How To Build a $100,000 Website (No Code AI)

today we're going to be building out a six figure website using AI we've got the maths to back it up and this is based on a video which you can see right here credit where credit is due where he basically talks about orderofbooks. com and how this website is ranking for Amazon affiliate keywords in a very sneaky way so let me explain exactly how this works what you can do and how you can emulate it in your own unique way so that you can generate more money following the same principles from this video so for example if we check out order of work. com essentially what they do is they go after really high volume keywords like you see right here like James Pats in order so for example like James Pats and books in order fredom mcfam books in order Etc but there's a high search forume like really low competition keywords we're just looking for the order of stuff right so what order did an offer write certain books and you can imagine how are out there you can imagine the search volumes around there usually is at least 50% under in terms of search estimates and these are all very low competition because there's not many people trying to go after keywords like that right so for example if we look at this Jack R books in order is a keyword difficulty fre keyword which means you don't need a lot of backlinks if any to rank for that keyword and it has volume of 5,700 now the crazy thing about this is not only is it easy not only does it have a traffic potential but when people click on these pages and they're looking through the list of books you can get Amazon commissions if people click on your Amazon links your affiliate links and buy the the book through that link or buy something else because there's a cookie on Amazon too right so it's very very simple to build out these sort of websites you can use AI to automate it and we've actually done the maths here which you can see inside chat gbt how many pages and how many clicks do we need to get the results that we want if you want a sixf figure website so here's what we've done right we've said for this can you do the maths on how much traffic imp clicks you need to make it work that's how many pages to create to get enough SEO traffic to make it work etc and so we've done some assumptions here for example at Amazon affiliate Commission rate is about 3% on average for books and if we check Amazon Associates you can see here that fiscal books typically have fixed Commission of 4.

5% and Amazon Affiliates can earn a commission of about 4% for each successful sale right so if we underestimate inside chat GPT we'll assume for we'll assume 3% just in case your commissions drop we'll go for an average Book price of like $10 conversion rate of like 5% so percentage of website visit to click through and actually purchase and how many pages we need to create to R CP then we've got the revenue formula so the revenue per click and we've also got add Revenue combined right that's the other thing so we can not only monetize the website with the Amazon affiliate link but we can also monetize with ad Revenue too and you know average RPMs are like $15 to $25 for book related niches so we'll assume at an RPM of $20 so we got a formula for generating the combined revenue and then we've created a pessimistic okay and optimistic scenario based on that right so pessimistic scenario worst case scenario traffic per page we're going to get get about let's say we get 300 this this month converion rate 3% affiliate Revenue $150 rpm1 $15 I would be a little bit skeptical of this already but you can see here to hit $833 per month from this SEO automated website we just need 138,000 worst case scenario we need like 138,00 A3 bues per monthe scenario we need 75,000 and good scenario we need 50,000 which you can see this website is probably doing because traffic estimates are way lower versus the reality on HF and also this is a domain rate 28 website so it's not like impossible to actually try and rank for that and then we got the summary of calculations right here obviously ranking like this and getting this sort of traffic is not going to happen overnight but it can be done but you can easily automate the website build it out and scale it and create something that gradually starts to rank and get clicks over time and if you check out the website orderofbooks. com like the design and everything is so basic it doesn't require much work so if you wanted to do this basically what you can do is you can go inside b. this is available for free loadly I've got another video on that on my YouTube channel so if you want to do all of this everything that I'm shown you for free you can just check out this video right here and it's completely free to run locally and you can use free apis to generate the content locally so inside b.

put Amazon affiliate ID equals and you just insert that there and then we can say for each that you list insert the relevant link to buy the book on Amazon ranker if you want to get your Amazon affiliate ID then you can just log into your Associates account like so grab the ID in the top right plug that in want to make sure we get a site map XML set up and we want to add relevant meta titles throughout content too we delete the social media links because they're not relevant but if you do have relevant social media links include that and then we also going to say create separate blog post for keyword and we'll grab one of the keywords on the list so let's say for example we want to take this one Colleen Hoover books in order keyword difficulty 3 traffic potential for 14,000 like it's just off the charts now one of the things I want to say here is like don't copy this idea because number one it's pretty lazy to do that number two ethically it's not good to do that number three you really want to find your own is because there's a million people watching this video and so the best way to get the best results from implementing this is to actually just is to actually take your own unique twist right so for example if we were in the keyword Explorer we like okay obviously I don't want to copy this idea I'm not trying to launch this I'm just showing you as a demo but if we were inside the keyword Explorer like Okay order of films and you can see here for example you got order of Harry Potter films order of Marvel films Etc you can do it them the same way for films or we can go to chat GPT and we could say give me 20 Niche ideas similar to this monetization method but for a totally different Niche okay then one I'm going to do is I'll grab the video notes from today which you'll get access to at the end of this video copy that plug that inside here and now you can see it's giving us other ideas right so for example like diet plans explained video game series in order that could work pretty well some of these are going to be trash you wouldn't use them but you get the idea like you can easily get chat gbt to automate this stuff for you if you want travel gear checklists coffee brewing techniques Etc there's many ways you can replicate the same method but you could still monetize with ads and Amazon affiliate it'd be quite easy to build out but the difference here is you're finding something unique that nobody else has found right now I said I've created the initial structure we've got the structure on the left hand side we've got the website Here and Now from this point this is how we start building out the individual Pages you can see we've got the main sort of homepage of the site people can search the books Etc so what we can do from here is we'll take part two of The Prompt which is this one right here we're going to say keyword equals you insert the keywords you like right for each page as you optimize it here's how long the content should be right so grab this prom like so go back to V and you just plug it in here right additionally if you want more content on the homepage Etc then you can ask it to do that but that should get filled out gradually anyway as we're getting along and so from here we going to say okay keyword equals Colleen hu books in order the other thing that you want to be careful of here is like when you're generating the content with AI you probably want to do some spot checks and just make sure it's not hallucinating or making anything up right so for example we all know that gbt and all these other AI tools can make things up they can hallucinate Etc if you are giving information out that's on you to just double check it's actually correct and factual Etc but the 8020 of this process can be automated using Bol now whilst that's waiting to load as you can see right here you might be saying okay but can you build Out full websites with Bol isn't it kind of limited here's an example sorted out but you can see here how it's created something of value right we're not creating something spammy here we're creating something that actually looks nice and it's better than most stuff that's already on Google these are all really useful tools the content on the page is pretty nice too the design is nice the speed of the website is really good and Bol is actually very powerful for building outs sites the thing that you have to be aware of here and I don't want to be SE I want to be completely transparent it's like you can build the design of the website and that's part one now part two is you go back and forth with both for every single page that you want to create with the keyword using the prompts that I've already given you today so once you've done stage one website creation then stage two you would do the content creation now you could also use cursor to generate all the content on your website but the problem with cursor is like I found that you just you con to hit yes it doesn't design the website quite as nice there so many bugs and it's so much back and forth they actually find like B just seems to be a lot easier to generate the site that we want now we can see for example we've got the page built out for Colleen Hoover books and orders right the reading is quite cool right so it's like hey I'm Julian I've read every single co-ho book yes even the noas here's the thing they're very addictive writing the super night slack on the actual page it's set it up in a way that the design looks really cool too so you can see here how it's talked about
