vulnerable it's like being caught in a storm we feel battered and beaten down by the Relentless waves of negative emotions leading to fatigue in both our spirit and mind when we are spiritually or emotionally depleted our defenses weaken and sin becomes comes easier to fall into this is one of the enemy's most powerful and subtle tactics to combat these spiritual energy drains we must engage in spiritual battle daily putting on the boots of peace and the belt of Truth as in Ephesians 6:1 15-1 17 is not just a metaphor it is essential armor for facing
