Now before we move on to the best food sources of vitamin e, let us first  talk about some amazing benefits of vitamin e.
First is Skin health You would have often seen women using  vitamin e capsules while making a face pack. This is because vitamin e helps  in the production of collagen. Collagen is a protein that not only tightens the skin  but also improves its texture.
It is true that vitamin e plays a major role in reducing  skin wrinkles and fine lines. In fact, even on the old scars like stretch marks or pimple  marks, if vitamin e oil is regularly rubbed then slowly these marks begin to lighten. Clinical  Studies show that topical application or oral supplementation of vitamin e helps improve  the serious skin conditions like eczema.

You can make it at home by just grinding the roasted almonds. Eating 1 spoon you will get good  amount of vitamin e. One spoon of Badam rogan oil, added to milk is a good option as well.
Even  peanuts have good amount of vitamin e. Apart from it, spinach and other green leafy  vegetables have vitamin e. Then tomato, mango and coconut also have some vitamin e. 
You can include them in your weekly diet. So if we quickly recap, vitamin e is a  vital micronutrient for your skin heart liver and muscles. Because vitamin e is a  powerful antioxidant it slows down the ageing process of the body.
