all right what's going on YouTube this is going to be probably one of the most messy videos you've ever seen but in this video I'm going to tell you guys every single thing that I know about YouTube shorts I've got no idea how long this video is going to be it could literally go for like over an hour 2 hours but I'm just going to record and just speak what I have to say what I want to share and imagine that I'm just thinking about it like if I was to go back to when I
first started what would I want to tell myself at the very beginning so the first thing I want to say to you guys is that well one I'm not even like a professional I don't like I I've got a couple channels monetized they make me a lot more than a f to work a job especially from my age I'm 19 but like at the end of the day I'm not making insane money I'm not doing anything like insane don't sell a course don't do anything I literally make all my money from YouTube AdSense and then
I also do crypto but in this I just make all my money from YouTube AdSense the other thing I want to tell you guys is it actually like you think YouTube's is just this get rich quick game and it's not that it I mean it pays a lot of money it pays well but it's not like quick quick sort of quick money I'll show you guys kind of my process so at the start right you're kind of over here you're just learning you don't really know what's going on for a long time you're stuck in
this sort of like lull where you're not getting much progress then you start getting a little bit more a little bit more a little bit more and as the time goes on right you like start scaling up really quickly so this first sort of long time it just depends how much work you're putting in each day this isn't a specific amount of time it's just until you need until you know what you need to do this time here this like for me it sucked because I was just making so many videos posting so many videos
this this part lasted about six months for me so like when I first started on YouTube because I'd also done other things like I'd made videos for Tik Tok um Instagram stuff like that but I've never done YouTube so I had to learn but this part here actually sucked for me right but then this is this part where I feel I am now so it's like this second curve where like you're starting to get progress you starting to make good results and stuff like that you're not like a professional or anything you can't you don't
have a 100 channels or anything like that I feel like I'm about here like I'm getting paid making good progress committing all my time to it but I'm not where not where I want to go and then this last part when you know just scaling up mad and you can make like high five figs low six figures potentially even more per month but I'm definitely around here like by the end of the year I hopefully want to be around here and eventually get up to the top there but yeah so you just got to understand
like this part here took me about 6 months then oh probably even longer like maybe I got to here in 6 months and then I've just started to get progress in the last three and then hope in the future hopefully here I can get here by the end of the year which is what it's the second of second of February right now so hopefully by end of the year so what's that 11 more months so you can see that that's what 20 months to get to this stage where I want to be and I'm fine
with that because like I'm putting in a ton of work every single week this is literally my full-time job um yeah so just like you have to understand that you're not going to just get here within like two months five videos I probably posted like 100 150 videos and I didn't get paid for a single one of them and I I don't even have that these channels that I posted here anymore I had probably 10 15 channels and I don't run any of them anymore because they just weren't great then I started this channel here
that took me to that sort of first part of success and that channel got monetized I think it was 45 in 45 days which I'd never monetized the channel before so I was really happy but now I think I could do it in a much shorter amount of time like I reckon I could do it in under a month now so that's the first part that I wanted you guys to know another thing that you have to understand when you sort of creating or wanting to blow up a YouTube channel is if you haven't done
it before in the past where you don't have much experience with successful channels is you actually have to improve each video like you actually have to if you're just posting the same content over and over and over not improving like the same quality why would it go viral like you have to make shorts or long form videos that are good enough for the algorithm or good enough yeah they have to get good enough analytics and pretty much so what happens is you post a video and the viewers pretty much review it but it's just based
on their sort of habit or if they swipe away how long the video they watch and so I'll show you this this is like one of my favorite Graphics you can see 1% better every day over year and you're 37. seven eight times better than you were at the start of the year so if you've done literally zero posting editing or anything like that by the end of one year you're easily going to be better than 37 times better than you were when you first started don't even worry about this cuz it's hard to get
worse unless you're really really good and you stopped doing it for years but after one year right so just say you start here and you can see at the start it's slow growth just like that graph I showed you before but by the end of one year you're here you're nearly you're nearly the whole way up you're not the whole way up fully but you're nearly the whole way up and at this point here you're at a point where it can make you just say we say 5K 5K a month to 60k a year just
from posting YouTube shorts but this part here is all the hard work you have to do in order to get to that spot see I'm just making up these numbers but I'm it's just like an example you have to put in work every single day to make your videos better in order to get this growth that you need in order to go viral or just make successful channels all right so the next part is yet when you're starting a channel when you're making a channel and posting content on YouTube you have to pick between one
of two different types of channels a channel that you're passionate about or a channel that's going to be profitable so a channel that you're passionate about is probably going to be something that you do pretty often or something really interested in that you know a lot about and so there's two different like so here I'll try to explain it so with passion you're going to really enjoy making the videos hopefully I mean I don't know why you do passion something you're passionate about and you wouldn't enjoy making it right then you're also you're going to
