Make $150,000/year passive income with this 3 page funnel

last month my business did $122,000 in revenue and we didn't make a single sale every penny we made was from passive income recurring Revenue subscriptions and affiliate sales and all of this is because I've made an extremely simple three-page funnel that anyone can build even if you're an absolute beginner that does over a $150,000 a year in passive revenue and even better it doesn't require a team or anyone sending cold DMS you don't need to run ads and even betterer it requires absolutely no social proof so no testimonials no case studies no portfolio you can

do this from scratch I spend almost all my time free diving and swimming working out gardening hanging out with my dog making YouTube videos but in the background my business continues to make sales without me being there now are there other YouTubers and Facebook gurus who claim to make more than me absolutely but for some of you the idea of making $122,000 a month without creating a single campaign or running endless sales webinars sounds pretty amazing plus those guys all seem to Pride themselves on how hard they grind and work and if we're being honest

they all seem to be losing their hair so if you want to do what I've done the first thing we need to do is start with your first page and to get started I need you to think about your funnels a little bit like YouTube so like with most things this is super super important and if you mess this up you basically not going to have any new leads and no one will want to buy from you now this is where most marketers get stuck and if you can fix this the rest will flow much

much easier and without this first stage you basically don't have anyone to pitch or sell to the first section we're going to work on allows you to sell to people before they've even seen a product it's going to dram ically increase your conversion rate and it gives you a chance to sell even if they say no so if we think about YouTube can you guess what I spend more time on when I create YouTube videos like this now I'll give you a hint it's not the video itself it's the thumbnail if you don't click on

the thumbnail you won't get the chance to watch at all so we need a killer specific and highly desirable offer for free as a lead magnet and that's what gets people in the door all right so if we look at the page you can see it's remarkably simple this is easily the fastest page that you could probably create if I bring this into our whiteboard we'll dissect it a little bit now the first thing we need to do is come up with an offer essentially that does the majority of the selling for us and that's

with a headline so when we look at what our headline is going to be we're going to take this where it says is free list 49 Niche examples for marketing agencies to Target what I'm essentially doing is giving the formula I have X thing for y people that solves Zed problem and there's a few ways you can mix this up for example if we were a weight loss company and we are helping people lose weight we could say free diet plan if you're over 45 and want to lose 5 kilog in what 90 days download

this now if we're a marketing agency for example let's say you're a copywriter bearing in mind like I said the re the point of this funnel is to sell to people up front so I could say something like let's say that you're a copywriter and your ideal clients are course creators so this is course creators uh download the perfect uh video sales letter template that sells $10,000 courses on autopilot and here's a like extra part that will blow away any of your conversions add without without sounding salesy or scammy this headline here will do 90%

of the heavy lifting and the reason it's so powerful is because it calls out who it's for you know that this is now for course creators you also know that it's a video sales like a template it's a thing but it does does something hyp specific it sells $10,000 courses on autopilot and then when we put without it sort of already counter objecting their objections where they might say yeah but I don't want to write a sales letter that sounds salesy or scammy we can do this with this one like diet plan if you're over

45 and want to lose 5 kilos and 90 glaze um without uh going to the gym every day use this so hopefully you can see that all I've done is I've talked about what the thing is in this case it's either a plan or a template something that it feels like oh I could use that immediately a really good rule of thumb is if you can use it within 10 or 15 seconds it's probably good to go for y people who's the market in this case over 45 course Builders something like that that solves Zed

problem a really easy way to look at a problem is a number and a time so five kilogram 90 days and I want to lose that or basically gain $10,000 in sales I don't think I put a time on this one but you could do and then another aspect that like kind of adds a bonus area is without if you can put a page like this together you will have no end of leads because you're able to say to your clients or your traffic or any leads oh by the way I've got a free plan

that I use to help people dot dot dot and you're immediately calling out to them a few of the things that I do is I also have a a three-part bullet point uh framework a really easy way to create bullet points by the way is I might say here's the secret that enemy doesn't want you to know so let's say you're in the weight loss space you might say here's the secret that Weight Watchers doesn't want you to know or here's the secret that Slim Fast doesn't want you to know so who's your competitor you

