please get one formula right that each time we're creating a nice thought for someone else who are we blessing who are we blessing we are blessing ourself but we go out into the world and ask people please bless me please give me blessings we're ready to travel to other countries to ask people for blessings Saints please give me blessings my every thought needs to be a blessing and I can create a blessing for myself so what thought should I create for someone who's not been nice to me what thought can I create for them create
a thought um you walked into this Gathering and you walked up to your someone known to you living very close to you and you thought you'll just go and see say hello to them and just while you were walking up to them they turned away or simple no cheating no lying no exploitation nothing big simple and you walked up to them with a big smile you were about to say hello and hug them and they just turned away bless them Hani I'm waiting bless them what's the Thought what the thought what's the Thought bless them

because in all those three times I had created a response if you're not nice to me it's fine bye-bye and then we got into the habit of saying bye-bye to friends we got into the habit of saying bye-bye to jobs and then we got into the habit of saying bye-bye to family bye-bye tiet and then finally we could be alone with our phone and with our laptop and and saying hello any friend because we had said bye-bye to all of these and we said okay and someone over there on the other side who had said
bye-bye to everyone around them comes up and we start chatting and we say oh I have so many friends on social media and we thought this is simple no isn't this simple things are getting so complicated now do I have the power we talking about our inner power do I have the power to walk up to her with a beautiful thought inside and then go up to her and talk to her can that be simple can that be simple it can be simple yes yes now let's say I've never been I've always stood straight and
now someone tells me Bend I say it's very difficult to bend because I never bent I was always stiff and you know standing straight is so easy it's so simple and bending is so bending is so difficult it hurts everywhere and it doesn't hurt for 5 minutes it hurts me for 5 days after that and so I thought straight is simple bending is complicated and so I started Living straight I didn't find the need to bend but because I was not bending I started becoming very I started becoming very stiff very stiff very stiff and
then came a scene in my life which did didn't give me a choice it was necessary for me to bend and I did not bend that day and I broke a lot of things for myself that day because I had not bent in the simpler scenes of life because I thought standing straight is simple bending is complicated and when I don't do it for a few days then being straight like this becomes my natural way of being now how many of us have the power to walk up to them to walk up to those who
downright ignore us to walk up to those who can walk through us when we say a good morning to them tomorrow how many of us have the power to go up to them hold their hand and say good morning once again somewhere meaning I'm close okay which means I have the power to do it there's nobody who does not have the power to do it who can't go up to a person hold their hand and say good morning again who can't do it everybody can do it important is it's not that I can't do it
I can do it important is important is is why should I do it there's only one word which will stop me from doing it and that's my ego ego which says why do you need to go and talk to them when they are not interested in talking to you you move away there are thousand people on the other side why do you want to go and talk to this person ego will say this to me and now I have to answer that ego what should I say why should I say h very good I'm bending
because I want to be flexible I want to be happy I want to be healthy I want to vibrate at a higher frequency it's nothing to do with her it's actually nothing to do with her we are always grateful to the wonderful people we have in our life spirituality teaches me be grateful to her for not being nice to you today be grateful to her thank her innately thank her for not being nice to me today [Applause] had you not come and been this way to me I would have not bent had I not bent
I would have not used my inner power of humility and had I not done that my ego was only going to go on and the bigger it's getting the tougher to B so should I not thank them should I not thank them but don't go up to them and thank them but gratitude means gratitude even to those who are not right to us because they are the ones who emerge that hidden power within us we all hear of people who in times of Crisis emerge some magical powers in them yes yes or no they do
things which are impossible for them otherwise because it was that crisis which Got That Power from them out that's not just physical power even emotional power so we have have the power to go up to sale hold your hand and say thank you and good morning yes how many of us will do it tomorrow if somebody looks at us and walks away now when you do that tomorrow morning that you go and say good morning to them it's not necessary that on Monday morning they will say good morning to you and which means I don't
bend only once I bend and again and again and again and again how many times should I bend all the time why only me why should I bend always because I want to be happy because I am am happy only happy people can bend only happy people can bend and that's why check yourself the day you are happy your adaptability your power to tolerate your power to adjust is very high that day yes or no and the day you are upset it needs nothing to irritate you because it's nothing to do with the situation it's
with how much I am happy that day so because I'm happy I bend and because I bend my happiness increases and when my happiness increases the next time I can bend more now we all have the power to go up to them hold their hand smile and say good morning to someone who ignored me now someone who's done something more than that to me someone who's done something more than that to me do I have the power to be nice to them do I have the power to be nice to them yes there was a