probably make more videos because you really enjoy it but you probably won't get as many views the thing is though if you really figure out how to make videos in your passion really unique that people like there's a lot higher of a lot higher of a ceiling what I mean by that is that your videos can go a lot more viral they can get a lot more views you can actually become like a YouTuber or like an influencer someone that has a big following but if you're just doing on a small scale you're not actually
thinking about what the people want you're just making videos that you want to make then you're most likely not going to get as many views however with profit you're going to you can still enjoy it but probably going to enjoy it less but the thing is you're going to probably get a lot more views because you're making videos strictly about what people want to watch not about what you want to make then most likely going to have more money or like more Revenue because you get more views and the other thing that's good about making
profit channels is that you can Outsource so once it gets monetized if you don't have Capital at the start you can then use the channels Revenue that it makes to hire an editor hire a script writer whatever you need in order to kind of step back and step away from that channel and then get your time back or focus on scaling more channels something like that so this is something I've done on some of my channels recently and it's allowed me to have a lot more time now I can make these videos I can like
do other stuff I'm learning how to make long form channels so I can do that so yeah that's like kind of the difference is Passion like this channel here is more of a passionate Channel than my shorts channels that are just strictly for making profit like even though this one probably will make a little bit of money it's not going to make anything crazy and I'm fine with that it's just like I'm happy to make the videos I don't mind making them at all it's fine I barely edit them anyway so doesn't take that much
time so that's like the two different types of channels if you're doing it strictly for money just pick a profit Channel get the most views if you're doing it for passion then obviously pick this one all right so the next thing you guys should know is when you create a channel to post on you want to really try make it look like you're a real person because the amount of videos or sorry the amount of channels that get created on YouTube every single day I'll just show you something so imagine your YouTube right you your
YouTube now there's a bot Channel and then there's your channel okay look at the similarity here all right so we've got this so the bot Channel creates a channel then it posts the next day right so if you do that exact same thing if you create a channel and you post the next day right look at that that's literally the exact same so what's YouTube to think that the bot channel is any different to your channel so then what's what's going to happen it's going to give both of you guys zero views or it's going
to give the bot Channel Zero views and it's going to give your Bot Channel even though it's not a bot Channel Zero views so what you want to do is you want to warm up or have an older account which because what bot a bot isn't going to go onto YouTube and watch videos then they're not going to comment they're not going to sub or do anything like that so if you can do these three things for maybe like I normally do it for like 3 to four days before I start posting it's not always
necessary you can sometimes just risk it and get lucky but this is probably like one of the most common reasons that you're getting zero views and that's just CU YouTube doesn't think you're a real person so they're not going to push out your videos the other problem is sometimes your videos or your first videos can be too low quality which YouTube also doesn't want to push out but that's for like a later topic so when you're creating a channel you really want to you want to create it and then you want to use it as
if it was your current main channel to watch your YouTube videos on so even if you don't want to like actively watch videos on it set up a tab on a computer and just watch videos in the background subscribe to some channels in the niche that you're going to pursue and yeah just like try to make YouTube think that you there's no way that you can be a bot with your act AC it on the on your Channel all right so now you you've created a channel everything's good YouTube doesn't think you're a bot you
actually have to pick a niche this is probably or arguably the most important part of a channel is the niche that it picks because I'll show you so on a certain Channel just imagine you're creating a channel in basketball oh no just say you're okay let's imagine L LaCrosse or some random sport right there's like there's this many videos barely any videos but there's this many people that want to watch videos in Lacrosse right then in basketball there are this many people that want to watch the videos there's more people but there's this many videos
right you're going to have to create better quality videos to beat out this whole circle and then take a percentage of the audience than if you were to make Lacrosse videos you make you make a video it's it's good quality but it's not like top here wouldn't go viral here but it still has a chance of going viral here so then you add a video here and just say you take up this much like this is a good as amount so what you want to do is you want to find a niche that isn't over
saturated and that has a big demand if that makes sense so you want to have a big demand in a Channel or in a niche that doesn't have a ton of Supply so what I do is my three things I write them down I I have videos in this so if you really want to go see an in-depth thing but I'm guessing a lot of you guys have already seen it so I'll just write it out real quick so it has to be videos that I can make so I have to be able to make
them otherwise I can't do the niche anyway so that's the first thing I check if I can do second thing is videos are going viral so I'd say on average the videos get 100K plus views and then they have a few with like so then they have few with 1 million plus and maybe like some with 10 20 million which if you can find that then it's really good then another thing is you want to have it so that um what's the next part you got to have it so that it's oh yeah that's it