can also say the fstep process or how many processes in it even if it's a template you're probably going to have a process in there somewhere or a plan don't overthink it if you were to say oh it's got 10 questions great it's a 10-step process and you can say the five-step process to finally get rid of dot dot dot and it might say like if we're the course writing one it might be finally get rid of pre-sales objections and spammy copy and then the third bullet point framework I really like is another secret the

secret underground method that and you can use someone who you would or someone who you think is um an influencer or admirable in your Market size so the secret underground method that top athletes use to stay trim that framework will work really well for the bullet points and again my advice write a bunch of them and chose the top three but that's a really easy kind of three-step process you can use and then this part over here is what we call a click pop and this is a button where it's really basically a really low

call to action because if I click on the button it makes me think I'm going to get the thing so when I click on that you can see I have another little optin form but because I put a tiny amount of skin in the game I'm then going to want to fill this out and when I click this button I'll move on to the next stage and now the good news is I'm going to show you exactly how to start converting these leads that you're getting into sales with no sales calls no selling plus I'm

is critical to understand all right so this next part is super super super important I'm going to help you sky rocket your sales and then this page here that I'm going through is the key to infinite passive sales on repeat if you don't take advantage of using a page like this how I'm going to show you how to use it you could be getting potential customers to basically lose interest in you it's really hard to get someone interested in you again and it could take ages for you to get the sale again now on the

plus side you'll get sales super fast faster than ever and you'll actually increase the chance that someone will spend anymore so imagine walking into a hospital with a broken arm and the doctor says okay tell me what happened and you explain that you know you fell off a trampoline or whatever and the break is incredibly bad it's extremely painful and then the doctor says okay it looks like this type of fracture we'll get an x-rayed I'm going to tell you how to fix it and what we're going to do and then imagine if he said

to you great so if you want to leave and then come back whenever you're ready to get it it fixed uh will take care of it you'd be like no no I want you to fix it now a lot of agency gurus and experts will tell you to nurture and I personally prefer to be in a hurry to help people so interest actually drops over time and we think that nurturing builds it up but in actual fact the interest is peaked to the point where they now have opted in you have said I can solve

a specific problem for you in a specific time frame and I've got a free resource their interest is going to be at an all-time high so they are actually more likely to buy when you position something immediately after the optin I actually leave it and then I'll make an offer to them here but over time their interest drops so you have to drive their interest back up again whereas I would rather capitalize on this right now this is the equivalent of them going to hospital saying I've broken my arm and you saying if you want

I can fix this right now this page is ludicrously simple to recreate so this is the example there's a few things I wanted to point out here as to how powerful this can be let me put this into the Okay so we've got our leads through our opt-in page here this is the next page this is what I call a video salesletter page and what I want you to think about is positioning this video as bonus training you then use the vssl to promote an offer and it could be your product or your affiliate product

doesn't really matter and then you've got a button to buy it's a really simple page you can see it's as simple as the first one first of all acknowledge that you've they've taken some kind of action thank you so much for downloading your free guide that's on its way to your inbox you just want to say to them I know you've taken some kind of action and I'm going to kind of reward that click the play button to watch the bonus training below people are way more likely to watch something when it's positioned as training

again if we take a look at the funnel at the top we've got our optins right this is our leads coming in and I might have a bunch of different lead magnet Pages some might be a list some might be a plan some might be a template it doesn't really matter so some of them are going to be based around like AI that was really hot for a while some are going to be Bas around video around sales that doesn't matter but they all redirect to the same singular video salesletter page this is how I

have managed to climb my way to the top of affiliate leaderboards it's how I'm able to generate hundreds of dollars a video a month and that might sound a lot but it's because if I generate hundreds of dollars and it's a recurring Revenue payment if I sell a product that costs $200 and that customer stays with me for 5 years and they pay $200 a month it Stacks up really really really quickly now if you look so this is my high level I think we only put this test out yesterday I run two pages and

so if I have to change the offer I can just do a split test and then make one of the offers have 100% one of the offers have 50% at the moment we're driving all our traffic to this offer so that's why I have it 100% of the traffic but it also means that I can change out the offer if I need to but the reason this is so powerful is because every lead magnet page I use brings people through to this one video sales letter the reason I love this is because you've already demonstrated

credibility by giving something away for free all you're saying is I can help you do X and they've gone yes I would like that they've moved on to the next stage so we we say again would you like that same result faster and easier that's all so hopefully you're beginning to see how this all kind of stacks together now a full disclaimer high level the product that I use I am an affiliate of theirs so I will be paid if you use any of my links it doesn't cost you extra I just get a kickback

