3 days what can that possibly do well let me tell you A lot can happen in 3 days the world can change in three days you can change in three days think about it how long does it take for a seed to start sprouting how long does it take for an idea to take root sometimes how it takes is that initial push that spark of change and three days might just be the Catalyst you need so for the next three days I want you to be your own best friend your own cheerleader your own Mentor
I want you to talk to yourself like you're talking to someone you deeply care about someone whose success means the world to you when you wake up in the morning don't just Mumble and Grumble look in the mirror and say today is going to be a great day I'm going to make it count start your day with intention with purpose now let's talk about goals how do you approach your goals do you look at them and think oh that's too big I can't do that or do you say that's a big goal how can I