low competition so if you think of a niche like the generic Niche where you just commentate over viral videos like Dylan Anderson those massive channels right you have to be really really good in order to go viral there I've never been able to do it and you have to like be really consistent for a long time but just you would have Niche down you would to do commentary over let's think maybe swimming videos for example that's completely random but then that's a lot easier to go viral because there's not much competition everyone that likes swimming
is going to come and watch your videos on your channel so the has has H has to have low competition and then you also one thing I just always avoid is I just avoid CTA channels which is C to action meaning those channels that just go oh like like And subscribe if you want to save your mother like at the start of my journey I started doing that and it just like it really just gets you nowhere subs and stuff they're cool but they don't actually equate to anything so there isn't really a point of
getting getting them at all like your channel could have 1,000 Subs be monetized and make 10 times more than a Channel with 500,000 Subs because it gets no views and people just subscribe to it so yeah just avoid call to action channels like this and then another thing is that helps out is it's like like Evergreen so I mean it doesn't have to be but this is like optional I normally pick Evergreen ones because like they can stick around they can get views for months you're not making videos on like some some celebrity drama like
you can do that and they can get a lot of views instantly but I prefer to do Evergreen channels just so that like My Views can be consistent for a long amount of time all right so now that you found a niche you have to really pick good videos to make this is also another really important part like the niche is the most important but then the video topics and how you create the videos is actually really important as well so what I do how do I make my videos I've already as I said I've
got videos in this as well if you want to go back and watch them I'm pretty sure my last video episode seven of the challenge shows you how to or how I make my videos how I find the ideas but pretty much what you want to do is you don't want to you don't want to reinvent the wheel right so what I mean by that is you want to just you want to make videos that are proven to go viral especially if you're doing just channels that are like in the profit Niche right this is
what I'm talking about mostly it's like all channels in the profit Niche so you don't want to reinvent the wheel what I do is I find other viral shorts other viral like channels in my Niche my competition you could call them and I go to their Channel and I find their most viral videos find their most viral ideas and then I recreate those ideas or those videos in my own personal way to make them like my videos but in that same sort sort of genre because if a video's gone viral it just like all all
I see there is that a lot of people want to watch those type of videos that's all I see so what I do is I make a video similar to that because I know a lot of people want want to watch it which means it's probably going to get a lot of views so you have a video idea then you got to go on to well you got to create that video so there's a lot of different tools you can use if you're trying to find Clips or something a good thing you can use is
you can come up to these three dots in the right corner and you can use search with Google Lens another thing so you like pretty much take a photo of the video you're watching or whatever clip you want and it'll pop up here and it should just show you like similar similar videos or the exact same video in a different place that's how you can find some clips but you pretty much just want to like obviously you want to experiment with stuff right but you want to try and you want to try and make videos
that a lot of people want to watch so just say that I make videos on swimming as I said before so what I'd do I'd go to Tik Tok or go to YouTube got to Instagram and I'd find maybe like a video of Michael Phelps something like that then I'd go to i' download that I'd go to 11 Labs or an AI voiceover platform and I'd write up a script you can get CH jpt to help you but I'd honestly write it myself and if my competition has a script I'd notice what they do especially
in the first three seconds to sort of Engage The viewer what they can do or what they do to keep the viewers attention throughout the video and you just want to start like picking up on stuff like that you want to notice what they do that you can do you want to notice what they do badly that you can do better and yeah just constantly just like trying to improve your videos to make them better than your competition so once you know what videos to make you actually have to go on to like making the
video right so it just depends what I can't really like give you advice here because I don't know what type of video you're making what level of an editor you are but I edit all my videos with cap cup and I know that a lot of channels can get away with it it's just simple editing doesn't take too long so my advice would be right if you're just completely starting out from this from scratch as a beginner just try stuff just learn just learn how to edit learn what you're doing just experiment with stuff and
then analyze your analytics on your videos to see just say there's a big drop in retention at one point you want to go to that spot figure out why is it dead space is there no commentary what's going on in that situation why why people swiping away and if it has a low vvsa then you want to have a check like have a look watch your video back see if that would actually hook you in if it doesn't hook you in why would it hook anyone else in so I'd just like keep experimenting use different
sound effects use different like transformation transition sorry different clips put some random bait at the start whatever it has to be just like experimental stuff and see what's working see what's not then if you're an intermediate level editor right just make better videos in your competition use their like editing techniques fix the spots where they do stuff badly and then add in your own touches of things you know that work personally and you should just like pretty much go viral because as I said you don't need to reinvent the wheel you just need to make