sister who comes to the center at the Brahma Kumaris in Delhi and she said she's around 40 years old now and she said I was abused when I was 5 years old and she's 40 now so it's been 35 years of holding on holding um a feeling of let down against her parents at an age of five a 5-year-old child programmed that year my parents were not with me that time when I needed them held on to it feeling of hatred and resentment for the other person involved she chose CH to be just alone because
she said I cannot trust people 35 years 35 years and then when she started understanding spiritual principles of right thinking and she started meditating the first thing that she said to herself was this was my past Karma everything that happens to me in my life life is in my destiny based on some Karma that I had done but why am I spoiling my present karmas why am I allowing that past to live with me in the present today and the most beautiful realization she had was whoever did what they did was 35 years back but
I have been emotionally abusing myself for 35 years I have chosen to live in hatred and in pain and in resentment and in mistrust one person did what they did but I don't trust anybody around me look at all my wrong karmas that I have done and that day she sat with herself in the meditation room and she said if I could hold on to it for 35 years I'm sure I can let it go the day I I choose to let it go we always believe holding on is easy letting go is difficult don't
we say letting go is very difficult to release is very difficult which is easier to hold on or to keep it down I hold on I hold on and then I keep on holding on not just for 2 years 5 years 30 years the glass doesn't change but I start hurting all over here but you know why I'm not able to keep it down it's very easy to say now obviously keeping it down is very easy but why am I not able to keep down these things which I'm holding on to why why am I
not being able to keep them down why am I not able to let go why am I not able to release why am I not able to forgive why do I prefer to hold on to it why answer because because I believe that this weight that I'm carrying I have not chosen to hold on to it it is because of what they did that this glass is here they kept this glass on my hand I am not holding on to it and they have to change or they have to apologize or they will have to
do something for this glass to go here and that's that's why I keep holding on to it for the rest of my life tomorrow morning Saturday morning you say Chalo I will cook a nice breakfast for my family today and you wake up early and you make a nice breakfast and then your spouse comes finishes the breakfast without saying anything we're not talking of abuse cheating to simple things in life and then you look at them and you say how was it how was what you say the NASA breakfast huh it was okay only okay
har Baba it was nice really it was nice huh it was nice but not the way my mommy used to make [Applause] it that's it simple simple life a simple truth their perception about what we cooked and they speak the truth and they go out for the day and I start no no use I could have slept little longer it's no use doing anything for anyone anymore if he likes or she likes what the mommy used to cook then why is he staying with me go there and eat your breakfast every day value this is
my wrong thinking which starts but when I'm creating these thoughts which means when I start increasing the weight here who do I think is responsible for all that I'm thinking they and the weight goes on increasing and I say it's they it's they it's they and after 10 15 minutes half an hour I'm so heavy there's so much pain I say I need to talk to somebody and then we make a phone call we call a friend we call our sister friend mother [Music] because we thought when we talk to them I will feel lighter
so I make a call and when I say I say do you know what they said today and then my so-called friends endorse my pain and they say poor you your husband does not value you they don't respect you that's it so my glass gets heavier than what it was before I thought I will call them to feel lighter but my wrong thoughts then my Wrong conversation then their wrong thoughts and while we were creating all this pain we thought it was because of and then finally my glass is quite heavy by Saturday evening and
they come home happy and smiling and laughing and we saying how can you be happy I have been upset the entire day how can you be happy and they don't even know why we are upset and they will say what has happened and you're going to look at them and say after all this you're asking me what has happened and my glass gets heavier doesn't that happen like that yes and while holding on to all this I said it's because of them and then I look at them and I say apologize don't I ask for
an apology yes or no yes do I ask for an apology now they may apologize or or they may not apologize they may change or they may not change why may they not apologize because because because they do not think that what they did was wrong now it's my choice either I keep holding this class and it's it's going to get heavier day by day and most important secret which spirituality gives me if I don't put down this class today and that moment comes for me to leave the body I'm going to take this weight
with me so now it's not just for my happiness and health today but it's for my happiness and and health in when we say why are children like this why are they like this why are they not emotionally strong because they are only body of a child it's the soul who 5 years back was holding on to something saying it's normal to feel hurt and while they were holding on to the pain the soul left the body and that's it entered the new costume with wounds emotional wounds so ready to leave always clean sorted clear
that's the power we have but for that we will need to clean ourself we will need to clean ourself every day every moment and simplest way to do that simplest way to do that is is to start taking care of our self every day and that is meditation and that is meditation we all want to meditate we all have been reading talking listening about meditation but somewhere we have a barrier which says it's very difficult I don't know how to do this it's the simplest thing to do because all that it is doing is De
cluttering what is here all that meditation is doing is teaching me to create the right thought in every scene every situation all that meditation is teaching me to do is to be happy even if situations are not my way because because I am a happy being I am a peaceful being I am a loveful being and I don't need anything and anyone to be my way to create that thought [Music]
