sense man you just tell me about this and I would not have let you gone for more than 30 seconds on the tension yeah I understand I would have showed you in 25 minutes some days something something I gotta change towards the finances and mouth because I don't get to them money standpoint with them I don't ask how much
money they make ask why not yeah why not you gotta know the gap but so that's s that means because you say I'm perfect like what will be your goal like in the next storm I like to make hands okay or like and what what looking back like what weren't like and so and so where you are at the moment like what's your income right now I'm at 50k alright cool so drums you have to know where they're at gentlemen so you can spread that gap because what if he wants he's like yeah I want
to make 500 like yeah cool dude no dramas and doom x20 it's very different than if he makes 300 those gaps are different and the leverage points are different if someone's making zero and they want to make 500 they've obviously got to start from scratch so you have to kind of like that's much harder it's much harder for you to grab on to points because they have nothing to do so like I had a call today where the guy didn't sign but I mean his mom died like two days ago so he needs two weeks
but he's going to sign up and he just needs like two weeks to get everything sorted I was like oh dude totally fine let's just go ahead and put this on the back burner but he's already friends with custom you know Facebook and he's texted me twice yeah I mean like he's in and but obviously it wasn't gonna make him do something he's planning [ __ ] his most funerals horrible right and he's a great guy um but yeah so he had no business so I had to like kind of diggin klore about previous businesses
and like a felony offender he does have a bit of a PT business and I was like okay why not just live with your PT he's like time for money I'm like okay what do you mean by that he's like I just ride like I'm like all right he's I'm like how many hours a week he working now he's like I'm making like 50 I was like all right cool and so his that old PT hours he's like no it's not like okay tell you about that so I found it okay he's doing about two
grand a week with the PT right working about 35 hours found on some other stuff about his family I was like okay cool why do you want to do this he's like I will make more money I go that's that's a [ __ ] reason that's never gonna make anyone do anything I was like tell me tell me really man like like what's this about I can't I can't you know as a coach like you know this I have to know more about you to help you there are days where you're going to [ __
] up days are gonna be good days you're gonna be bad then it's up to me to ensure that you stay on track so like I need to know why you're doing this just be inside so the transition is like IRAs also never about numbers though is like of course because once you're up to ten numbers you never gonna be happy so tell me like honest people don't get fulfillment through the the end state they get perfect fulfillment from the journey right so like losing the weight is like is like the prize at the end

get winning you know and they like running races so like and like working as hard as they do is not to win working as hard as they do is because have some sort of deep-seated desire and some sort of winning has some sort of emotional attachment to that whether it's positive or negative when their dad treat them like [ __ ] if they lost so they need to win so they can feel fulfilled in themselves so that because they think their garbage otherwise right everyone's got these reasons as to why they do stuff and like
when you're taking someone through a sales process like it you have to be okay with asking people about that and conveying some level of vulnerability yourself if if needed you know yeah and but the way that you do things is extraordinarily effective you know mean I have to do this so things like I gotta be able to be versatile because like when he's another scanner salvation or like jaws you die actually the example yours was good because you already had a business and what I but what I was trying to fish there he's like maybe

doing PT is there anything you would do differently you would change if you could I mean the case of someone like the trying to open a business aligned is the questions like what are you going to be doing to make sure you're achieving x y&z yeah why not so I'm brand obviously they're like I'm brand new I just got a payout right of 200 grand or a hundred grand whatever like that so they've got money but they have no gym right they have no nothing like all right cool so I would probably move it around
a little bit like okay so I guess like what did you hope to get out of this Cole and like put it put it back on them you don't have to fish too much you can put it on them I just really hope to to kind of learn how to take your business online well I guess like well what is it in particular that you're kind of hoping to learn well I really want to learn about this system this okay can what do you what do you mean they get them to do specifics latch on
to one or two things and then go okay well tell me about why is that important okay now do you do are you currently doing any of that okay before reaching out to us if he started looking around for ways to learn those skills you know I mean so you've got to kind of like with that with my script like when you understand it you can move you can kind of ask certain questions that are down here to get certain bits in from and bring them back to the top and you can oh you can
always go back and reassess them again because you've got to kind of get some sort of anchor to go on to new businesses is the hardest but you can just go like why they want to go online you can just leverage the why why online what do you want to achieve why do you want to impact people like what's the reasons why not just do a gym want to just do a bootcamp okay you know the main like there's you know sort of be skeptical in question like this is not a like why do it