videos that are better than your competition and the people want to watch that's it's really as simple as that a lot of people in my videos comment I know a lot of people have problems with this I've had problems with it and that is just getting zero views now I don't don't have like a step by-step fix it's not just something you can fix right it's YouTube doesn't want to push out your content whether that's because you're a bot they think you're a bot whether that's you're making content that they don't want to push out
because it's too low quality it's topics they don't want to like their viewers to watch St something like that so here's what I do in order to avoid zero views and you can see like on episode seven of the challenge posted the first video on that channel chel it was pretty old Channel but it instantly it didn't get stuck at zero views it got to like I think it's at a TH or something right now right so what I do is make sure you warm up your channel as I said before right so once the
Channel's warmed up for a few days then I will post a high quality video this is really important has to be high quality I don't so the clip should at least be 720p like shouldn't have anything below that but also it should just be smooth like it shouldn't it shouldn't just just look terrible you can't post other people's videos you have to make it yourself right once you're posting high quality videos in like videos you made yourself it should get some sort of views right so you're posting high quality videos you're warming up the channel
but if you do all this right and you still get zero views which it can happen it's happened to me a lot so you still get zero views right this is what I do so I post a video just say what's the day Jan sorry Feb second today I post post get zero views right oh no sorry I post right then because at the start you only want to post once a day so it's Feb 3D right the video I posted on Feb 2 so the Feb second post still has zero views right then I'm
I'm not going to post another video on Feb 3D so don't post today right then on Feb 4th I'm going to post one video right then on Feb fifth if the video from Feb 4th Feb 4th post has zero views again then I'm going to again skip posting and then on Feb 6 I'm going to post one video all right so on Feb 6 I post one video and by now on the third post of skipping a day you should get views but if somehow it gets zero views again on Feb 7th right so just
pretty much just repeating this post if you get zero views skip a day then I'd do this for like 10 14 days like 10 days two weeks if it still has zero views on every video after two weeks don't delete the videos just let them sit there and come back to that channel like in like three months and you can try posting again but if you do this and you're making sure you're posting high quality videos that you edit and you're warming up the channel because another thing you should do is if you're still getting
zero views continue watching videos and stuff just after you've started posting because YouTube still thinks you're a bot but just say you get to 10 to 14 days of this cycle and you're still getting zero views then just move to a new channel because what I've noticed is you can post get zero views then come back three months later and you can post again and you'll get pushed out right so YouTube then knows like what bot spam posting for 2 weeks leaving it for 3 months and coming back so they know that you're a real
person after this and then come back 3 months later or like 2 months later a month later whatever it is and you can post again and then you'll get pushed so I guess where was I so do this move to a new channel right so 10 14 days on one channel then you move to a new channel and you repeat once again you just do this over and over and over and over and over until you get a video with views now just say you post the first two videos first two videos get views but
third gets zero then just skip the day after you post the third and post again the day after that so I hope that makes sense I can't tell if I'm just rambling on here if that actually makes sense all right so the next thing that sort of I want to go over is I see a lot of people complaining about 500 view jail now I've never actually experienced this my whole life I either have been zero views or like 10,000 views jail and the other thing is the view jail I mean it is somewhat true
but it's also not so just say like the thing is I think 500 view jail is YouTube's pushing out your videos but it's just getting such a bad response from the audience that it get stuck at 500 but I'm not saying your videos are bad I'm just saying that's what I think it is because I've never actually got it myself I I can't tell you but if you're getting stuck in 500 VI jail sort of for more than I'd say after 10 10 posts actually we just make this 500 sl1k view jail because it's sort
of I think they're the same thing right so after 10 posts they either get 500 10,000 views if they just stuck if you feel like they're just stuck they just going they going exactly like this so maybe they start out slow like a tiny bit of views then they just go and then they stop again right so this is pretty normal I have this on a ton of videos where it just stops all of a sudden you're like why why the hell is it stopped so what happens is YouTube I'll try to draw this out
so YouTube pushes this out to like a group of people right just say this is the group of people can't be bother drawing it so YouTube pushes it to them right then based off what they do to your video based if if they swipe away if they watch the whole thing it depends like so if they stay and watch the whole thing maybe more than once on average then YouTube can tell them people like your video but if most of them just swipe away then they're just going to like say a this video is trash
not going to push it out any further so if a lot of people stay and like the video not like it as in actually click the like button but like it as in watch the whole thing maybe engage with it comment watch it more than once then your channel that's coming here getting sparked up to like 10,000 views can start to take off again so it can look something like this I see this graph all of the time like gets like no views massive Spike sort of stuck for like 24 to 48 hours then starts
gradually going up again right so something like this then you know the video is going to like take off so this is 10K so this zero 10K maybe like this is like 20K after like a few days right so zero views spikes up to 10K sits there for a bit YouTube processes whether the test audience which is the initial people they push it out to like your videos or not and if they do like your videos then it just pushes up like that but if they don't don't like your videos then your videos will just
