successful online you need three things traffic because without traffic no one's buying right then you need trust and then okay let's say you've got the traffic and let's say they trust you the last thing you need is conversion so the real strategy is trust and conversion that's all you need now the question is where is the traffic that's a very good question now in the beginning of your business you're not going to have a lot of traffic people know unless you're bullshitting people know SEO is actually quite hard to get traffic for most of the
time the people that rank well for SEO or getting traffic that's from unbrand traffic that's because they're already doing business so many times even as an agency your website doesn't really matter matter that much like one of my students for example he has sold over $100,000 in the last 1220 days since he started his company in the painting Niche and guess what he doesn't even have a website it's crazy but it's true so you know my website works well for me because I'm already quite established in my industry um so there's a lot of reputation
and there's people doing their due diligence and so I already have the traffic so now that I have the traffic now I need to trust in the conversion and that's why I've built this website but if you don't have any business going on at all then maybe the strategy that I'm actually showing you might be more applicable to your clients until you have some value that you've been giving them until you have some reputation and then you're going to have some traffic and then maybe you can run some ads but that's once you've got a
proven product Market fits um so as long as you know that let's get straight into this guys all you need like I said is trust and conversion so I've broken trust down really simply in terms of you know how to lay it on your website uh the first thing that I would do if I was you is I would think about why would anyone pick you as an agency as a website designer over anyone else else that's why niching down helps because it makes you specialized so first of all right it says I design America's
most trusted Roofing websites and then I've got three reasons that they should pick me um and also as recognized at rofcon because I go to rofcon I'm well known in the space 100% money back satisfaction guarantee that's a risk removal so I highlight the three reasons more traffic better leads and sell more roofs that's the three reasons they should work with me it's super Niche it makes sense and it's an it's a benefit to them it's not a feature right and then the next thing that I'd consider is um social proof what kind of results
do you have right so here I've got this proof here this is 85 happy roofers five out of five star reviews and then also um you know a testimonial um plus a portfolio showcase so a portfolio showcase that you can if you want to put your face right at the top of the website you know that's your reputation that's trust that's part of trust so that works extremely well risk removal I do that I say satisfaction guarantee if they're unhappy they get the money back so everything you're seeing right now is everything that you would
need for them to make a decision that's how I position myself differently cuz I guarantee you that there's no one that does what I do in this space at the value proposition that I do even though I charge them $188,000 um I still believe that I bring more value and now that I look the parts I can charge the parts another thing that you want to do is familiar Brands associations so for me that's rofcon or possibly other roofing companies that that might be well known you know and then then one of the one of
the last things um that I like to include on the websites is the pain points and solutions I almost didn't even add that in here but when we scroll down past a ton of social proof I've got pain points does this sound like you are you tired of your website not bringing in any results at all are you left wondering when SEO will start working have you already paid thousands to an agency without any good results you want a decent website but you don't know who to trust good news it's your lucky day because I'm