offer it could be your core offer it could be a low ticket offer ideally it wants to be in the region of $50 to $100 you can go much cheaper you'll have seen that I've done other kind of methods of this where I talk about a $7 method my advice would be don't worry about it too much just put something out and test it and that means that whenever you're driving lots of leads to it you all they all want to come through to this one page the term for this type of funnel by the

way is we call a bridge funnel and here's the final piece this is where things get absolutely mental this is where you get customers to pay for all of the content that you're going to create to drive leads and traffic to these opt-in pages and it's also a way to get people to pay for your ads it can also 10x your Revenue this is the page that really really matters a lot of people ask me how do I then drive traffic to the top of this list and bizarrely it's actually this page at the end

that makes this all work so this is kind of a poal tale kind of like joke uh about this guy who gets a job with his dad's friend at like a fishing shop and so the guy says okay I'll put you on the sales floor the person who is like newest to the sales floor they have to make the most amount of sales otherwise we fire them and so the guy uh keeps an eye on this new hire and he doesn't really seem to be doing anything and then he sees him making a sale and

then at the end of the day he goes up to the kid and he says okay how many sales did you make and he went just one and the guy was like one how did you expect to keep the job with just one sale what was it and then he goes through the till receipt and it's like $100,000 and so the kid he was like how did you make that much money from one sale and the kid was like well the guy came in and said oh I need some fishing lures so I took him

over to the fishing lures I said if you like these fishing lurs do you need some more fishing I don't know wire line I don't know what it's called and the guy was like yeah that would be really useful and so I took him over to the line I said well if you want this kind of line for those kind of fish I don't know if your Rod is going to be up to it what type of Rod are you using he said I don't know so he said well let's go get you a really

high strength carbon fiber rod and he goes okay I'll get the carbon fiber Rod well do you need a cooler to be able to store all your new fish and do you need something to sit on because you're going to be fishing all the time and then eventually up and up and up and I sold them to a brand new fishing boat now the point of that story is that can you help someone get the result they want faster and easier and some people will want all the bells and whistles and they will pay for

everything to get everything faster and easier you want to think about this as the customer saying can you help me further and so here's how this works these are real S Sales Pages by the way these are the sales pages that I use so this is called a oneclick upsell and it's got two really important features and this is where you're able to basically get the budget to drive a ton of traffic but it's also what's going to 10x your sales as soon as someone signs up for a lead magnet they're redirected to this sales

page as soon as they buy this product we redirect them to a second sales page and this second sales page has two really critical things first of all click the play button I'm basically telling you guys how to get around buying from me click the pay play button to get your login information and then this video does exactly the same thing as the previous video sales letter you talk through all the steps that they want or could use in order to get a result and we then say there is another method where you can get

it faster and easier and so what ends up up happening is your video sales letter you're roughly going to have if you use my page is anywhere between a 40 to 60% opin rate and then the video sales letter could convert anywhere between 1 and 5% depending on the offer depending on the type of traffic you drive to it by the way price will have nothing to do with your conversion rate it will have everything to do with the type of traffic that you've got we've had offers that have really struggled to convert that are

only $7 but we've had offers that convert at around 5% because we've driven the right type of traffic to it but here's where things get really really interesting roughly 5 to 10% of people will buy your upsell so what you could do is take your video sales letter and offer a relatively low ticket product maybe around 40 bucks and then this upsell you want to ideally try and 10x the price so this could be around 500 or you could offer a one-on-one call you could offer some coaching this is basically where you can offer something

High ticket and this this is why I love this because when you start making sales come in automatically personally it Spurs me on to create more content up the top to start driving more organic leads and traffic to my lead magnets I know that all of those leads coming in will have an offer pitched to them and I know that every single person who buys will then have something higher ticket offered to them this is where profit is made within the business and that is what essentially pays for the ability to create create videos like

this or ads or whatever it might be and through this last month we did $112,000 in Revenue based off of all of the previous sales in this part of the funnel and I didn't have to do anything we made completely passive income sales from just creating content and because our vssl and our upsell sells something with a recurring Revenue component it meant that all of our Revenue over time Stacks up and I have to do less and less work but it Spurs me on to create more and more content but of course the biggest problem