get stuck sort of like that sort of graph which I see both of these graphs all the time on all my channels so I know how common they are right but if you're getting 500 views I don't really know exactly what to tell you because I think it's just you need to improve the quality of your videos but maybe I'm wrong like just don't trust me on that but the 10K view jail right so your videos can get pushed out maybe your first 10 just say your first 10 right they have like no chance of
going viral maybe it's your first seven and whatever just your first few videos have like no chance of going viral straight away right but after 10 videos or seven videos then I've had videos like especially on that ranking channel the other day that was like my seventh video or something it got 2 million views but it had this this graph but it had this graph saw YouTube saw that people liked it so we just started sending it up like that it looks something like this right so after your first 10 videos get stuck in 10k
jail it really just means your videos aren't getting the metrics that YouTube want in order to push it out further so whether that's too low of the vvsa which is view ver swiped away or too low in avd or too low in both now I know that this is way more important than this but this definitely can like make an impact on whether a video goes viral or not so after you post 10 videos right if you're still stuck in 10k jail as people call it then it's just your videos aren't good enough yet for
YouTube to want to push out right so if you're vvsa I I try to get like I know you can go viral but 75% is like the absolute minimum I try to get in order to go viral and then above 80 better chance and then like obviously above like 85 you have a really good chance 85% and then this is the other thing the avd really just depends on the length of your videos right so I've had videos that are like I think 7 seconds with 225% avd so people are watching it for like 15
16 seconds on average on a 7sec video that just did not go viral at all right but then I've also had videos with 90% retention get millions of views and that's because let me just I'll try explain it so the 90% is on 59 second videos so 59 times 0.9 so people are watching for 53 out of the 59 seconds right so you could also have a 15sec video with 90% retention then 15 time 3.9 all right so both of these videos so I I'll write it out to try to explain it better so 15c
video and 50 N second video right they both have sorry they both both have 90% retention all right because this one's 59 seconds people are watching for an average of 53 seconds because this one's 15 seconds people are watching for an average of 13 seconds right YouTube wants to keep people on the R so they're going to push out videos that keep people on their app for longer so this one here gets 53 seconds of average view duration so for every person that views it they watch 40 seconds more than the average person who watches
this video right so they're going to see that 40 seconds more here then this video is probably going to go like this start getting views while this video just goes in flat lines and never recovers because it doesn't keep people on the app for long enough right so I don't know the exact numbers for how like how long your vbsa should be and it changes depending on the niche but if it's 15 seconds right I don't see a video or if it's 15 seconds or under I don't see a video going viral if it has
less than 100 % retention right should be up in like the 150 maybe to really go viral but then 20 to 30 I reckon you need like 90 to 110% average VI duration just depending on how long the video is then like 45 I've gone viral with like 90 and then obviously like you get up to a minute long videos and if you're making a minute long videos you need 85% or above and you have like a decent chance again it's just depends it's not always it's not like a Set set set of rules where
if you get 85% you're just going to go viral but that's what I've noticed personally for me has worked really well is getting high average view duration on longer videos or like more than once viewed on shorter videos so like over 100% view duration on shorter videos and then so 10K view J and then obviously you need a good hook nearly every video as I said needs 75% if it that's less than 75% you can improve it because nearly every single video could have over 75% you just have to really catch the viewers attention so
like you could literally just put like an unrelated clip the very start of your video you could just try it just experiment with stuff just try anything and everything you can that you think that could possibly catch someone's attention in order to improve that vvsa VI ver swiped away ratio because this is what you should be aiming for at least 75% you can easily get higher but it really just depends on your Niche but aim for that 75% right consistently and then up your average UT duration and you should get out of that um 10K
view jail but as I said it happened to me like the first six months I barely got any viral videos had like one hit 100K and that's it so yeah really just you need to focus on average view duration and view vers swiped away ratio all right so as I said before you should only be posting once a day when you first create a channel but so if you want to know when can you post more than once per day I'll show you something all right so coming in here you can post more than once
per day when this views in the last 48 hours tab is over 100 to 200,000 so you want to wait till we have some consistent views here right also I want to say thank you guys like I hit 1,000 sub to the day literally about to hit 2,000 already which is insane like this channel I did not expect to move so fast I thought a couple hundred people Max would be watching these videos but you guys seem to really enjoy them so I'm going to keep making them um yeah so you want to wait till
this has like on shorts over over 200,000 in the last 48 hours so you're getting about 100,000 views per day right and then you can start posting two a day right so you have greater than 100K views per day so then you start posting twice per day right you want to make sure that you're not not poting them at the same time you have at least a 30 minute break 30 minute break between posts right so you want to have at least a 30 minute break between posts and you want to come back the next
day if one vid got pushed and one vid has little to no Views Little to know shorts shorts Fe views then you want to just go back to posting one a day because when your channel starts getting over 100,000 views a day there's going to be a lot of people coming onto your channel from your viral videos and clicking onto other videos so even though a video might still get views if it doesn't get shorts views then you want to avoid posting two a day but you can still just post one a day every day
once you starting to get consistent views now if your Channel's getting you're posting two videos a day and they're both getting pushed out every day then you can honestly just scale up you can do three a day and then once you're at three a day that's like as many as you really need on a channel to unlock like its potential so once you're posting 3 Day on one channel it's going it's growing consistently if it's not monetized and you don't want to pay for an editor just keep doing it yourself but you can start a
new channel at that point and just do exactly what you've done from the start to now up to three videos a day because I I think it's better to do three videos a day on two channels and six videos a day on one channel right so that would be my advice once you get over 100,000 viws per day then you can start posting twice on a single Channel this video I'm going to make is a video on the extensions I use and the websites that I use that are really helpful so I know I already
made a video on the extension so you can skip that you can skip ahead a little bit or you can just rewatch it CU I'm going to go over some more some more extensions and websites that I use so one thing first two thing is I use next L and vid IQ and I'm oh should I go over it again no I'm not going to go over these two again CU I literally have a whole video on them but but you can go back I think it's a few videos ago I made a video on
how I use exactly these two and then I'll also just put the links to both of these in the comments which I think everyone should have both they're both free they both have paid versions I have the paid version of NEX life but the free version of VI IQ um yeah so if you guys want to get them in the comments now the other thing I use I don't know if I've got it on this one here um don't have it on this one this one here I have aha music finder pin it real quick
aha music what is it called aha Song Finder right let me just see if it pops up when I search it now yeah here we go so it's a Chrome extension this one here right so how it works is I'll go to this guy I was just looking Channel um yeah perfect actually probably going to get copyrighted if I do that um great got to here look up copyright free all right so this is some like um music I don't know what it is but what I do is I come up here to this thing
click on it and it identifies what's playing in the background all right so just pick this thing it honestly could get it wrong honestly I've never I don't know there we go so as you going to hear it found the exact music so this is good for if you're trying to find back music from someone else's video or you're just trying to find the name of a song that extension is really good so as again I'll put that in the comments but that's called ah music-finder it's a Chrome extension what else do I use I
use um trying to look I don't have all the extensions on this profile cuz I have a bunch of current profiles what else do I use I'm trying to think I have so that mass Tik Tok downloader it actually got removed from the Chrome web store that item not available not available so I also had Mass Instagram downloader which got removed as well so that's annoying so how I go about fixing or how I go about downloading all my clips from whether it's YouTube literally any social media platform it's website Cobalt do tools right I
also explained it in my other website I'm in my other video about I think it was episode seven but as you can see just downloads either MP3 or MP4 so video audio files without all those sketchy ads you get from the other videos it's really good I recommend using it it's free cal. tool so I'll Chuck that in the description as well um so that's yeah downloading downloading everything off literally any social media platform whether Twitter Tik Tok Instagram YouTube Reddit um what else is there Facebook anything download it all in one place which is
good okay um I also use 11 Labs oh this profile doesn't have it um here we go you can see 11 Labs here I use for the AI voice over normally on my videos then I use cap cart to edit and that's literally about everything all the websites and stuff that I need obviously I use Tik Tok YouTube and all that to find the clips all right the next thing I'm going to be going over is how you can avoid reused content so this is pretty much YouTube saying that your content isn't original enough it's
not edited enough that you're just reusing other people's content for views and that you can't get monetized so every single channel that I've got monetized so far which is only two but both of them got so I applied for monetization I got rejected right so I had to do an appeal I had to appeal the decision so I'm going to show you I'm actually going to reveal one of my channels I've never never revealed on here before right it is where is it down here okay so it's called Billy's animal stories and as you can
see I'll show you um last 90 days it got 65 million views in the last 90 days and but it's only made 600 bucks the reason is this RPM well the RPM on this channel is terrible because the audience is from third world countries and YouTube doesn't pay you for those views so I've just pretty much killed it all right but as you can see here YouTube reused content appeal so when you go to appeal they're going to make you put a video right so I'm going to I'm going to let you guys watch my
exact appeal process for a successful appeal right so you're going to be able to see exactly what I did to get accepted after getting denied right so here you go this is sh that's such slow quality right here all right I'll let you guys watch this is Billy animal stories and the link to the channel is https for www.youtube.com CH all right so I had to mute this part but I'm actually reading out the like Channel URL so I can't let you guys hear it but it's my like unique Channel ID so that's just what
I'm reading out here into cap where I create my videos you can see that there is a ton of different clips edits and different things to go into making each video each video takes me roughly 30 minutes to edit and that is without creating like spending time creating the idea for each edit and like just making sure that it runs smoothly stuff like that so each video I've created on my channel is 100% original and I'm not sure why I was disqualified for reused content all right so pretty much just you go over you show
them your editing file you show them what you've done what you've added to it to make it original and I said it took me 30 minutes per video mate this these videos took me 5 minutes max um yeah so you want to go in you want to tell them exactly how you've edited the videos right how you've made them original how you've added value to them and then they in return will like I've never been rejected twice so after I appeal with this strategy then I actually get accepted in so I hope this helps if
you guys have any more questions about the reuse content part then let me know in the comments and I can maybe make a whole video on it okay so to unlock some benefits on YouTube each Channel you need to verify a phone number and a phone number can only be verified twice per um year it can no sorry it can verify two channels per year so the only way I've actually figured out how to do this without using someone else's phone number that you know is from an app on your phone now the app I
use is called text me it's on the App Store I just have't iPhone so I don't know how to get it on um a Android but on the App Store it's called text me and I think so what I do is when I need a phone number to verify a channel it does cost money I think it costs 10 USD per week right but you only need it for one week so it's 10 USD you get to verify two channels so $5 per Channel and then I sign up make an account get the phone number
and then I verify two channels and I cancel my subscription so it's going to cost you $5 USD per Channel um so it's like 750 Australian if you're from Australia like me which like I mean it's not that much but if you're in maybe a third world country or something it could be a lot of money so you got to try to figure out some other way you could try using a temporary phone number online but they're normally all used up um you could also see if there's apps from your own country I know that
this text me app works well in um Australia but yeah so that's what I do that's how I verify more than two channels per year with my phone number so you have to pay it's around $5 per Channel but it's definitely worth it because then you unlock the other um benefits of the channel and in the grand scheme of things it's not really that much money and I suggest you do it if you've run out of phone numbers to verify so one good way to boost your monetization or your ad ad sorry not ad Revenue
but your revenue from YouTube shorts is with a music deal so this is like a third party platform that pays you to put their music in the background of their video of your videos right the requirements are you need 3 million views in the last 30 days and once you have that you can pretty much get accepted that will pay you an additional RPM to what YouTube pays you so it's just a good way of upping your RPM without needing to do much work all you need to do is put a song in the background
of your video you can even turn it down pretty low so you can barely hear it and you still get paid for it so if you have that if you have more than 3 million views in the last 30 days and you want to Bo your RPM DM me on Twitter my handle is kyt or DM me on Discord my username isore so yeah if you have one 3 million feel free to D me and I'll get you set up all right so this part's a bit different I'm going to show you guys the best
sound effects and the best like emojis or stickers or something whatever you call it you can put on your videos just to increase the swipe rate and the retention so number one is is a camera shutter or whatever it's called so I just use this part here I'll cut it down so you can hear just the whole thing this is all I use and nor turn it down a bit so it's not as not super loud right so that's the first one camera second one if I'm doing like a funny video this is the third
one right it's just a ding sound really good for like if you put a circle and want to make it pop up and then the third or the fourth one sorry this is different type of whooosh sounds and then the last one is a popping sound all right so they're the best audios that I have for you and then I use this circle to highlight stuff and you can truck a keyframe on it by clicking up here and then as the video goes you can like drag it around so like this like this like this
all right so ready watch so I made key frame so it's moving around as the video is playing and then I also have an arrow to point at different stuff you can use different types of arrows I like this one looks kind of cool um you can use simpler arrows and then for some things I use the skull so they're like the main eight things I use which like you just they just need to be simple they don't going to be too complicated they just need to sort of get the point across if that makes
sense all right so this is going to be this part of the video is just going to be about posting so you can either post on your phone or you can post from a computer right so there a different there a benefit to posting on the phone is that you can pick your thumbnail right so I'll come across I'll show you that Channel that I showed before the one where I appeal the monetization right so thumbnail does sort of matter right but it's also not super important right so I come across content let me just
sorry let me just find so this video here right it's got it looks weird on looks weird here right but as you can see I don't know if you guys can read it properly but it's got a 99.7% viewed ver swiped away rate right which is pretty insane that's like my best video ever by far um let me go to the analytics of the video now we can see okay so it's actually 98.5% but you can see shown in feed 8.2 million views 8.1 million right so you can see this thumbnail here most of the
views have come from the browse features so people have seen that thumbnail and they like got really interested in it so they clicked on it and it's got a really high swipe rate and in result it's got an 8 million views which is pretty pretty insane given that most of the views come from the browse feature you can see average view duration 91 second 91% sorry but yeah you can see 80 98% so if you post from your phone you can custom choose the thumbnail which can benefit you if it's like a really good thumbnail
and it hits the shorts feed I mean hits the browse features and people click on it and then pushes out your video even further and the other thing you can do is if you post from your phone you can click on the sound and you can add a sound to your video which will then put it on the official sound page and like allow you allow you to use the sound so there is a benefit to posting on the phone um and there isn't really a negative I don't think but I just po my computer
because my niches They Don't Really require good um thumbnails but if you have like a good thumbnail or there's like a part of your video that's really good then I'd suggest posting from your phone just so that you can get that custom thumbnail all right this is a question I get asked somewhat and it's about switching niches right so just say you're in the basketball Niche and you post a few shorts you get th subscribers and you want to switch to the socker niche right so it's still Sports which is good but I feel like
you can switch niches as long as your channel doesn't have too many subscribers and like a dedicated audience already so like under 10,000 Subs you should be able to switch especially if you're doing shorts if you're doing long form is another question but if you're doing shorts then given that your videos are going to hit the feed then you can switch and if your channel is switching to an is s sort of similar it's even better but just say you were going from basketball to chess so it's like completely opposite right you have 10,000 Subs
you can switch I reckon but at the end of the day like why the subs don't actually mean anything so there's no real point of switching niches you just make a new channel and start from there because even though you might get stuck at zero views for a little bit in the long run it's probably going to be better to start a new channel than it is to switch like a Channel with 10,000 Subs of viewers that aren't actually interested in your content because they're going to see your videos swipe off and that's going to
negatively affect like the potential of your video so it would be my advice right subs don't actually mean anything so just create a new channel and start from scratch once again but if you want to switch then I think you can as long as you don't have like 100,000 Subs um and you're going to a completely different Nation I probably would avoid it all right so here's some random stuff that I forgot to talk about earlier but one thing is when you are starting out a fresh Channel I wouldn't I would avoid scheduling your videos
right so just just when you want to upload a video go to your channel upload it and then click publish straight away so it's public right don't schedule videos when you first start a channel just avoid doing that um yeah cuz there's no need and I don't know YouTube seems to dislike it so I avoid at the start obviously once you get bigger once you have like consistent views you can if you want to but if you're just posting once a day I don't really see the point I mean if you're to say you want
to make 15 videos in a day and schedule it for the next two weeks then go ahead as long as you have consistent views as long as you're posting you know I said before want to post only two videos once you get to 100,000 views a day once you get there you can start scheduling videos but if it wasn't like if you're not at 100,000 views a day just post them manually every single day all right one of the last things I want to say in this Channel or this video sorry is that like I
know the idea of copying the channels that I make in these series is a good idea right but especially if you have no experience making videos or content copying just exactly what I do you don't actually learn how to make videos or how to make a a successful Channel all you're learning how to do is make the type of videos that I'm making right so just say I was to never post a video again right and you were to get a successful channel in the niche that I like told you about and he made like
$3,000 and then the channel died right what would you do in that situation you don't have the knowledge and the ability to create a viral channel from scratch that any help right so even though it sounds like a good idea the best idea is to just do everything yourself like listen to what I've told you but go out and find your own Niche go out and edit trial error videos that aren't related just like learn from trial and error because that's going to be the best way that you're going to be able to get better
and actually become like just be able to self-sufficient self-sufficiently be able to create videos right so you can copy me if you want like I obviously know that a lot of people are going to but the other thing is there's also a chance that I don't get accepted for YouTube monetization with this Niche and like I'm f with that um I'm going to experiment with it but we're going to have to find out we're going to have to see and find out and I think I will but there's also a chance I don't so at
the end of the day this is just an experiment I've got other channels that are running up at the moment and yeah so I guess that's all I can really think of putting in this video um if you guys have any questions please message me on Discord or Twitter they are um my Twitter is what is it it pruma YT and my Discord isore pruma right but the thing is I'm getting so many messages and stuff these days that I can't like review people's channels and give them advice oneon-one like I just can't do it
it's just there's too many people messaging me too many people asking questions stuff like that so like if you have if you want to get a music deal please message me sort of if you want to like collaborate then message me but I if you're going to just message me to um review your channel then I just I just don't have the time like I'm still working fulltime on my other channels um hiring editors managing editors stuff like that that I just don't have the time to go over people's channels one-onone so I'm sorry about
that but I might make a video in the future about reviewing people's channels but at the moment I can't just do it one-on-one in DMS with people so yeah if you guys have any questions please drop them in the comments and I'll try my best to get back to you guys okay actually the very last thing I want to say as I'm editing this video I just want to think about the one important part is just starting right so you got to start and you got to just upload as many videos as you possibly can
right improving each one a tiny bit and just do not quit if you improve every single video even by like the smallest amount and you keep on posting and you never quit you'll I guarantee you it'll work out like you literally it's impossible to fail if you don't quit you can either you can either win and like succeed or you can quit you can't fail so you can like win or quit that's the only two options you have
